George “Dark-wing Duck” was the best Verizon associate I have ever worked with! He was able to answer all of my questions with out hesitation or the need to look up information. He knew the prices of plans and items off the top of his head. As well as the best way arrange my current plan to save me money on my monthly bill! Definitely stopping back in to finalize any changes.
Travis was amazingly patient and helpful, asked me what my needs were and what I was trying to accomplish, and worked with me to find the right devices and plans at the best cost. He even steered me toward Verizon discounts I didn’t know about. It was fantastic customer service and an easy buying experience. Highly recommend.
GoWireless Verizon at the Briarwood Mall is by far the most helpful team Ive encountered so far! My family and I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and the past 4 we have dealt mostly with this kiosk. The customer service and customer appreciation is incomparable. They truly want to help you with anything they can and more, and make sure you understand everything that occurred during your conversation/transaction!
Matthew is terrific! he helped me with soooo many issues. I was on the phone with tech support for 1.5 hours and they didnt solve it. he has a great personality and hes super patient and cheerful, also expert in the product. really good at explaining everything.
Store manager Travis was super kind, funny, and informational. Helped me find the perfect low cost high quality phone in 10 minutes. We had to wait a half hour on hold from Verizon Tech Support since I was switching from pre-paid to post-paid and my phone account needed credit approval from the higher ups. While we were waiting the Store Manager was keeping busy and he kept me engaged with small talk, cracking funny jokes with myself. For the Store merely being a kiosk it has a lot of personality!

I had a great experience with this Verizon location. All staff members are very knowledgeable, and friendly. They actually took the time to explain different plan options and answered any questions I had to make sure I was able to get the best deal. I left happy with the latest iPhone.
Absolutely phenomenal service!Travis, the store manager, provided the best service any customer can ever ask for - friendly, patient, enthusiastically helpful with a wide smile every step of the way. I was at the counter because of a pesky activation problem and he definitely went above and beyond to help me out.Not only was Travis extremely knowledgeable and clearly understood my phone inside out, he also walked me through how he approached the troubleshooting and why each step could be critical when running diagnostics, so I felt included and educated (even if only on a layman level) about what was happening to my phone.What was even more impressive was how cooperative and collaborative the communication between Travis and the Verizon technical support staff was. I couldnt hear the other side of the conversation, but Travis was crystal clear when communicating the completion of every instruction and exactly what was showing on my screen, passed on possibly relevant information in perfect chronology as I explained it, and always confirmed that it was okay to attempt something outside of the explicit instructions (e.g. a seemingly harmless network settings reset) *before* doing it to make sure it wouldnt interfere with the undergoing diagnostic on the other end. Whatever diagnostic was being run on the other end, I trusted that the results would not have been compromised by some stupid miscommunication through the phone.Good communication with the customer might be a given, but to have someone understand the importance of communication, the role it plays in a diagnostic and execute it well is an art. And Travis is a master at this art :)
Helpful and knowledgeable. I do my research before going to any Verizon and its frustrating to know more than the employee sometimes, but not at This Verizon. Employees know their stuff and a manager is almost always there to clarify things if necessary. 2 years now Ive gotten my phones from them and am far more satisfied by the experience then I was going to the larger corporate store nearby. Highly recommended if youve done your research first so you understand what theyre talking about.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. These employees and the manager are either clueless or it is a scam. Will be contacting Verizon directly and Better Business Bureau! Still trying to resolve my issues with this store. Dont waste your time or money here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please, be weary and find a Verizon store that is well known and well rated.

Even though its a kiosk, the employees there are wonderful! The Apple store is always packed so I go here instead. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me well with the troubles I get myself into and dont mind the million questions I have. Velly, Jacob, and Zach have been very kind and theyre a joyful treat to see whenever I go. I absolutely LOVE them ❤

Overall great experience buying a phone from this verizon location! The service was great and the workers were very helpful and friendly. I personally had Francisco that was a tremendous help for backing up my iCloud, setting up my phone, and answering all my questions. Highly recommend going here for any issues or needing an upgrade :)

They put you thru hell if you try to buy a device that is popular. They screen you to the fraud department and they talk to you like you are a dog. Even tell you to hurry up or they’ll hang up. I ended up getting my 3 Apple Watches 4 for Christmas and my new X phone after all the hell and mistreatments I went thru. They could care less if you complaint too. I have 10 lines with them and if they don’t get their act straight I will simply switch to another company. Simple as that. All it takes is a phone call to one of their stores and they’ll do everything for you even transporting your numbers. I can’t stand you wasted my whole day trying to finish my Christmas shopping and that fact that you could care less when a customer complaints.

I went to apple for a new screen for my iphone 7+,but they didnt wonna repair bc a dent on the battery voids all wrk on the phone, bit they would sell me a new one for 350$,so told them no and went to verizon kiosk, the woman working there show me the option i had wich were basically return the phone or pay it offand get a new one but then once i explain her that the phone was wrking fine before i drop it and screen just went dark after, she told me let me wak you to the sreen reapir kiosk and they will repair it in no time and 1/3 told of the cost. Surely eonugh the was the case, nothing wrong with the phone, work fine.new screen and went on my way .this level of costumer service and honesty are rare ! I reccomend this place 100%,it wasnt about making a sell but understanding my frustation on how apple care only about making me buy a new profict !!! I would give them negative stats if possible. I dropped my wife and kids off at the mall to go do a drug test for my new job. I came back and she said follow her we were getting new phones. They assured her there were no fees for the upgrade or activation fees. They also talked her into a new plan and told her and myself there would be no change in our bill. They straight lied to our faces our bill jumped by more than 100 a month. They also sold her a damaged phone this happened august 12 2016 and not even 3 weeks later we are still fighting with Verizon to get it fixed. They are horrible people and would change service before going back to them
Have been going here for years. Will never go anywhere else. Customer service is always great. Always make sure I have everything i need without trying to sell me on stuff. Rauof was awesome helped me with my phone,sisters and nost importantly my father who is the most difficult man when it comes to technology.

Staff, particularly Matthew Lovell, were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Replaced a broken phone yesterday and he made the typically painful process much more pleasurable, best experience Ive had at a Verizon store and Ive been with them for over a decade.
This Verizon screwed me. The phone I ordered was on promotion and on back order. I placed the order, and was promised the promotion price. The phone finally came in and they said they could not honor the price. Save your self trouble order online or go to the real Verizon store. Update this is not a real Verizon store, just a third party retailer, dont be fooled.

Scam. Will screw you over, put you on a contract, report an upgrade, when you bring an unlocked device to them. You will get two year contract for your unlocked phone, and Verizon will charge you an upgrade fee.
