My partner and her daughter were at a grocery store when I told them I wanted some good ice cream. They met me at Roll In. When we entered we were impressed with how clean it was and doors were being hand scrubbed. (Just mopping floors does not clean them. You have to scrub them.) If there was a 6 star rating possible I would give it to this place.The selection of ice cream sundaes is amazing! This is a family friendly place and a great place to eat and relax. I had the Red Dragon and it tastes even better than I had imagined! Another customer came in and ordered the same and she also said it was the best! My partner and I work on the restaurant business and tipped at least 20% because it is worth the wait and the quality is delicious!
Open late! The dining area is so cute! There is handwritten menus on the wall that are absolutely adorable (and easy to read).My kid and I each got an ice cream. Kiddo made their own creation and I got the delish Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake.The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions! This is going to be a go-to spot for us.
Overall horrible.The bad:1. Menus are not laid out in a logical order.2. Asking the lady how things work and shes just rude. She kept saying its self explanatory.3. Prices are not obvious.4. One board says pick one candy and one sauce, but Apparently that is extra, its not clear that its extra.5. Once we ordered and paid for six ice creams, it took another 50 mins.6. The ice cream tastes bland, no flavor, and my girls kept saying it tastes like water.7. Music from their TV is loud, and its hard to hear, talk, or even think.8. There is apparently faded blue tape on the ground we arent supposed to cross. On a piece of paper hand written, where the paper is folded over half way. I saw multiple customers come in while we were waiting, all got told to go back behind the blue tape. (this tape on the floor appears to seperate a couch area off)Good:1. They give lots of ice cream (see the bad #6)2. Something new?Advice if you still plan to try it:1. Look up menu online and figure out what you want before2. Be ready for a long wait3. The food was good.The service was not.They talked over my fiance while she was making an order to a group of five who hadnt ordered yet.After we paid for our order she proceeded to make every single last person after us order(almost 10 shakes and about thirty minutes later) and then gets to making our order.The food was good again, the service was poor quality. I wont be coming back here again.
The customer service problem is still very valid. It took about fifteen minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us, there were no other customers asides us. It took an hour for four orders and one of my friends received the wrong item (she ordered dark chocolate but got something that wasnt dark chocolate. It tasted like water so im not sure it was suppose to be). The ice cream is just okay, not good, okay. Its not worth it. Im not sure where the high star reviews come from but Im assuming its family or friends trying to boost the rating. Go to freaking McDonalds for a shake rather than this.
I’m a dasher, normally I make 25$ an hour and I have a 4.9 rating, I never picked up a dash here before so normal ice cream places don’t take very long, but this one was absolutely horrible, if I canceled my rating would go down for 1 and for 2 could get me fired, they made me wait for over an hour while this girl made ice cream at snail pace and didn’t have any care in the world and clearly hasn’t been taught customer service because she’s absolutely horrible at her job once the order was done I said finally after an hour and then she started cussing at me I’m like seriously it’s not my fault you don’t know how to be fast paced and do your job correctly if you are too busy then pause the tablet or time the pick up for way later I hope life hits her hard cause she has a lot to learn that not everyone is going to hold their tounge when being cussed at for something that’s not their fault, she’s also lucky I’m not crazy or that would of gone south real quick.
Not impressed at all!!! Rude..took an hour for 4 people. Ice cream taste horrible, Ordered dark chocolate lady handed me vanilla and said “dark chocolate” taste like water. Heh...
This place is great! We are regulars and she recognizes us every time! We come maybe once or twice a month, but she continues to deliver the same great quality product consistently.Her and her daughter were very kind and are trying very hard to keep up with the high demand. Try them the next time youre craving a sweet treat!
Wanted to like it so bad! They have so many options and the flavors were good! But it was chunky and in some bites tasted like water. Took an hour for 2 ice creams and by the time my husband got his mine was completely melted. Not to mention it was a million degrees in there( which I mean there is a heat wave so I can’t complain too much ) I think they need to hire some employees to accommodate the work load. Waiting that long is just crazy.
VERY slow service, didnt get order taken till after standing at cashier for 5 minutes with no other customers, and the Ice cream taste like water. would not recommend.
First experience here and I most definitely will come back. For a person who cant normally have ice cream due to dairy issues the fact that I can get almost any of the multitude of flavors and combinations they offer dairy free is amazing. The fact that they make it literally from scratch means it takes a lil time but thats understandable and well worth the wait (Which really wasnt that long just have a little patience) Dont believe so many of the bad reviews, the owner and staff were more then friendly and accommodating. I normally never write bad reviews, especially during this pandemic when every business is struggling... however, the customer service here is horrible. Whether or not theyre open is not consistent with whats showing online or on Doordash. Once, I ordered on DD and waited hours before I had to request a refund from the app because the store wasnt actually open. So, I called them tonight to see if they were, and got an extremely rude employee. I politely asked if they were open before I ordered online, and the lady who responded sounded like I was inconveniencing her. She rudely talked over me and condescendingly told me yes we are open, otherwise you wouldnt have the option to order on doordash. I checked for reviews on Google to see if anyone else had similar experiences, in which I discovered that this is nothing new. Just letting anyone know that the customer service issue is still a relevant issue, and I have seen no attempt from the owners or the employees to remedy this.
The ice cream tasted horrible. Our family had to wait 1.5hrs for 4 ice creams with no line. The staff was rude and worked at a sloths pace, with no care in the world and if you said anything they respond with its a family business. Dont support them. Any other Ice cream spot is better and much quicker. If this type of ice cream takes an hour to make it should be clearly posted so you know the expectations. It seems to be one of the top complaints.
This place is cute so it gets a star but the customer service and ice cream is horrible. We walked in and stood right in front of the cash register for 20 minutes before anyone said anything to us. The ice cream wasn’t rolled and was very runny. I got the Cookie Monster and it had no flavor. No one was wearing gloves and the brunette girl with highlights had her hair all over the place. We should have walked right out but decided to give it a chance. Worst decision ever. We ended up throwing it away.
Ice cream tasted good but it wasn’t rolled the way they advertise. The place was empty except for a family that was sitting and eating their ice cream. None of the ladies greeted me. I waited for a while for one of them to finish what she was doing and than she took my order without even looking at me. She gave me a ice cream cup from her freezer, when asked if she was going to roll it she told me it was already rolled. It wasn’t. In my opinion they lack customer service skills and they don’t serve what they advertise, I don’t recommend this business to my friends and family...
The BEST ice cream I’ve had in town (I’m from Arizona)and it doesn’t melt in minutes! This is the second time my boyfriend and I have gone here, not only were we served in a timely manner but the staff were extremely generous. Keep in mind that each ice cream takes about 10 minutes to make, so if there are other people ahead of you, or you come in as a group then it won’t be done in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place(: I’ve tried 4 different flavors so far, and CANNOT wait to try more!They also have shaved ice!
Placed a order yesterday thinking the shop was open. Website stated it was so I placed the order, I then show up to the shop to see that its closed. No big deal I was thinking my money would get refunded because the order was placed when they were closed the next day. NOPE! I was wrong order was confirmed and apparently completed... So I called and asked if I can pickup my order today and was straight up told why would you place a order when we are closed and that I would have to take it up with the delivery app I then stated I place it through your website which apparently they dont have but by the picture attached they obviously do and hunged up on after say alright. Just overall terrible customer service honestly.
The employee at this establishment was so disrespectful. Very rude. The employee was so disrespectful. She had brown hair. She said her family owned the establishment so it didnt matter how she acted. Hair was all out in the food. No gloves . Do not go here. Ive never had such a bad experience before!
There were two people in front of us in line and we waited for over one hour to get our ice cream. The ice cream was watery and did not taste like it was good quality. We were unimpressed.
The “manager “ was really rude. Even my 11 year old knows how to be nice. The manager kept using the same words over and over again (self explanatory.) Music is too loud, so you can’t hear anything.
Ice cream tasted...I don’t even know. A girl came in I’m guessing from her prom and the owner stopped (she had 3 more ice creams to make) to take photos of her. Oh let’s not forget she took her whole mask off. The daughter even stopped what she was doing to look at the girl. The older lady was pretty rude to customers and her daughter. This place isn’t worth it and to the person who said the ice cream tasted perfumed, you are totally correct.

Ive never even had the ice cream because everytime I show up, its closed. Ive came at all ranges of the posted business hours, and they are always closed. Once I even tried FIVE times within the span of a week.I was excited to discover this place since I live in the neighborhood, but I never seem to be able to get in. Im willing to give leeway because of the impacts of COVID-19, but I only have enough patience to try a few more attempts.Judging by the other reviews, I might have been spared a horrendous experience, but Im always willing to try new things.
Whatever you do, DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! I recently went to this establishment. I had to wait an extremely long time and ended up leaving with nothing. While waiting, I noticed that the employee was not wearing gloves and her hair was down. She was a brunette. She was very disrespectful. She said her family owned the company, I think that means she can act however she likes. It was not just her. This is a management issue. Its unacceptable to not wear gloves or a mask properly. Especially when handling food and especially during the pandemic. There is no way the employee had a food handlers card. There was no way that management was around because this employee was very loud and very rude. Unprofessional and dirty and inefficient. Three things you never want in a place that serves food. They have teenagers working without supervision. DO Not RECOMMEND. Im disgusted by this place.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I work for doordash, and I came in, stood at the doordash pick up sign, and waited patiently while the lady flirted with the door dasher in front of me. Then, when I tried to say I was with door dash, she didn’t even let me speak, and said “I KNOW WHO YOU ARE HERE FOR ILL GET TO IT WHEN I GET TO IT.” Doordash is my only source of income right now because i am in the process of moving out of state, and now that I’ve been here waiting for over an hour, I will NEVER come back. Do not come here if you are looking for a good time with polite people. HORRIBLE PLACE.
I waited more than a half an hour in an empty restaurant for an order of 2 ice creams to get hair in the first one. I notified the girls behind the counter and got attitude even though I wasnt asking for compensation of any kind. It doesnt seem like they are able to handle both online and in person orders and refuse to do refunds for extended wait times (per a sign inside). No one handling the food was wearing a mask, gloves, or even had their hair pulled back let alone a hairnet.
Great flavors but the owner lady has one heck of an attitude. Google times are misleading, so call ahead. Also, they charge separately for cup ($1) and even a spoon ($0.50)
Roll in ice creamery 😡 Extremely poor customer service!!!! -10 rating!!!! The employee who looks like the owner was super rude! She never said hi when I came in and was just ignoring me the whole time I was there! When I tried to talk to her to let her know that I have to pick up an order she just responded in a very mean way that “I’m not ready for you!” I will never come back there anymore! No wonder they have a very poor rating and no customer at all in the store.
I would give this place a zero if that was an option. The lady was not very welcoming. Cut us off as we were trying to ask questions about the products.. She literally pulled out an ice cream from the freezer and presented it to our party like it was fresh. We couldnt sit at 2 different tables. Our party had to sit together and then told the party who had their ice cream they had to wait outside. the worst experience across the board. It took 30 minutes to make 3 as the 4th one was taken right out of the freezer. This place is a joke.
I really wanted to like this place. Great atmosphere. Fun staff. Lots of options. The ice cream though - you know how ice cream in a tub can frost over and you feel like youre eating crystalized ice frost more than ice cream? That was my experience - I get the sense though that that isnt typical.

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? Took 45 minutes for two cups when told it would take 15. Servers were rude + and not at all interested in giving good service. On top of all that, our order was completely wrong and tasted freezer burnt. Places like this that act like they couldn’t care less if I came back always make me think they’re really a front for something illegal. Go next door to Uncle Joes and get a Dove bar. It’s better and costs half the price.
I went here and the ice cream wasnt creamy. It was icy and crumbly. I was so excited for rolled ice cream but this is such a disappointment. Youre better off just going to Tasty Freeze across the street.
If I could I would give this place zero stars. The owner an old lady with glasses was beyond disrespectful and had such a disgusting demeanor. She was slamming doors when we were the only people in there so it wasn’t busy and she was so frightening that it scared my friend who was sitting on the CUSTOMER SEATING AREA ON A SOFA and asked another employee “who is that guy?” In such a nasty tone. My friend felt so hurt and she didn’t care a bit. We were excited to try the place for the first time but we all just walked down because we will never support a filthy excuse for a human being like her
What an odd experience. Placed our order at 8p and waited over 2 hours before deciding to head home without ice cream or a refund. We were with our family that had about 6 order plus ours, but 2 hours in other orders were being completed that came in after us while our groups order was not even near finished. Also didn’t see the any hand washing between making orders and writing down orders. Felt more comfortable heading home without any ice cream but knowing we’re not at risk for germs.

She touched the chips or chocolates that go inside the ice cream without the gloves on and later at the end she picked up the ice cream to put it in a container without the gloves. Atmosphere was really cool and well decorated but behind the counter was a very quiet lady which made it seem unwelcoming. No mask and no gloves, she also kept wiping her mouth with her shoulder as she prepped our order. Super cute dog just chilling there too.

As soon as I walked inside, I liked the restaurant but was surprised it was completely empty. Behind the counter was a mom and daughter (who couldnt have been more than 13 years old). They were very friendly. They have a lot of flavors to choose from so it took us a while to decide what we wanted. In the mean time the kiddos were excited to play with the board games available to them. They also have board games for adults.The daughter took our order (we ordered 4 different ones) and the mom started making our ice cream. I didnt actually start a timer but it took her noticeably long to make the ice cream. They all came out at separate times so we didnt get to enjoy our ice cream together.The kiddos didnt like theirs. One ordered vanilla and the other ordered chocolate. The vanilla tasted more like vanilla than the chocolate like chocolate. Even so, the vanilla tasted perfumed. Honestly, all of our ice cream tasted perfumed. Not like it had been tainted with real perfume but more like an ingredient theyre using.That being said, im not sure if the ice cream, itself, is supposed to have different flavors or if the added toppings is whats supposed to make it taste different, for their different menu items?? The reason I say this is because all the ice cream tasted very similar. It could be that this ice cream is healthy compared to other ice cream parlors but i didnt see it posted anywhere. If this is the case, they should promote this more. But I dont see how this could be the case seeing that there were lots of syrup bottles near the cashier. Maybe they were flavored waters??There was one other person who came in after us. The daughter didnt take the order until they were completely done with ours. The girl must have waited at least 15mins or longer before her order was taken. Im not sure the purpose of this because theyre inconveniencing the customer by doing this. When the customer comes in theyre already up. Why not take their order at that time and just let them know that theyre are finishing another groups order before they get started on theirs. Why have your customer get up to order once the restaurant (mom) is ready?I did overhear other customers and the moms conversation. The mom mentioned she could make any flavor into ice cream. Personally, i think the flavors they have now could improve, by alot, and their focus should be on that and not making new flavors.I really wanted to like this place but, unfortunately at this time, i cannot recomment it because I was not impressed by the speed our order came out nor the flavors of ice cream. Although the designs were nice to look at.

They were very very rude. they skipped me after i ordered and gave others their orders first. it took them a whole hour and fifteen minutes to make three ice cream cups. other customers were also getting upset. the taste of the ice cream was not worth the $7.50

She then pointed at my friend to get out and that she doesn’t need “extra people” in her store. No other workers there, just an old, miserable, rude lady and a huge line. Terrible establishment. We were treated very poorly.

It takes about 10 minutes for each creation and there is only one person making the ice cream. We were there for 2 hours waiting for our order. Nice atmosphere and the ice cream was good when we finally got it.

This is one of the BEST ice cream places ever!!!! There combinations are SO UNIQUE!!!!I got breakfast Tiffany(I could eat 5 gallons of this one!) and the honey bear! This was simply delightful and for a REALLY great price.!
For a long time my partner and I have been excited to go check out the roll in ice creamery so we decided today that wed pay a visit… My Partner ordered the “Cookie Monster” and I ordered a “Vanilla Swirl” without exaggeration I can tell you both of our orders had the exact same flavor… what was that flavor you might ask? not vanilla or cookie but coffee… yes coffee, because the surface that is used to prepare the orders in not thoroughly cleaned in between orders meaning I have to taste what the person before me ordered and not what I ordered 😂 I love that the single employee in the building was just sitting on the couch when I walked in as if there was no need to clean the prep area after the last orders… and the real funny part about all this is that im never the type to leave a review but as we exited the building she said to me “if you left a review that would be great thanks!” so here I am. If youre interested in trying roll up ice… do yourself a favor and just get an icecream cone from McDonalds for a Dollar and skip the $8.99 cup of disappointment… but eh, you can see for yourself if you must 🙏🏼
When I walked, it seemed like a very family friendly place. But behind the behind the counter, was a maskless person with their 13 year old daughter, rolling ice cream all while she was less than a foot away breathing on my customers order.The order took so long I had received texts from my client, I told him I put coupons in the bag to compensate for lost time.This ice cream place made me loose time by 20 minute, while risking my clients health since the Person behind the counter was not wearing a mask in a pandemic.
This is an awesome little place that has way more than just icecream to offer. When I walked in, there were a few families playing board games having a blast. They also have paint night. One for children, and one for adults. And the icecream made right im front of you, with whatever candy or flavors you desire.

I was looking up icecream places to try for the next day, and I found out this place was open till 11 pm. My friends and I thought this is great. That was, till we entered the store. It felt like we walked into someones house announced and unwelcome. There was a group of people with out masks, sitting around talking and watching the telly, which was to loud. Plus there was a dog I assume the owners, in the lobby, which was barking. Not that great, when its a food establishment and not everyone feels safe around dogs. While the older lady, at the front didnt even greet us. When we walked up to order, she wasnt even wearing a mask or gloves. Saying. We only have two ice cream flavors available. Id assume as a place which serves ice cream, you should have enough to last you for the day. Which it was an hour till close. I will not be coming here again, nor will I suggest it to any of my friends.
Ordered through Door Dash, but had TWO questions for THEM! Was it already made and how do you keep it cold? Called to ask, because it had been an hour wait through Door Dash and they had canceled and were sending another driver. Roll In said, “you need to call Door Dash.” However, this was a question for THEM! Even if we didn’t order Door Dash and were just calling to ask, they should have still been able to answer. They kept talking over and hanging up on us. THREE calls of us asking nicely and they were horribly RUDE! This order was pretty expensive. Three ice creams for $24. You’d think during this time they’d appreciate service. We always try to support local businesses. Not anymore, with them. This isn’t a first there, with a bad experience. Just thought maybe she was having a bad day. We always feel people deserve a second chance. While the ice cream is good, the people are horrible. Won’t bother going back there again. We didn’t deserve that treatment at all. Hope others have a better experience. Also, all their tables were FULL, because my kids actually drove there to personally speak to the owner. Whatever happened to Social Distancing? They defiantly weren’t! Tables are supposed to be 6 feet apart. They defiantly weren’t!!

Me and two friends went in at 10:10 pm and finally received our orders at 12:20am. That’s 2 hours and 10 minutes of waiting. I have never received such extremely poor service from a food service business. On top of that, the older lady who I assume was the manager was very rude to anyone who would approach the counter to ask a question or get ready to make their order. That lady would also not speak up properly or enunciate her words well, so it was difficult to hear what she was saying as she tried talking to customers.I have had to wait 40 minutes before in different establishments for an order, and I thought that was a long time. But here, we had to wait for over 2 hours to get bland, watery “ice cream” that tasted more like flavored shaved ice. Another thing, my order wasn’t even rolled, like I’d seen done on plenty of other orders. While we waited, my friends and I sat patiently at a table and didn’t make a fuss of anything, but we sure wanted to. The entire business model here is honestly disastrous and this company should either run out of business or change many things about their integrity. As it stands now, the owner of this poor business does not deserve to have a business. My family and I arrived and waited for over twenty minutes to order even though there were few people in front of me. When I did order my ice cream wasn’t even fresh and my family’s ice cream was watery. One of two employees wore a mask and that employee was the only one enforcing the six feet from the counter rule. People were NOT wearing masks and no one was enforcing this. The best part of the entire experience was the delivery man building the shelves. This man did not work for the ice cream nor did he have any involvement yet he was the best part. Thank you delivery man for making this a better ice cream place!P.S I tried to give this zero stars but google required a minimum of one stars... so enjoy the upgradeP.P.S next to the delivery man, reading the one star reviews were also a top when visiting this place
Im all for small businesses giving something a try, but this place needs to pivot and find something they enjoy selling. Buying ice cream on a sunny day should be a treat, not a regretful decision.The owners mother served us and after agreeing to her rule to take our pizza box trash with us after being done (just get bigger trash cans guys!) she then took our order and wanted immediate payment... Her response to customers about the 1 dollar credit surcharge was despicable - Square charges a fraction of that.. But all of this was nothing compared to the wait, there were other customers and I actually timed that it took them on average 14 mins to serve each ONE handmade ice cream. So dont order two..The staff seemed disinterested, the ice cream was okay and the space is nicely decorated and pretty clean.. But if youre gonna go here, I recommend you make your order and get on the couch if they let you, and just order extra sweet ice cream to sweeten the sour service.
So disappointed- we asked upon arrival (as a sign directed) to ask for wait time and the manager said she had three orders but that she’d make one and then get ours. From the get-go she was unpleasant. After we ordered we waited about five minutes and then asked again. She said it would be about ten minutes so we waited. I asked again after ten minutes and she said it would be at least another six. I asked for a refund (even though a sign said no refunds - which should have tipped me off- tons of unhappy customers) and said I felt she was being incommunicative and she was very rude and said she was the manager and knew the owners and wouldn’t listen when I tried to tell her that it would be helpful for her to be more communicative in the future. I really want to support local businesses but the manager of this place ruins it. We left without ice cream but $13 down the drain on ice cream and a tip. Owners - your manager is toxic to your business.
Terrible customer service. Lady behind the counter was very rude and more than 10 people came in behind us and then left without ordering. She seemed glad when they left. Wait was ridiculous and when we went in no one was in front of us. Ice cream wasn’t rolled like I had once before. Wasn’t even creamy. She didn’t wear a mask and was rude to a sweet elderly couple who stepped over the blue tape line on the floor. No signs saying where to stand or where to order. I won’t be back.
We found this place on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. Unlike other people, we had a very short wait and everyone was pleasant. Great ice cream too
The unwelcoming feeling from the employees was very prevalent. I wanted over 45 minutes for our 2 person order to be fulfilled. There were 3 people working.There’s a sign asking customers to wear mask but they didn’t enforce their request When customers came in without a mask. The employees (apart from one) weren’t wearing masks!!Also, I was asked three times about what I ordered. In conclusion, the ice cream itself wasn’t great. Service and quality go hand and hand. Don’t think we’ll be coming back.
Very nice ambiance to this place and, considering Ive paid the same amount for rolled ice cream in locations where the ice cream flavor was a lot more flat, I was really impressed by the flavors here of the ice cream I received.One thing to know about rolled ice if you havent tried it yet, and this goes for anywhere, the process is part of the experience as it takes quite some time to make.The entire location has a very relaxed atmosphere and the owner was pleasant. The amount of options border on ridiculous here for flavor combinations, so first timers will definitely want to plot out a good 20 minutes when you go in.Definitely planning on a repeat in 2020.
I have been here several times and unfortunately the lady is always in a bad mood. Will not be going back.
Went for an evening visit to get some ice cream on a whim. And wow— I was absolutely blown away by the many flavor and combination options! They were hopping, filling orders and still doing a great job. Chatted briefly with one of the owners, Janice— very friendly and puts her customers first. I had a wonderful experience PLUS I cannot get over how DELICIOUS my Red Dragon was! Definitely will be going back again and again.
TERRIBLE and a COMPLETE waste of time!! Working in the food service, I understand it takes time to make things. Especially making authentic rolled ice cream by hand. Also, I understand being short staffed due to our current global situation. I would’ve gladly waited 30 minutes for two GOOD ice creams. Instead.. I waited almost an hour and a half for one ice cream. Because after I had waited forever they told me they were out of the second ice cream flavor I chose. I decided to leave and thankfully they gave me a refund. Now the only ice cream i received tasted like crushed ice. I got smores.. the marshmallows were hard but not because they were frozen, they were stale. Two ladies were working.. one stood at the counter on her phone while the other was making ice creams. When I went it wasn’t even busy, and we got there at 10:30 (30 minutes before they closed) and I was there at 11:45 still waiting. It was a complete waste of time and money.
Walked in. 20 people had been waiting over 2 hours for their ice cream. Walked out. I’ve never seen anything like it
I come here because of grubhub orders. The staff is friendly enough but they get so busy at times that I feel like they are overwhelmed and customer service, even for us delivery drivers, suffers. As for their products, I cant say anything as I havent tried it.
Roll-In Creamery on Jewel LakeI went in with my family on a weeknight around 8 pm.There was only 1 other guest in the store. The three staff members did not greet us, didn’t even acknowledge that we were there.We looked around for a minute, then I politely went up to the counter and greeted the young woman behind the bar. I mentioned it was my first time here and asked what she recommended and how the process worked.The staff were incredibly rude and didn’t explain the process at all. Being next in line, with only 1 person in front of us, I didn’t think it would take 45 minutes to get our order of two ice cream cups. Turns out it was a big door dash order and took forever.The manager (maybe owner) was so rude to her staff (possibly her daughters) it was embarrassing.Very unsanitary conditions, not washing hands or using gloves consistently. One employee had a glove on.We were sharing our two orders with my small children and when I asked for an extra spoon she wanted to charge me .50 more.The ice cream was $7 per order with only 1 size available and no children’s cups.This is not a place to take your family.Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Took way too long. And on the more expensive side.Will not return.
Horrible experience. This place was exceedingly long and the woman answered the phone was extremely rude. Her monotone on the phone came off as a paying client is doing her a favor. She needs to tighten up seriously on her customer service as it is poorly. Even the Grub Hub driver said never to order at this place ever again.
Wanted to try rolled ice cream so I brought my boyfriend here. I got the La Rehanna Creation and he got a strawberry mango passionfruit Milkshake. Great environment, promoting social distancing and wearing masks. There was only one person working, they let us in so we were the first people there. Both desserts were very delicious, more of a ice milk consistency rather than your normal ice cream. We will definitely be back again. 😀🙌

The taste was so bland, we had to wait outside because we didnt have mask understandably however the owner herself was wearing her mask as a chin strap not even covering her mouth or nose. She sneezed while making ice cream and did not wash her hands, nor was she wearing gloves touching the ice cream with her bare hands. I do not recommend this place. The prices are fair, just needs work on taste and cleanliness or hygiene.
One of the employees had poor customer service skills. It was our first time going to this establishment so we had questions. I asked her if they had a certain flavor and she basically told me to read the board.
The business owner herself was working along with her daughter, the business owner was not wearing a mask nor enforcing anyone to wear one either. The wait to JUST ORDER was about 30minutes, mind you there are only about 7 people already waiting for their ice cream. After ordering, an additional 1.5 hours past and I am still sitting here waiting for my ice cream. The customer service was terrible, she was so rude to customers and her daughter!! She advertised that she is selling the business so I hope the next person who owns it does a much better job than the current owner.- they did not wear gloves- they did not wear masks- bad customer service

Great ice cream but they are hardly ever open even though their hours posted on Google says they should be. Also have waited an hour to get my order. Very slow going. Perhaps will call in next order so I dont show when theyre closed to have to wait long times
The low reviews are comical, we decided to check this spot out tonight, and were pleasantly impressed. This ice cream is great the owner was very knowledgeable, and explained how the base cream is made. It does take a little bit of time for it to be made, but for someone hand making your icecream what do you expect? At least you know exactly what is going into what you are eating. On another positive note there are board games, puzzles, and paint nights with plenty of room!

Everytime Ive gone in, whether its me picking up a doordash delivery or Im going into the shop personally with a friend youll be waiting for an hour or more. The older lady Im assuming is the Owner cause shes there everytime, is just incredibly rude. Seems bothered by the fact that she has customers. If you cant keep up with the pace of things and have things going in a timely manner why bother running a restaurant? Theres no need to take it out on the customer thats giving them money to the business.Ive had rolled ice cream before out of state and it does not take over an hour for them to make their rolled ice cream.This business doesnt know what theyre doing. Its not even rolled like in the pictures very misleading .Theyre understaffed with just two people making ice cream and a room filled with customers who have also been waiting over an hour for ice cream.On top of that the owner doesnt even wear a mask or gloves when making the ice cream which to me is pretty unsanitary given the times of things.Learn how to run a business!!1. Get more workers to run your business more efficiently because its not worth how long it takes for ice cream to be made when I know for a fact it should NOT take over an hour.2. Either buy new freezers or turn up the temperature on the slat so it can go faster.3. Owner needs to change their attitude towards customers and people picking up for deliveries. These are people giving money for your business, not to be treated like trash for it.This place really deserves 0 stars.
We waited almost an hour for frozen ice milk... it was not flavorful or sweet at all. It was very bland. We went inside to order without a mask because we did not have one, and the owner/employee (who was wearing a mask under her chin) asked us to step outside to wait for our order. She was even sneezing and handling money without washing her hands. Overall, not a good experience. Got two stars because I was able to physically consume the final product.
Walked in to the place empty and wasnt greeted at all. Was just told it would be a 30 minute wait when we hadnt even said what we wanted. Seemed like they just didnt want to serve us since it was approximately 35ish minutes to close.
