There is a decent selection of food and it is reasonably price for this area.

A local shop to fulfill your stock

Keep in mind youre in Alaska so goods are going to be more expensive. The reason is that it takes longer for goods to get here, particularly in the northernmost city of North America. I will say though that they have a combination of some regular items as well as those same items in bulk. The meats arent bad the produce I would recommend to consume as quickly as possible after you buy. They also sell boots, ice cleats, and other winter/ outdoor gear. All in all not a bad place to be your one stop shop for what you need.

Good store for alaska

Super friendly employees. I heard some unfortunate news that they may be relocating from this excellent location. We shall see what comes of it for now. Ill continue shopping here every time Im in Utqiagvik.

Surprisingly good store way out at the end of the logistics pipeline. Good selections.

This store has plenty of variety. The staff is nice and the food is fresh. The guy (Robert) that knocked two stars off because nobody told him it was cold in Barrow, sounds like an entitled child. Lastly, kids here are aloud to ride their bikes as much as they like. That has nothing to do with the store.

A place to go grocery shopping Lil on the high end

One of the few grocery stores in the town. They have a good selection to choose from. They also had a nice selection of hot foods to buy.

This is a small to mid size store for visitors but it is the largest store in Barrow. Like a small neighborhood Walmart. If you dont see something ask them to look it up to see if they have. They have most basic needs.

Well its almost the only store in Barrow, AK. But prices are high due to most everything being flown in. But has a pretty good selection....

Produce goes bad almost as soon as you get home. Prices so high you feel like you are making life decisions. You have to watch the dates on your food because they have many things still on shelf out of date. I bought a tube of ground turkey that expired in Sept. I didnt move here until the end of Oct. And cashier wouldnt refund it. Said I would have to come back and talk to manager. Considering the fact that it is a $12 taxi ride, wasnt worth the rtn trip. And to top it off, I purchased a sub sandwich from deli and got extremely sick behind it. ONLY grocery store here.

I hate calling and asking if they have something in stock. Usually who answers yells in my ear while asking someone else.

I saw Chinese noodles, which is the farthest place on earth.

Its been a while since I was here.But the supermarket has a large selection.Wanted to have beer 🍻, but did not think about the alcohol ban in this area.A subsequent sorry for my inattention.

It is interesting to see that the price is high. Its amazing that you can buy these things here.
