I got exactly what I wanted, and the staff there was helpful in setting up my 7-Eleven account.

Yeah, it isnt as big as the one just north of here. But the people here have been kind to me in my experience and thats what matters. If you have such a problem with the people who hang outside there sometimes, itd be more worthwhile to actually talk to them / help them than leave rude comments about them on the internet.

Incredibly rude location. We all grew up with a 7/11 right? Where Im from theres a 7/11 for every two miles. Its the place you send your kids to go pick up a slurpee and snack for themselves. Sounds great, right?This place accuses me of stealing every time I visit. Mind you they tolerate the blue collar workers from UM not wearing their mask, entertain the Ann Arbor homeless hanging out asking for free things and also not wearing their mask.Reviews are correct, all this behavior stems from the indian male owner.If youre going to have me bag my own purchase, you can pay me an hourly rate or lower your prices.

Conveniently located 7-11 store right next to the University of Michigan campus for some simple snacks and meals and beverages. It is nice to have a store right on campus to get something simple to eat or drink. The store is clean and has a decent atmosphere as well.

Fast in fast out, convenient location if youre on foot

The employee at 10:20pm on October 3rd scammed my boy boyfriend saying that his credit card wouldn’t work and refused to give him change. This store will take you’re money and give you no change.

I was so impressed by this store, I made certain to let the person behind the counter how much I appreciated it. Ive worked within 2 blocks of this place for a couple years, and had never been there until last week. Nice, Clean, Wide Aisles, Good Selection of convenience items and drinks, Well lit and Comfortable. You hardly notice it, even as you walk past on the sidewalk, you wouldnt think itd be so very nice inside, BUT IT IS!Ill definitely be going there to get a couple bananas and a sweet roll or bear claw a couple mornings a week.

Very clean environment. Fast service. Employees are always cheerful and socially involved. I got to meet the manager and felt a good vibe while communication some concerns and suggestions about the store.This store is a blessing on central campus for students like me and others.

Worst 7-11 ever. Rude staff. Specially the Indian lady that works there. No sense of customer service. Have never exprienced this level of rudeness anywhere in the world. If I could I would give them -5. Apart from that store was dirty food on the grill was stale and grill didn’t appear to be very clean either. I am doubting their work and hygiene ethics now.

Cashier has gotten a lot nicer over the past semester for some reason, maybe he is just a happier guy in general. Regardless of the reason, I just had a nice interaction with the guy and the store itself is well located and a quick stop

Okay, should have posted this a LONG TIME AGO!! Their deli sandwiches and donuts are by far the best food for a convience store shop. Maybe best donuts period. Yes... better than Dunkin donuts, and I love Dunkin donuts! ☺

I once was here during a robbery. It was extremely interesting. These 2 giant black dudes wanted free hotdogs and started pounding on the glass counter. The tiny indian man behind the counter started saying, I am calling the police. It was an interesting moment. I thought about punching the one at the counter in the back of the head where his spine met his brainstem, but I figured we were in ann arbor, so stopping a robbery with violence would likely end in me being prosecuted so I just watched him rob the store. It was interesting because I was only there because some homeless dude was begging for food. Usually they want money, so I figured he was legitimately hungry. It was still cool to see a robbery in progress. Thanks to your plight, I have a very cool story to tell people about that time I walked in on a robery in a 711, so I figured Id give you a 5 star rating.
