Next time I will gladly take my business down the road. Tammy was great to work with and very helpful but Jake is arrogant and rude. I’m a homeowner so of course I knew I wouldn’t get the “royal red carpet” customer service like the other big account holders. Maybe I just caught the guy on a bad day but I will move on to another distributor. They’re not the only ones that sell HVAC parts in Anderson County.
