I bought a rebuilt Ford expedition alternator. Got it installed. Two days later I started having charging issues plus a burning electrical smell. Long story short I took the alternator out and took it back believing I was unlucky and had recurved a alternator with a faulty vintage regulator. As soon as he saw it he knew that it wasnt a bad regulator. I told me the problem was that I didnt tighten the better cable to the alternator, causing arcing. The burning smell was the melting terminal.He took the alternator to the back swapped out all the damaged parts and didnt charge me for use error.Whenever I need anything alternator/starter this is the place to go.

Andrew knows his stuff. He is the owner and he also the one who may be bailing you out with a needed motor when all else fails. From now on, I just go there first knowing it will be rebuilt better than any Chinese or Mexican ones from other parts stores.

Wish i could give this place a 10 star review. My truck wasnt holding a battery charge so i took my alternator off went to NAPA and OREILYS to get it bench tested twice, both places said it was fine. I put it back in my truck, and still had battery issues. I called this store and they immediately knew the problem with my alternator. Super knowledgeable, great with customers, and good prices. I will always use this place.

$250 to rebuild a $100 starter. That did include wet paint that wont wash off.
