I called both the number listed here on google and the one hanging from the front of the building multiple times and neither answered. Front of the building also says to check in at the office and the office door was locked. Genuinely didn’t look it was in buisness either. Ghostly quiet even though google said they were open.

When my alternator died they were able to get it in and get it replaced in a matter of couple of days. Really fast efficient reasonably priced and kind service! I will be coming back God forbid if something happens!

Wanted to get my vehicle checked out, they said theyll inspect it for 105 ended up charging me 220 for things I already knew 🙄 Ill take my business elsewhere. Plus I never got a call back for the full estimate

All service Automotive stepped up. Had a minor steering problem that could have turned into a major problem. Went to Alaska Sales & Service and Chevy of South Anchorage. Neither could take 5 minutes to check the tightness of the Lash on my steering gearbox. Even though I spent $70,000 on a truck that was three months out of warranty neither of the dealerships could be bothered to Take 5 minutes literally 5 minutes with an allen wrench and a crescent wrench the tighten up the Lash on my steering gear box that was one full turn out and allowing 6 to 8 in of play in the steering wheel. I am a hundred and eighty miles from home and was desperate to get that bolt checked out. Came into All Service off of Google Maps. Even though they were just as busy as the dealerships Chris came out checked it saw that it was loose had me pull in the bay and took the five minutes required to tighten it back up. To him it was just a couple minutes turning wrench to me it was a big freaking deal! They took the time I took care of the problem and then they didnt even want to charge me. You dont see companies like this much anymore everybody is out for the golden dollar and most people are too busy to give you the time of day. But Chris and the crew at all service took care of me and I am forever grateful for that simple Act of service. I recommend anybody that needs service come to All Service Automotive!

Such an honest and knowledgeable staff!! 2 other shops told me my AC needed a $900 part + labor and that MAYBE might fix the problem but when I called ASA Wendy was able to predict what might be the problem and give me a quote over the phone. She was surprisingly very knowledgeable herself and made sure to make room in their busy schedule for me. In 2 hours they had my car in and out with a simple diagnosis and fix. So so SO happy. Highly recommend!!

My car needed a new blower motor. Which is not a cheap fix. I called around to several shops and got quotes. Wendy was by far the most helpful and there price beat all the other quotes.
