Salesman told me not to trust the Carfax that showed the history of a car on their lot. Carfax showed dates of sale, owners, and mileage at last sale. 140,000 miles. Salesman at the used car side insisted this 20 year old car only had one owner and 40,000 miles insisted the Carfax was wrong. Do not buy a car from these sheisters.

The customer service is always fantastic. Both MINI and BMW both go out of their way to make sure your needs are more than met. Both the sales and service teams have always taken care of us exceptionally well. There is no other dealership that compares in Anchorage. They even do a quick detail on your car after service.

Nice clean showroom. It takes about 2 hours to process all the paperwork to buy your car so when they offer you a coffee or soda....accept it. Youll be there a while. Bathroom is very clean. They sell BMW swag, too. Friendly personable sales force.

Don and his team are fantastic. They have always done solid work on my Paceman S, and even do little acts of kindness here and there. If you own a Mini, just go here. They have a free shuttle service. The service staff are informative and polite. The showroom floor is always fun to browse. Prices are as expected: a bit high.

So I got the pleasure of working with Mark, he was great. He really tried to get the best deal for me, and at the end of the day specials were super competitive and I ended up getting a different vehicle but in the future if I need to look at Mini Coopers Id totally visit Mini again and let them try to earn my dollar.

My appt took a little while than expected but the guys at BMW made sure I was taken care of and were kind to offer me coffee while I wait. I also love they offer courtesy wash anytime I need it. This is why their service is unbeatable. Thank you.

WONDERFUL AND SPECTACULAR!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE........The sales team, sales manager and finance team made me feel at home. Smooth process and it was the quickest amount of time its ever taken for me to buy a car from a dealership. Usually dealership experiences are terrible but this process worked out seamlessly. I hit a pothole and had to call mini roadside. They towed it from Big Lake all the way into Anchorage. The service manager, Don, was great about getting a replacement rim in less than 24 hours. Mark, one of the salesmen, gave me a free tire from his own vehicle to replace mine. I had a loaner car while they had my vehicle. Great experience.

Love these vehicles. Lots of new tech incorporated into the hybrids. No special charging station, 110 plug in. Still surprised how roomy they are. Handle really well on highway and curves. Very helpful and curteous sales staff.

Logan was super awesome as well as Larry. They got me in and out under an hour. I ordered my 4 door hardtop a little over a month ago and it is exactly how I wanted it and Logan was awesome showing me every function of the car since I ordered a fully loaded vehicle. I bought my Mini from these guys two years ago. Love, love, love the car. HATE the customer service. My car has been giving me overdue service reminders for a few months now and I have left numerous phone messages for the service department with no, and I mean ZERO response from anyone. I guess you have to keep calling over and over at all hours of the day until someone down there forgets where they are and actually answers the phone.I hope against all odds to one day actually receive, you know, SERVICE from the service department, but at this point Im still waiting.

Worst service center Ive ever dealt with. Slow, incompetent, and unapologetic. They are never prepared even when I make an appointment months in advance. I made an appointment for a brake job 1 month out. On the day of the scheduled service, they said it would take a day to order the parts? You had a month to order them!?They tell me to be there at a certain time, and they are never ready at that time. They call me to pick up my car, and when I get there, they tell me it will take another day. Once they had my car for over a week for routine maintenance. If you buy a car here, find somewhere else to get your service done or suffer the headaches!

Went in to get my semi-annual oil change done. To my surprise, they not only handwashed my car, but they also vacuumed and cleaned the driver and passenger area. Awesome service. I forget the guys name that mans the service desk/phones, but he is always super friendly & helpful.

The Mini Service department is amazing. As a single lady I would buy another mini just because they give you a loaner car when your car is in the shop. Luis and Bill have always been very nice and patiently explain and answer any questions I have when I bring my car into be serviced. Their prices are comparable for tire change over to other places I have been. And they have saved me a few times. I have never had any problems that they didnt immediately help me out with. And they dont judge when I bring it in filthy dirty, but they always give it back clean. Thanks guys!

I found everyone at the dealership to be very friendly and helpful. Granted, the sales people can be a little bit pushy, but thats to be expected of commission based employees. The sales person I worked with went out her way to find me a used vehicle, and stayed friendly even though I ended up purchasing a used Mini from someone else.The service contact person was exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving me a ton of info without trying to sell me something I might not really need.Ive dealt with both Continental Mazda and Kendall Toyota in Anchorage over the last twelve months, both of which had inferior customer service to this dealership.Gotta admit that I am pleasantly surprised by this Mini dealership (so far).

I tried to buy a new car here. They promised me my asking price, then came out with a sheet to discuss financing, hiding the fact that the price printed was $3K over the asking price. Then they bullied me out of the store.I scheduled an appointment with them when I bought a car from somewhere else. It was to fix a recall issue. I scheduled online. Then they emailed to say that time was not available, despite it showing available online. No big deal. We rescheduled for 8:45 am. I get a voicemail later saying Im scheduled for 7:45 am. Ok whatever. I show up at 7:45 am, drop my car off. He says itll be 4-5 hours.8 hours later, I give them a call. He says that they dont have the parts to actually do the recall work, and hes getting conflicting information on whether my car actually needs an oil change or not so he didnt do that either. But hey, he gave my car a wash. Good job. They dont seem to care about professionalism here.

I have left several messages with the service department at Mini BMW Anchorage and have yet to receive a return phone call. The automatic transmission on my mini is slipping and shifting hard - come to find out there have been several class action law suits against BMW LLC for faulty automatic transmission in the mini coopers....Yet there is no recall...

Love my MINI, but unfortunately do not trust the Service department.
