I liked the old store downtown Ann Arbor much better- it had a better vibe to it and a lot more stock but my son was able to find some things he wanted.. But the check out clerks were very nice and helpful. Im happy the store is still around.

Went to Urban Outfitters for the first time and absolutely loved it. The clothing sizes are actually realistic, unlike most other stores at the mall. Theyve got high quality clothing with great styles. If youre looking for band t-shirts, vinyls, film cameras, high quality clothing or just wanna stop and check it out, I highly recommend. The fitting rooms are open and clean (which isnt always the case with some other stores). The staff is extremely friendly. All in all, exceeded my expectations and Ill definitely be back in the future!

True hipster, I agree, they keep the latest threads. Quirky items yet necessary for most is also true. Either way people will admire your casual style with their fashion. Definitely needs to have more sales. Items would hence fly off the shelves.

Just a cool place- mostly for girls but some guy stuff too. Light and amusing non- clothing products as well. Friendly, helpful staff. Fun to browse- but look too close, and you WILL end up making a purchase!

Well laid out store, always neat and organized. Cute clothes and accessories at decent prices. They also have fun knickknacks like candles, books, home goods.

I love to shop here. They have a lovely mix of styles and always have my size in stock. I often shop online but it is always nice to be able to shop in person as well.

Items are a bit expensive here Definitely targeting college students with money to burn. They sell nostalgic items and random things that you dont really need but look cool.

Expensive, cashiers could have a bit more customer service based on my experience. Fitting rooms are nice and theres a lot of them. Sometimes there is a GREAT sale rack full of items as cheap as 5 dollars. Thats typically when I buy anything from here.

The store is fine but never buy anything online from them. The shipping took 5ever, they sent me the wrong pair of shoes with the security tag still on them. Horrible customer service, so Im left with shoes I cant do anything with and I have to drive all the way to the post office to return them and wait to a refund to be processed. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally any other site.

I like how there seems to be new varieties of garments in here often. It me going back to see whats new. I just hope the prices become a little more competitive with other stylish venues.

I like this place primarily not for buying stuff, but just for the general vibe, its v chill and vaguely smacks of the occultthat said, even though most of the stuff is p expensive if you hunt around you can definitely find some cool things for cheap!

Overpriced and trendy. I guess the store was clean and all but if you are looking to buy anything there my advice is to check it on Amazon and just get it theyre much cheaper.

Interesting store and the ambience is quite pleasant but a visit is mandatory per me☺...parking is just a nightmare obviously closer to UOM...This is in the same building as State Theater and quite easy to not see it ☺

Its an urban outfitters. I got a record player at an urban outfitters once. It didnt work, but they let me return in. That was cool.

Urban Outfitters is extremely offensive to many populations of people and are doing nothing to discontinue their behavior. I will never again shop at their stores and I encourage others not to as well.
