We replaced independent upstairs and downstairs heat pumps. We had a long standing issue with one room staying a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house, and wanted both outside condenser units moved farther away from our screened in patio. McGee representative Doug Curry was the only one, of several company sales representatives, that mapped out options for all of our concerns. He recommended one new supply and return for the affected room, and it has worked perfectly. We enjoy a lower noise level both inside the house and outside. The two new thermostats that we can adjust and program from both iPads and smart phones are really user friendly and very nice looking.The installation crew, Frank and Mason, were very professional and took great care in removal of the old systems and installing the new. We had one concern with the high speed of the air handler upstairs, and another McGee technician, David, quickly came out and made a perfect adjustment. All in all, we would recommend McGee heating and air to any of our friends. We are very pleased.

It was time for my semi annual service for my 2 units. I received a call from the office about the time slot being available and they could have someone there within 20-30 minutes. Steven the technician then called a few minutes later to let me know he would be the person doing the service work today. He was here within 15 minutes.He thoroughly cleaned both units, replaced all filters and checked the air temperature from the registers when finished.McGee Heating and Air always do a great job and are a pleasure to work with.

The first time I called McGee and told them what I needed done they gave me an appointment date and window. I received a call that they were on the way. Sure enough they arrived on time. Eddie did a great job. He let me know the motor would not last much longer. I authorized the purchase of a new one. I recommend McGee for your HVAC needs.

Tony did a great job today. He determined the existing motor needed to be replaced and was under warranty; however the new motor had to be shipped from Illinois and would take several days to arrive. He located another motor that will work temporarily and installed it efficiently and my air conditioning is working just fine again.

McGee heat and cooling they installed a heat pump in our house and done a great job. They where very professional and virtuous. We would absolutely use them again. McGee HVAC has installed both units in my home. I should have used them in the very beginning when I remodeled. I tried to save $$$. Instead it ended up costing me a lot more by using unskilled workers & unscrupulous people. McGee HVAC employees are honest, knowledgeable and provide outstanding service.

Our Tech Brett was amazing. He was honest and worked hard until finding the problem. He was upfront about costs and made the repairs. Also, he was very professional and friendly.

I trust McGee HVAC services. They evaluated my equipment situation and proposed a replacement system. My original was 23 years old. They were able to meet my tight timetable for installation. Unfortunately, at final system test there was a system performance problem. Their Maintenance supervisor came to my house immediately, diagnosed the problem as being caused by a faulty valve. That particular valve was not in their local inventory. In less than 24 hours, they located an available replacement valve, had it shipped to their facility and had it installed in my new system.Pretty amazing recovery.

I wasnt home when they came to service our heating a air. But one thing the service person did not do was put the garden hose back from where he got it and left it strung thru the flower bed. No problem with using the hose, guess they had to but put it back when your done.

Air-conditioning broke down at midnight on a Friday night .called their number and at one a.m.a real person answered, took down info, and she said they would call me back.. They called and were here atnoon time Saturday and fixed the problem.

What they were to fix they didn’t so we haven’t had heat for a year then wanted to charge an extra $1200.00 to fix the heat I’m not happy with them at all

My AC went out and my dogs were over heating so we drove up to see how soon we could get someone out to our house. Since we went on a Thursday the soonest they were able to show up was Monday morning, Ben showed and within 20 minutes we received a quote and it was reasonable. We have had problems with our AC since we moved in and it was a brand new build. We have two Trane units and had 4 different companies come and attempt to fix them. The first 3 admitted they couldn’t figure out the problem. The 4th wanted us to spend several grand for a whole new system. Shannon came and finally diagnosed the problem. We only need a new defrost control board for a fraction of the cost. These guys are great! If you have a Trane AC unit, these are the experts.
