Bianca was AMAZING !!! She helped me get my bill and new phone figured out and it was a very easy pleasant experience. I ended up going up to the store because the person I was talking to at Verizon support kept me on the phone for over 1.5 hrs.and still couldn’t help. Bianca is the reason we can never get rid of box stores. In person help like hers is invaluable!!!!

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The guy “helping me” would just leave halfway though a conversation, took 8-15 minutes to get me a quote, and LEFT the building while he supposed to be helping me. He left the back door and came back though the front. WASTE OF MY TIME. Verizon, not that you care I’m going with someone else. I wasted 2 hours just trying to get a phone. I guess because I wasn’t buying a brand new one I was a waste of time to them? Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.The Verizon store in Canton was much better.

They don’t take the time to thoroughly assist their customers. I understand that it’s busy and they’re likely short staffed, however, that’s no excuse for the poor customer service that we received. We have been to the store four times in the past two weeks trying to figure out what the issue was with our trade-in. When we initially added a line to the plan, they were in a huge rush to get us out and we had to later go in to get the label to ship the trade-in, as recommended by customer service since we hadn’t received it. After shipping the phone out, and when trying to get updates about the trade in, customer service could not find record of it, although the tracking said it was revived. Come to find out that they had us ship out the trade-in phone without initiating the trade in through the system. We went in multiple times because customer service said that the store should have given us a submission ID, and we kept being told that we did not need it, which was false. Because of these wrongdoings, we are left navigating numerous loopholes to have the phone sent back to us because the verification information they need was never put into the system to either do the trade in or send the phone back. We have been screwed out of the trade in promotion and a phone we already owned. Extreme inconvenience due to people not doing their job correctly and not taking the time to ensure that customers have what they need.

Kim provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at Verizon, let alone anywhere else. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient!I went in to buy a new iPhone after having an iPhone 7 for three years and she provided me with great info on the new iPhones and even allowed me to hold the different iPhone cases and put them in my back/front pocket to determine which size I would like best. She also helped me pick out a sturdy case and even put on the screen protector for me like an expert (I always tend to leave air bubbles when I do it). I also did the sell back with my old phone and she printed the label and provided a box and all the steps to take to make sure it it was returned to their warehouse within 14 days.Kim was so great I made an appointment with her the next day so my mom could get a new iPhone too!Needless to say I would highly recommend going to the Verizon store off Ann Arbor Saline Rd to get a new phone and ask for Kim!

Alternative third-party Verizon locations seem to be the better option. If you try to call these Corporate stores you get sent directly to Customer Service, which most often wants you to use a chat robot that doesnt understand the human issues customers have. If you call a franchise store you always get a person within a few steps. Surprised and disappointed that the corporate office doesnt set the standard.

Walked up and was stopped at door by Verizon employee saying that we could not come in but we could make an appointment for tomorrow. New Verizon customer and so far Im only regretting that I dropped my existing carrier and seriously considering switching back. Ive only been with Verizon for 2 weeks and Ive had more headaches with them than Ive had in 2 years with T-Mobile. I purchased 2 new phones and got my numbers ported over from T-Mobile, I was very clearly told that for porting my numbers over, there would be no activation fee (no sorry, that was only if I was moving them to a business account is what I was told after when I questioned the charge). When my bill was $70 higher than what it shouldve been and I question them I was told:-Because I was given a Do More Unlimited plan (not the one I asked for nor authorized) on both my devices-Because I had Mobile Protection added to my phones (again, did not ask for, was not offered, did NOT authorize)-Oh, and because you need auto pay enabled for the additional $10 off per line (again, never told to me)And by the way, the Verizon screen protector that was sold to me for my Galaxy S10 is utter trash, ended up throwing it away.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were trying to join Verizon as a family and I am in NC with two users in Ann Arbor. We just needed to activate two SIM cards for the new account but one in store rep and the manager, Jessie, were absolutely terrible. If it were not for the fabulous authorized rep in NC, we would not be getting Verizon service due to our interaction with Jessie. They had absolutely zero interest in assisting us and earning Verizon the business from AT&T. I would avoid this store at all costs.

The person who assisted my friend on my account did not check the notes and kept calling me for clarification and I was told by Verizon that the insurance swap and new phone setup could be done in one visit but they refused and demanded the old phone before mailing the new one so my friend had no phone for a day. Then they forgot to mark that they took the phone and I got a text that I still needed to return the old device and am now going through a long process to get that figured out so I don’t get charged.

It is a miracle that this store hasnt been shut down yet.I went into the store 7/28/18 to exchange a device that was incorrectly sent to me through their website/over the phone. I was offered a promotion that would take $300 off my bill and cut down the monthly cost. This was along with trading in my current device valued at $129.The General Manager, Steve Sharp, was very rude to us. He would not honor the promotion that corporate offered us, despite this being a CORPORATE store. He asked us to prove that it was Verizons mistake, then refused to look at the chat screenshots that we brought (due to the terrible online reputation of the store) that proved our story. We were treated as if we had no idea what we were talking about even though we have been with Verizon for twice as long as the 10 years we have been.My mother and I walked out of the store after being told off and scolded by Steve for anybody in the store to hear. On top of this, another employee by the name of Craig stopped his customer interaction to yell across the store that we would always get the best deal in store despite corporate Verizon being able to follow through on their promise. This is very unprofessional and needs to be dealt with immediately.Oh, and they tried to charge $35 as a restocking fee despite it not being our fault.I think its time for corporate to take a look at what is happening in this store. Clearly some drastic changes need to be made!

Stopped on 4/22/18 at about 1pm. Had a phone that went thru the washer and already had purchased a new one from Verizon online. Was hoping to be able to save all my contacts. Shannon was great and he tried everything he could to do this for me, but wasnt happening. He helped activate and set up my phone. Very personable and nice and I thank him for his time and effort. And the guy helping me was on the phone with other customers the entire time. Went to Best Buy instead and they were able to fix my issue in about 10 minutes. Will never go back to this location.

Very disappointing experience at this store. Purchased phones and new lines in May because of an offer that was misrepresented to us, presumably to increase the employees compensation by selling more. While that employee no longer works at the store, it is clear that there are no systems in place to protect customers. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix the impact of this scam with only small compensation for the error. Verizon won, they made more money because an employee lied. I will never purchase phones or plans in a store again- only online where I can be sure everything is written out in front of me and cant be misrepresented. Verizons commitment to protecting its customers must be improved. As a long time customer, Im very disappointed.

Stay away from here!!! They discriminated against me for no apparent reason. I got approved for 4000 spending limit at Target however I had to come to this store to get the phones. I was told in person that there was absolutely no way to look up my application by the number. They ran my credit AGAIN and it held it. I left and got the cooperate people to lift the hold I called before I even came in and asked to look up my application an sure enough SHANNON the lady with the black hair the manager looked it up over the phone. As soon as I came inside the store CRAIG said that there was no way to look it up. I said I just got off the phone with your manager. They wouldnt give me my phones they basically just rufused to service me. I wasnt loud or rude or ghetto. I was respectful and still was treated TERRIBLE. However. Shannon the black guy was extremely helpful and nice and if anything have him help.you.

Why is the customer service here so amazingly bad. I have never been so annoyed by a salesperson in my life.I had an ongoing issue with a new phone, which I understand was not this stores fault, but their complete and utter disinterest in helping to solve the problem or even provide direction was infuriating. Compounding this was the fact that the person helping me was abrasive and passive aggressive. The cherry on top was that after telling him I was in a rush and had to leave (a lie to try and end the misery), he was bold enough to try selling me add-ons that I had explicitly said I didnt want or need.Ultimately, in order to have a working phone, I had to make a decision between staying in that nightmare to try and get the problem fixed or pay way more than was appropriate to just leave. I paid the money. It was worth it to get out of that store. The next day I called Verizon and spent 20 minutes with them undoing the mess that the salesperson made worse.Point of the story: go to another Verizon store, Best Buy, or take care of your Verizon business online or over the phone.Most importantly: save yourself the pain and ask for someone else to assist you if William is assigned to you.

The store is very nice amd pretty, but I went there with a software issue. I told them what was going on and what I did (my camera suddenly stopped working) they didnt even touch my phone. Just told me to call to a third party place and see what they could do (which was to invoke my warranty). I didnt want to pay that much so i just said Ill think about it. Took forever to get help when there was only two people in the store. Manager tried to make up for his employees but forgets what he said. Also I almost gave one star because we came to this location because we were told the had the ipone 8 on display to look at we get there & it is not out. They would not show us one because they said they would have to charge us for the phone and if we didnt like it we could return it but with a restocking charge and would loose the activation fee and have to pay a second activation. Why would anyone buy such an expensive item without looking at it!

After checking in and waiting for over an hour, we found out they didnt actually write our name down on the list as people that came in after were being helped before us. After voicing our concern about the mix up we were helped by a rude sales associate who looked at me like I was crazy, when I asked for help with cellphone plans for relocating outside of the country for a year. We left after talking for 30 seconds, something that could have been avoided if the person checking us in took time to actually consider what I was asking in the first place. Over all this store was rude and inefficient in customer service.

He hung with me all day as we went over all the options with switching part of my family plan from Sprint to buying or transferring phones or taking part of the family over and waiting out the Sprint contract for the remainder. I have never been lied to as much as at this store!I purchased a new iPhone during their trade-in deal and was told that it would be no problem to switch onto my husbands plan after I received the new phone. In fact, I was told to wait until I received the new phone to switch onto his plan. I spoke to several individuals at this store and my husband did as well to ensure that this was the case. After receiving the phone a month later, I went into the store to activate it and was told that I would lose the $27 monthly credit if I switched to my husbands plan. Or I could switch to my husbands plan and then my iPhone 6 is only worth $200 and I have to pay $450 for the new phone! The employee and manager insisted that the previous misunderstandings couldnt be addressed. After I called my husband in the store and expressed my frustration while deciding to return the phone, I was then called a liar to my face. That is absolutely egregious!Not only will I never return to this store, but Verizon just lost another customer...

After dragging their feet and wasting our time, they wasted more trying to sell my mother a charger and case for $100, and had the audacity to argue with me in front of her. Weak. Employee seemed like he had way better things to do than to sell my mom an iPhone. She was curious about new features of her $900+ device but he didnt explain anything. He went on to not set it up for her because he didnt really have time even though it was a half hour before close and there were no customers left. This guy was a joke of a salesperson. He definitely remembered to try and upsell her on a case, screen protector and wireless charger. She made sure not to buy anything else and wanted to walk out on him but who has time to come back again. Only reason not 1 star because I doubt the other employees are so bad. Will not return to this location. Jackson location takes longer because they are more busy but probably for good reason. Service at this location was some of the worst.

Its shocking to me that a verizon store only has one employee able to put on curved screen protectors (of course this person was off today). Being told they could try to do it but cant guarantee that it wont get cracked or have bubbles is not what you expect to hear. Being told that it is a courtesy but not something they usually do made me laugh at the guy and walk out... Dear lame verizon guy, for as long as Ive had verizon you guys have been willing to put screen protectors on phones. If you and the rest of the store fail at being able to do part of your Job, maybe you all should Practice and not just leave it to one person. Besides the fact that Verizon also realizes this and is closing hundreds of their stores, half the staff that works here are very helpful. Was then told that they would not be able to upgrade one of my lines as their info did not match my first name on my license, although having bought 2 phones from them on previous occasions. In addition I had the information to verify my business account but their sales rep, Anthony would not budge. Verizon should a better job of training their staff. Highly recommend staying away from your store, waits are long and customer service is poor.

Just go to another store. The staff if not very helpful. The manager just stands there and does nothing. If you want a device just go to Best buy they have better deals anyways. If you wanna deal with Verizon then go to another store or just call Verizon Support direct. Also be warned this store will push you aggressively on upsales. No other Verizon store has been like this. Told that the scrached shatter shield on my z could not be fixed and I would need a new phone. They were more then happy to offer me a motor Z2 force they would sell me. Definitely the worst corporate Verizon store I have been in. Avoid this place. Also the manager refuses to talk to anyone. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to give a shout out for the experience I had. Carlando, one of the managers there, was absolutely wonderful to work with. I went in on iPhone release weekend to trade in and get a new one, it should have been simple but there was an issue that we needed a corporate override for. Carlando, was dedicated and worked on getting the issue fixed for two hours, all while multitasking with other customers due to call-offs the store had that day. Carlando is hard-working, very personable, and is dedicated to all of his customers having a fair experience. I will always recommend this store, and specifically Carlando, to everyone. I couldn’t complain about him about on the other hand his manager Shannon the “solutions manager” oddly enough was a piece of work we didn’t have much interaction but the interaction we did was terrible. Took a long time to get help but once he was available to help us Shannon made it a great experience I was buying a gizmo pal for my granddaughter I didn’t know much about it but he explained everything so that I could understand it set it up for me and resolved many issues I had since it was going on my daughters account and I was buying it for a birthday present I will be going back to purchase more for my other grandchildren and I hope Shannon will be there to help me. He has made a lifelong customer of me

My husband and I just purchased Pixles for our family of 4 from this location. We all purchased Google Live cases. as well. I have had mine for about a month and the corners of the case just fell off while I was sitting on the couch one day. The case is now cracking all up the face of it from the cracked corners. I have not dropped or damaged my phone or case in anyway. I stopped in the store and asked them to replace the case at no charge to me and they refused. The man helping me actually said,Can you prove it? when I told him I have not dropped my phone with the case on it and it must have been sold me me with a defect since it started falling apart. That is poor customer service!!! A phone case is supposed to protect a phone, not fall apart just from being on a phone. This store could have simply wrote off the damaged case and given me a new one to replace it. Instead they refused to make me a happy customer and insulted me by asking if I could prove something that I obviously cannot. I am a long time Verizon customer. It is disappointing that they have stores that treat their customers this way.

This store has the worst customer service Ive experienced. I added a line online for in-store pickup. They sent a text and email saying it was available but when I made it to the store they told me the order wasnt available. I called the next day and was still unable to get the item. They told me they were piloting an investigation for the line but when I called 611 they didnt understand the reason for it. They only give you 72 hours to pick an on-line order up in store. The people here are rude and cant explain things to you like normal people would. They said it was a pending order but why send a text message saying it was available for pickup when it was not?

If I could write a review and give this store and Logan, one of their salespeople NO stars I would do so. What a terrible experience, followed by a fraudulent receipt filed by LOGAN which indicated we had purchased products that we DID NOT PURCHASE. Fellow shoppers, beware of this! Because LOGAN FRAUDULENTLY filed a sales receipt it took us over an hour to untangle the mess. We had terrific help from another store which I will positively review in another post. THE SALESPERSON LOGAN AT THIS STORE IS NOT ONLY TERRIBLE BUT COMMITS FRAUD. Stay away!

Awful! Such a bad experience. This is coming from a customer that left their store after spending $1000 on two new cellular phones and a tablet. The staff at the store obviously knew what they were doing; and, knew their products well, however, they didnt concern themselves with taloring their services and products to individual customer needs, only what they could sell you. Staff were obviously there for the paycheck. More incidious, was the Verizon Companys policies (hidden fees and tacked on service charges) essentially forcing the store staff to screw their customers. Although Ive been a customer of Verizon for something like 20 years Im so angry with Verizon, and the Ann Arbor, MI, sales staff, that Im switching to a different service regardless of the expense.

I asked all around town for a case for my new phone, all the Verizon authorized stores in ypsi and Ann Arbor, best buy, none of them had anything for it. I called the Verizon store, they had the case I wanted and the screen protector I wanted. I walked in, they had it at the front desk waiting for me. They installed it in store for me. Im not even a Verizon subscriber and they did this for me.

Terrible store with a terrible staff that has terrible customer service. They sold me a keyboard case that broke the tablet that went inside it. They refused to replace either the keyboard or the tablet, or offer a repair or other compensation for their mistake.Please do not go here.There are other, better Verizon stores in Ann Arbor. The staff is very pleasant when they are attempting to sell you anything and are very adept at giving you the runaround to avoid any responsibility when things go wrong.

The customer service here is terrible! Never have I gone to a Verizon where they wouldnt help me set up a new phone. They were only concerned with selling me add-ons to my Moto. I ordered a phone online and had it delivered here. I thought that would make it convenient. When I asked for help with setting up my phone (transferring the card, making sure my contacts were there) and they refused. They said I should look online for directions. When I asked about having the Sim card transferred to the new phone they said it wasnt necessary because a Sim card was preloaded. Well guess what? The guy was wrong. I turned on my phone and my contacts were there for maybe a minute and then they all disappeared. Gone from the Verizon Cloud as well. The next phone I ordered I had shipped to my house instead and it went to the Verizon on Zeeb Road instead. The customer service there is far superior.
