Honestly I usually never write reviews for any business unless I had bad experience but for once I write a good review because I was absolutely trilled with the service I got at the midnight market . I went in looking for a water pipe and the first thing that happens as I walk in the doors I am cheerfully welcomed in by a very enthusiastic young man called Steven . I really didnt know any terminology about any water pipe and he was super patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Im a firm believer that I will only tip if they did a really good job and I tipped him a $20, I was absolutely thrill with my purchase. Everyone there was super knowledgeable and was super nice and a great help. Definitely recommend this local business to any new or old smoker or even any art enthusiast!

I bought a 120 ml bottle of eliquid. I stepped outside to fill my mod, squeezed, and the top of the juice flew off and juice went everywhere. The guy working wouldnt replace the defective bottle. He saidf I squeezed too hard which is BS. Ive used these a thousand times and this has never happened! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lost me as a customer and ive spent many hundreds there.

My boyfriend and I go for the cigars and vape supplies. The people who work here are amazing! Friendly and helpful. I bought my daughter a backpack and the man who helped us searched through all of the ones in the back to find the best one without even being asked! She loved it. He also allowed us to smell the cigars and hold them for inspection before purchase. Its hard to find customer service this good!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE… I spent over 100$ on vapes that when I opened they didn’t work AT ALL. Then when brought back was given worthless throw away smokee bars that he gives out free to ppl when they spend a little money there that are not worth a tenth of the vapes I paid for. I couldn’t even get the same kind of vape I paid for to replace the broken ones I was sold!!! I spend at least 100$ a week on vape products and have at least 5 friends who won’t be spending there any longer …HORRIBLEAll I wanted was for at least the two that were completely dead back to be replaced when in total ive bought around 12 3 at a time and 4 were completely dead not working at all when I opened them and 3 of them burnt with the first few puffs… I didn’t want my money back just the capes I paid for … my sister brought me one … I appreciate that and really like those vapes when they work… I just can’t afford to chance getting almost half of what I paid for broken before opened and not replaced is all …..

Man.. these guys are the best smoke shop in the whole city.. they are all extremely friendly and very nice.. clean shop.. filled with all the right stuff and of course open late.. professional and understood that my phone had died and I needed a quick charge without any hassle questions or problems was quick to plug in my phone na diet it charge up a little bit to order my uber and go home.. I have always liked this place but n recent years it has been revamped and seriously upgraded. The selection is great, the staff members are extremely helpful and the prices are very good too. The sales people are willing to work with you on price & give you a bit of a break on items which can make or break a sale for me. That type of flexibility means a lot to me. There are half a dozen smoke shops within a two block radius and midnight smoke shop beats the rest hands down.

One of the bestThey are right next to where I live, Ive been going here since I moved to anchorage and if its something they dont have, just ask Steven or one of the other guys for it and they will find it and have it stocked for you within weeks. You can also call ahead and see if they have something and they will hold it for you. They offer organic selection and tons of kratom products. Only thing that could make them better is to go 24 hours.

Great selection of legitimate lab made juices, no house mixed concoctions that can go wrong so easily. Customer service exceeded my expectations.
