I love this store because it is 24 hours and Unfortunately, for the last 1.5 months the service is horrible. The hold time on the phone averages 10-15 minutes (I’m not exaggerating). It takes longer to get prescriptions as well. It used to take 20-30 minutes now it takes a very long time. Sometimes they will tell you one time to pick up your meds, and you will get there, and they are not ready. I understand working in a pharmacy; I used to be a pharmacy technician years ago. If we had a massive line of patients down the aisle backed up badly, the store manager (who also had their pharm tech certification) would come in and help out with the register, etc. My old store was a chain store as well. Now, this was many years ago, but a pharmacy is a pharmacy. Would you please hire more people or do something to help them be more efficient?

The Pharmacists literally do everything they can to help you especially with your insurance company. I’d buy coffee for them everyday if I could.

Wanted to pay for ny sons medication by calling in.Told had to make an account.Fine.Tried at CVS website 3 times.Entered info exactly as directed would not establish.Now my son has to wait for me to physically drive in to get in after work 18 miles away.This totally SUCKS!

Rose and the entire pharmacy were very polite and upbeat. They filled my order much faster than they originally said. I recommend this place.

I want to love this location, its closest to my home, but unfortunately I will go out of my way to pick another CVS. I use coupons, and since this location has changed their makeup department into some beauty consultant place, its not the same. There are advertised deals in the CVS ad, that they dont even carry the products since the beauty dept. changed. Also, when using coupons, the cashier actually voided one in front of me saying it cant be used...when the register had no problems taking it. I now take my business, and prescriptions to N.Andover location.

Astonishingly poor management with seemingly no training. Poor poor customer service.

One employee was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for graduation decorations and balloons. They only had two types of graduation balloons to choose from and were sold out of other decorations, so picked one of the large balloons they had. I went to pay for it and asked the cashier if she could fully inflate it for me since it was underinflated and not keeping its shape. Even though I was paying $9 for the balloon she wouldnt inflate the balloon the rest of the way unless I played an additional $.75. Service went from great to poor.

LOVE this location, mainly because the pharmacists are incredible! Ive always kept to myself but when it comes to this place, I find I actually enjoy chatting with the pharmacy staff, usually later at night - less lines, fast service & friendly staff!

If I could rate less than one star I would. This place sucks, absolute garbage I bought flowers and chocolate there for my girlfriend on Valentines day and it came to over $40. I wouldve gone somewhere else but I was on a time crunch. When I got home I unwrapped the flowers and more than 3/4 of them were dead. The staff member who helped me was god awful not friendly at all. If you cant tell by now Im pissed and will never return to this CVS.

First of all was shocked by all of the negative reviews. Every time I walk into the store, someone greets me in a genuine way. Any time I have asked for help, I got it. The pharmacy is an asset there that I utilize a lot and they are always courteous and work to do their best. The public restrooms are always kept clean. They are great when it comes to helping me with coupons or finding deals. I have never had an issue with this CVS and go there probably once or twice a week. The parking lot in the rear is also an asset to Andover. Thanks, CVS.

The Store and Pharmacy are open 24/7 and their wide selection is always fully stocked

Ive been calling the pharmacy over and over and every time answer service (new)is trying to connect me with the pharmacy I got disconnected. It is so frastruting since the new answering service has been installed.

I have been done many times. Service is inconsistent . I came today for vaccine I called Walgreen and it was $13 cheaper. CVS pharmacist told me that all the prices everywhere with the same. That is not what I heard today. What I heard was come thing completely different. CVS has a reputation for being more expensive than Walgreen. Today was no different

Rose, the Pharmcy tech at the Andover (Main St) Pharmacy is amazing. She knows customers names, gets most prescription problems sorted quickly. Shes very respectful and helpful. I know if I have a prescription problem, shes going to do her best to get it solved.

Over priced. And the staff hates middle schoolers. The other day I witnessed a cashier get mad a girl because she made a joke about not doing math. The cashier responded to this joke by saying what school you go to?!?! and then she followed up by threatening to call the middle school and tell them that this 8th grader did not do math. Unbelievable. This same cashier got mad at these same people for not handing her the money the right way. I personally think that this cashiers attitude was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She also got mad at a group of 6th graders for droping their money on the floor. 6th graders. These kids are only 11 and 12. She needs to work in another department of the store because interacting with people is clearly not somthing she is good at.

I love getting notebooks and markers at CVS because Its my favorite store.

I have never in my life felt so discriminated against. A shift supervisor named Nick was disgustingly unprofessional, rude, and racist. First, not one employee asked if I needed help. Second, Nick accused me of stealing because I wanted to use coupons for my purchases. He said I was committing fraud because I wanted to use 2 like coupons on 2 items and the coupon read 1 coupon per purchase. He clearly doesnt understand the difference between per purchase and per transaction. I would only be using 1 coupon per purchase. Hence, I was making 2 PURCHASES and clearly I couldve used 2 coupons. Then, he tried mocking me by using the term couponer as a hateful remark. According to him, people like me make the company lose money. I explained to him that I was using the correct coupon for the correct items and the store will be reimbursed. He said that I cant pay with my extrabucks because Ill only be getting extrabucks back for the purchases thus making them free. Yes, that is correct. I asked him what was wrong about that and he just kept going on about how I was getting so and so free. I am not getting things free I am still using my extrabucks that I earned. I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING ILLEGAL but according to him I am a criminal because I am savvy shopper. To top it all off, Nick and another employee were debating against who would ring me up. Nick said, Oh Im not. Im not getting fired because of you. Seriously? He took one look at me & my coupons and from then on just had a closed mind. In the end, I ended up walking out and told them to put everything back. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Ive never in my life seen someone as unprofessional, rude, and uneducated as Nick. Have a great life!

I witnessed a shift supervisor, Nick, completely mistreating a female customer because she wanted to use coupons. Nothing can compare to how unprofessional he was...such a sad human being.
