Blue Star Gas: nice name, good people, fair prices. Batting 1000 % in my book and I’ve sampled them all. Locally owned and it shows. For example they care enough to honestly survey their customers and make improvements. The big companies could care less, satisfied just skimming off the top for those that never check prices or care little about local businesses that really do care about their customers like me and you.

We were very happy that the BlueStar team was able to come and get us all connected when we were left indefinitely to wait on our former company. No one likes to wait weeks in a cold house for a refill. Thank you!!

On Jan. 28, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. it was pouring rain and pitch black at our rural home in Cottonwood. Then backing into our driveway was Blue Star, delivering propane to us so we wouldnt be without heat. That man worked on in the cold, rain and muddy way down to our propane tank. Paul was very thorough and saved me from being continuously poisoned by the exhaust on my hot water heater. He climbed on the roof and checked out the exhaust vent and helped me realize what was happening. I had a headache for 2 days straight. Very kind and helpful!

Misty in the office is so sweet, and has amazing communication and customer service skills! During our recent snow storm Blue Star Gas responded during power outages like true professionals, they stayed with us day and night, helping / guiding us through. Phil was outstanding, kept in touch throughout the down time, working his day off to help us all he could. Much appreciated.
