They are our go to when we have HVAC trouble! Phenomenal customer service!

This company came highly recommended but has failed miserably in terms of communication and customer service. Our upstairs air has been out for over a week (all 5 children sleep upstairs). The tech came out Monday and warned us that sourcing such an old compressor could be difficult, and we understood. However, we have called 3 times in the last week, and each time the receptionist is unable to locate our file and the tech has yet to call back with any update. It is 90 degrees and we are ready to take our business elsewhere due to their lack of communication.

Henry is my papa. He is the best. He has been doin heating and air my whole life. I love my papa.

They are contracted by our management company. The man they sent out last night and today was very nice, personable and sympathetic. They came out today as soon as possible and got us up and running. I would definitely recommend.

I have used this company twice in the past and received great service. This time was an entirely different experience. The tech who came out was supposed to call and let me know the problem. He told my daughter the unit was old and doing the best it could and left. I waited several days to hear back and then called them. The receptionist had no notes on my call and told me she would get the tech to call me. That was 4 days ago and I have not heard from them. I called 3 times yesterday and got no response.

Henry’s was the 3rd HVAC company that came out and looked at my unit. They showed up when expected, inspected my unit and called to have my warranty covered without me asking. My unit is FINALLY working and I will definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs. Thank you for your honesty!!
