Don’t go to Walgreens for your shingles shot. My doc sent me here because she said was more cost effective. Well Walgreens won’t tell you how much it costs until you actually get the shot. Kind of defeats the purpose of coming here in the first place.Very rude on top of the whole thing. Never coming here again

The health care provider vaccinating people wasnt masked properly. Their mask did not cover their nose. Long waits and masks not required. They did have an announcement over the PA system to where masks to protect others...lol, it had no effect. In their defense allowing the spread of diseases = $

I dropped off my prescription at this location yesterday. I was told it was going to be a few hours before it could be filled. I returned a few hours later to pick up my medication. I was told at that point that my medication could not be filled until a set date. I never received a phone call or anything letting me know that they were holding it, even though it clearly states from my medical provider on the prescription to fill today. I questioned why they were unable to fill since it was approved from my medical doctor and my insurance approved it, they would not give me an answer, just said they would not fill it until a set date. I wont be returning to this location.

Sat in the pharmacy line for over 30 mins while ONE car waited for their prescriptions to be filled that they had presumably not called and filled ahead of time. Pharmacy workers allowed them to sit there and a line to form for half an hour. Horribly slow, never had such a bad Walgreens experience

Was a disappointing experience. Long wait at checkout. Wasn’t even busy or a long line. I just needed 1 item and waited behind 1 other person. No backup was called. And the place of register left no room for a waiting line.

I had a very bad experience with this pharmacy. If you are OK with a pharmacist that second guesss your doctors decisions, this is the place. They got very personal. They denied me my medication, after my doctor and insurance approved it. When I asked them to stop working on my prescription, that I would be contacting my doctor the following day to have the prescription moved, they decided it would be a good idea to page my doctors office, after hours. I have no idea how they can justify going out of their way to make an already bad situation, worse. This was after I explicitly asked them not to contact my doctor or continue working my prescription. I have never had a experience so awful as this one, at any Walgreens. I personally will not be shopping at Walgreens anymore, but still, I cant recommend against it, but this place...stay away. As others have noted, I think they are generally rude at this location, yes. But, this, was more. I felt like they had zero compassion for me, or what I was dealing with and experiencing. And in the end, they actually appeared to have become vindictive. I am sure I am not, and was not the best customer in the world, but nobody deserves this type of service, there is no way I did, so I post a review to warn others. Worst Pharmacy ever.

Would be great if the person administering flu shots would wear their mask properly. It was a bit unsettling seeing a healthcare provider not able to correctly wear a mask. FYI it goes OVER your nose. Person initially helping me in the pharmacy was also not wearing a mask until I was standing there. Ill be passing this to corporate.

Regarding pharmacy, at this point it is 1 star. I have transferred my prescriptions to another company because the pharmacy staff was repeatedly not wearing a mask! I called the first time and was told yes they should always be, even drive thru, and it would be corrected. A week later, trying to pick up my immuno suppressant, another tech was once again not wearing one and I left without my prescriptions. When I called the pharmacist I was told they did not need to wear a mask at drive thru due to the physical barrier. This is not what walgreens policy states, neither does it make sense since they breathe on my items prior to handing them to me. Not to mention breathing particles in a very small space all day, which can really contaminate everything, even as meds are being counted out. Especially for personal regarding a medical related position this should be a fireable offense... They are sure to have contact with at risk people and should not take their customers health and lives so non-chalantly.

Went to get my meds. 15 min before close. Waitied behind 2 car. Pull up to the window, its my turn 8:31. They close the shades on me and turn off the lights. No apologies, no explanation. I was shocked at how rude this was. Will not be getting my prescriptions from them anymore.

I usually go here early in the morning about 0800 after work. Always has been few customers. Found everything. Great, very nice staff and helpful. But for some reason I feel like I am in a twilight zone when I am in there. Its like it has an extra space and extra walls where they shouldnt be. Its weird. Lol

For the second time in a row the person working in the pharmacy was not masked. This is completely unacceptable for handling medications for my wife with a compromised immune system and I believe even goes Walgreens policy/claims that they require their employees to wear masks at all time. Were taking our business elsewhere.

I walked in to ask about a flu shot, saw multiple employees not wearing masks, and I walked right back out again.

Today at 8:30am the pharmacist told me my med was in and would be ready for pick up at 1pm. At 2pm I was told the most popular blood pressure meds never arrived and they were still out of it. So I was lied to in the morn and have to wait til Monday to fill. Or if I want the onus can call around to see if other Walgreens have any. Not the first time I have received bad service from this location. One time they only gave me half the med order after I asked them to double check. Be careful here because they are not and they will out and out lie to you.

With a convenient drive-through for prescriptions and a standard selection of additional goods, Ive never left this Walgreens feeling disappointed that I didnt get what I needed. I love that I receive a phone call when my script is ready. They even have a Redbox out front which, I confess, I still use a couple times per year (rather than rent online).

Tried to get a refill for my grandson there. They tried to say they had absolutely no record of it anywhere in the entire Walgreens database. The lady even asked me are you sure you filled it at Walgreens?. I called the Walgreens I usually use and no problems whatsoever. Ill never choose to use this Walgreens, Ill always use the one off Bunker and Round Lake Blvd.

I live this place and the people are so nice.

Yesterday the Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist were not wearing masks. Kind of thought this was a bad idea, not to mention against state regulations. Old people pick up medication. This is unprofessional and a bad example.

Everyone is very friendly. The Pharmacy is great. They know me by name and I feel safe that they will always get me the prescriptions I need filled. Beth will take good care of you.

Not sure what is going on with the set up in this location,but it looks horrible inside.Its barren,shelves poorly stocked,staff hard to locate..I felt like I walked into a small town atmosphere and wasnt sure I was gonna make it out alive.Ill drive the 1.5miles up the road to the other location,where the staff is friendly and exhistent.

The retail store is fine but the pharmacy and their staff are just cogs in a wheel. Not helpful at all, immpresonal, and kind of rude. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for almost 20 years.I will never go back and use their pharmacy. Plenty of other pharmacies that treat their customers with some respect and don’t treat them like a burden.Rant over.

I had a very rude older lady that ring me up today. There was a detergent deal going on that was $1.99 if you were a member. I bought a few and she mentioned to me that there was a qty to how much I can only purchase(there were no signs). I asked when did that start and She said, Its because of people like you that wipe out the shelf and she could not even answer me. I mentioned to her that there is still alot left. So is it first come first serve? The store is still making its money and the shelf was not even wiped out. I felt that it was because that Im asian that was why she was acting the way towards me. I did not even use any coupons(bc i dont have time/or is good at it) but simply just use my phone number to get the members deals. I guess its a crime. The customer that she rung up before me I notice the way she treated me differently.

Wish i could give no star at all. I purchased Whole Milk on 10/05/2017. there was a sticker that said it was on a sale which btw AWESOME. when i brought it home by brother took a sip and it was not liquid. it was completely solid milk. DISGUSTING! DO NOT buy milk here!!!!!!

My wife dealt with Beth and had a horrible experience. I followed up with a call that validated the concerns. If you can, I strongly suggest you pursue the Walgreens on Round Lake Blvd in Andover or Main and Ferry St. in Anoka. They are exponentially more pleasant deal with.

Good Walgreens, but sometimes there isnt enough staff.

Very fast on getting my medication but the staff seem really rude on the phone... and in person... and they dont open until 9am not 7am

Pharmacy is no good.

Love how clean this place is.

Does not open at 7 opens at 9 need to fix this.
