Says open 24 hours. Waited outside for an hour to buy some water. Employee came out, said the store was closed for cleaning for one hour every night, and to come back in two hours. Which is it? “Open 24 hours” as posted? Closed for one hour? Closed for 3 hours? Sign should read “Open when we feel like it.” Extra points off for the extremely rude attendant working 2:30-3:30 9/11/2020.

Typical gas station, really. The building is clean and updated. They dont charge you extra on gas if you use a credit card. Only thing I would suggest is make sure if your paying for gas at the pump make sure that the sticker on the pump is there and/or not broken. Been there a few times and they were. If they are just go in and prepay so your credit card info isnt stolen from a skimmer.

I feel a little bit ridiculous rating a gas station, but the guys who work here are so nice! Theyre a great bunch of guys, they always have a smile for you, and they really seem determined to provide the best gas station/convenience store experience they can. This is all to rare in the service industry, and their pride in their work shows!

Not a typical convenience store. They have great snacks that you cant find at most gas stations. Excellent place to grab snacks if you are hungry.

This gas station is not following the COVID-19 protocols. They have signs up saying to practice social distancing and to wear a mask but they let vendors, customers and employees not wear mask! I would not give this gas station any business.

The review is purely based on the EV charging station not for regular gasoline or convenience store. The station has a DC fast charging with 2 plug option but the touch screen on the machine does not work half the time. Unless you have a EVgo / EZ charge card, do not rely upon this station for recharging your EV. I spent more than 20 minutes trying to get it to work with no results. The credit card slot does not work every time, when it works, touch screen stops responding. Access is from West bound Eisenhower or Northbound state street. Parking is limited. The dedicated EV parking is occupied by gasoline engine cars most of the time preventing EV vehicles access to charging station. I had to wait for one of the regular cars to move out before accessing the EV charging station.

Refused to sell me gas at the 29 cent price they were advertising for at least two days (they said that their 2 blew away, but if they are too lazy to take down the rest of the numbers...). I get that it is a mistake or accident, but they havent fixed it so I figured they should be held to the same standard as every other gas station.Also, they are generally over priced anyways. Go to Circle K at Packard and Stadium or the BP at Washtenaw and Platt.

Clean gas station. Easy in, easy out

Went last night and bought $15 worth of gas and a $10 lottery ticket. Checked my account and for some reason I was charged $85!!!!!!!! WTH??????? Calling my financial institution to stop payment on this immediately and going to call the gas station as soon as they open!!!!!

Terrible car wash. Premium wash includes a few dribbles of soap and matted cloth fingers that literally beat your car to remove dirt (or paint). Thats all only if it actually works the first time as I had to get an employee to fix the track before I could even go through. Never again.
