So a lot of people get angry with this store but fail to also see that people do not want to work at the moment and this store is struggling for employees. It is very rude when I hear other customers in front of me talking in a disrespectful manner to the workers there because they are short staffed which also includes the Post Office. So unless any person that reads this wants to work for speedway and help them out and make the wages that they make, then keep your opinions to yourself and just be grateful for any customer service that you get

I always have great service. Cheri is the best.Post office hours are a little tough when you work until 5pm, I wish there was better hours.

I go there and buy snacks normally but one of the cashiers keeps being super rude to me. This guy is short with medium length brown hair, glasses and a goatee, he is rude every time he rings me up. I try to be nice and just say thanks then walk away but I will never buy anything from this Speedway ever again. A tip to the management there hire employees who care about customer service or lose business from loyal customers.

April 1st 3:00pm cashier side closest to the post office. Didn’t catch the young man’s name within the one minute interaction between us. Completely Rude! I was going to make a chocolate candy purchase but it was 3 something vs 2.50 per the sale. So I changed my mind. This young cashier man aggressively grabs the candy bag back. I had two scratch offs that I said “I would to cash these”. He takes them, looks at me and says six dollars. I reply, yeah. And then he says so rudely with a tone “well you didn’t specify”.I’m sorry young man but you don’t treat customers this way. You need to learn to be polite, take a customer service class or you won’t get far in life if you continue treating customers in this rude manor of yours. I hope the manager sees this and addresses our one minute interaction on tape.

Buy a new flag! You should be ashamed of the way your current one looks.

Stopped to send a package via USPS. Not my regular station to fill up, but I thought I’d fill up and then mail the box. Filled up. Went in and got in line. About 6 people in front of me. All social distancing. Dude comes out from the back and says he cut the line off two people in front of me or the window wouldn’t close in time. Except it was 2:45 and the window didn’t close until 6 pm. What B.S.

Coming in and saying hello to the wonderful ladies every morning before work makes my day. They always have my favorite Voss water in stock! Better than most other Speedway stations by far.

USPS service is terrible . One package didnt arrive in 2 weeks second time I went there it was 4:45 and I told the guy Im going outside to grab the box from my car and when I get back inside he says sorry man its closed

Stopped at this gas station 9/23/2020 for a drink. The guy named Will who worked over night had the rudest attitude. After ringing up my items he didn’t tell me nicely that he couldn’t bag my items because of COVID, he threw the bag at me rudely and walked off telling me he doesn’t want to touch my stuff. Wowww just wo Could’ve been more professional about, yet Speedy hires anything that walks on 2 legs.

Try putting your correct hours up

Between the amount of times their credit card reader goes down and lack of employees this place is heading downhill fast. The best recent interaction I had involved the male cashier refusing to do a propane exchange because he couldnt walk outside of an empty store for 30 seconds while his coworker was on break. Theres a reason kwik trip is thriving while SA is having to rebrand...

Have been so disappointed with the people that work at Post Office here. They have no idea what they are doing, even the normal lady who’s there. The last time I was there I trying to re-send a box to an APO address that came back to me because the lady there typed the content weights in wrong (came to 123lbs and it actually weighs less than the 20 limit), and she typed the customs form into the computer 3 separate times, and kept messing up and having to start all over, then asked if I’d mind if she helped the 5 people that accumulated behind me. That took 45 minutes, so I grabbed my boxes and left. Go elsewhere if you do anything more complicated than buying stamps.

I activated a free 30 day car wash card that I received from a car dealership at this location and was charged $26.77 a month for 6 months before discovering the charges on my credit card. I assumed it expired after 30 days and didnt realize I had been signed up for a monthly plan. SA had all of my contact information but did not even send an email saying I was being charged for this service. They refunded half of the money As a customer service courtesy but refused to refund the rest even though I did not use the service after the first 30 days and their records showed that. So my 2 Free car washes ended up costing $80.31.

I use the post office often for my own business, and the post office staff are awesome! Its speedier than typical post office locations, and the young woman who usually runs this location is friendly, professional, and FAST. She knows her stuff! Great work.

Dont waste your time at the Post office counter here.... at a minimum youll be in line for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come over and help, then they will tell you they are out of supplies, cant do that level of service, or dont know how to do what you need. Total joke.

This is another one that has everything you need. ATM, Post Office, carwash and so on. Open 24 hours.

The cashier I dealt with directly was great. When I asked for a product I have bought there before, a fellow employee informed me they never carried it. I was amazed and informed him they did. He argued with me while a third employee laughed. I will never return. Come on, what kind of customer experience is that?

Tidy, not much glaringly out of order, pumps perform adequately, what more can you ask for, prices lower than the city as well so check it out if you need some gas

Always has broken pop machine, there’s some weird guy that works nights who’s really rude. this place has gone down hill.

The Post office is why I come here most of the time. The rest of the place is as youd expect of an SA. Everyone working has always been friendly and the place looks well taken care of.

Crappy service, cant read the display on half the gas pumps, cant pay with CC at the car wash, dirty store, etc etc. The ONLY thing it has going for it is the in store USPS counter.
