Our contractor sent us here to pick out our new sink for our kitchen remodel. You do have to make an appointment, as they arent open to the general public. Great showroom, with a lot of things to look at. Great customer service. They answered all of our questions.

Very short with me on the phone and didnt want to help. This is a wholesaler company that sells to other businesses. They dont get that if they are rude to people, generally people wont buy from the people they sell to. In other words, even though you are a wholesaler you still have to provide customer service.

Been working with Pacific Plumbing Supply for years. Always knowledgeable in the materials and supplys they sell. They always take the customer above and beyond the call of duty. The only negative thing I have to say is that they no longer have Dinos doughnuts in the morning. :(10/10
