Jeffrey was friendly, funny, and helpful. We came in about 15 mins before closing and we needed a phone asap. I was afraid he would tell us to come back tomorrow, but he didnt. He helped us pick out a new phone, and he got the old phone to actually turn on so we could get the info and pics from it. He then helped us transfer everything to the new phone. Great guy! I have been a Cellular and More customer for many years. My experience yesterday was great. Nate was great to work with and I am very happy with my new Note 20 and watch.Two items to point out which made the experience top shelf. I made an appointment for my phone replacement so I didnt have to wait. I also upgraded from a note 9 to a note 20 and Nate was able to transfer all of my apps from my old phone to my new phone. This saved me hours of work at home. I walked out of the store with a phone which was ready to use. Thank You

Pay twice the price on any phone compared to average retail and be told its a loyal customer discount! Besides the extreme ripoff, I tried to get help regarding a plan from the shop, and was told to call or chat online. From that, I was confronted with a wall of BS from (probably Indian) customer service people that couldnt speak English and didnt try. Through the murky language, I was repeatedly blown off and lied to about available services and options (obvious given that there is a website advertising all of the services and options). Thanks for taking my money and years of business as a customer and throwing it in the trash. Not interested in Verizon anymore. T-Mobile seems more reasonable.

After being long time Sprint customers...since the Nextel days beginning in1996.. we decided it was time to switch service providers. I made an appointment in the middle of the night for the next day. I woke up to Craig from Verizon calling to schedule and confirm that appointment. I explained to Craig that we needed someone who was going to be able to guide us and look out for our interests in this switch.We were greeted and welcomed when my hubby and I walked into the Washtenaw store for our 1:30 appointment. There was absolutely zero waiting for Nate. He came right over and was extremely patient, knowledgeable, personable and understanding. He took the time to speak to my hubby and learn what needs and uses we needed out of our phones and service... while I was outside still dealing with Sprint. Instead of upselling phones that had options and features that we were not going to be using he qualified us for the phones that best met our needs and lifestyles.Nate took the time to answer all of our questions and make our transition to Verizon as smooth as possible. Not only that but found the best phone packages that fit our usage. He is saving us a considerable amount of money each month with better devices.Nate was outstanding to work with. We both walked away feeling confident that we were going to now have phones that worked, didnt drop calls and were hooked up to a network at all times. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Nate today. Thank you again for all of the time you spent with Doug and I, we really do appreciate it!

I absolutely recommend coming by this location if you’re looking for quality customer care. The representatives on staff were extremely personable and made sure I was taken care of, even when I wasn’t aware of certain minor issues with my account. Nate was the sales associate that helped me, and he really kept my interests at heart through the entire process. Even during COVID, they kept their decency and maintained a positive attitude.

Im a verizon customer and called with a question about my phone and the verizon employee on the phone had terrible customer service. This is not the first time the employees in this store have had a pompous and rude attitude for no apparent reason other than seemingly being frustrated by having to do their job.Embarressingly unprofessional. I would recommend trying any of the other Verizon stores nearby if you want to recieve any semblance of customer service.

My phone stopped working at the most inopportune moment. When I walked in the store, Craig immediately helped me out - not only did I not have to wait forever in line, but he immediately resolved the problem and even called Verizon Customer Service to make sure my warranty was exercised properly. He even asked for a new phone to be shipped as expediently as possible.In just three days I had my new phone in my hands and Nate H. helped me activate the phone. He pulled my missed texts in and spent all the time in the world to make me up and running with the phone.

I did have a defective phone and he helped me go through the bureaucracy of turning in an old phone only after I received a new phone at no charge from Verizon. Good experience today with Nate and Mo at the Washtenaw Ave. store. They were patient with my questions, explained the charges/tech, and gave me background info. There was no condescention which is very important to me as a woman. They were friendly and very personable which made the purchase experience much easier than tech purchases often are.I was invited to come back and ask questions if I needed to. Excellent service. I was just in the store today and worked with Carl. What a GREAT experience! He has worked with me several times before and I finally found the time to give this feedback. He was professional and skillful. He took his time to help me transfer over from my childs old damaged tablet to the new improved tablet. Thank God I had the warranty! He also answered questions I had about my daughters Gimzo watch questions. He went above and beyond when he helped me find and set up some useful apps, showed me how to clear my Verizon phone data, transfer my data to my memory chip(which seemed I wont remember, but will try) to mademake and space on my phone memory. He made excellent suggestions for new shock proof covers for my kids new tablet. I cant say enough good about Carl. He is an asset to your company and an all around cool guys that is knowledgeable, kind and patient!

Absolute worst customer service I have seen from a verizon store. The man helping me was visibly confused with my question an dialed the customer service line, sure, all is fine. He proceeded to hand me the phone having me speak to customer service while he left to go help a different customer (mind you there was another worker who could have helped this man). Customer service provided zero help and I called my dad to try to figure things out. I was audibly confused and frustrated and the two workers (who were helping nobody at the time) did not even bother to look in my direction or to help me. I stayed in the store for an hour, received zero help, and left with zero solution.

I had an awesome experience at this store! Before going to this store, I was influenced by its low ratings, so I first decided to go to another store nearby (which was in fact a premium (private) store, and not a real Verizon store like here). After having a terrible experience there, I went to this store and I was surprised. Everything was awesome. The representative (who was a middle-aged guy) was a real gentlemen with professional behavior and good knowledge about everything. He helped me adding a new line and buying a new phone, and he tried to get all discounts he could for me. At the end, he accompanied me to the door. I highly recommend this store!

Muaz was amazing! Not being able to get my ICloud to backup right he went above and beyond to make sure I could get my data back. The experience here was great! Everyone is so nice and friendly here. The only Verizon store I visit!

Craig was incredibly helpful in setting up my new iPhone xs. He was able to walk me through the online app and direct me to the correct location to pick up my new phone. When I picked up my phone from the Ann Arbor saline location they just handed it to me and didn’t ask if I needed a case, screen protector, or anything. I came back to this location and Craig hooked me up with a new screen protector and walked me through setting up my new phone. He ensured it was done correctly and I really appreciated all his help.
