I have been here a handful of times and wanted to come in more but honestly my experiences were never good. The last time I was in was a few months ago to spend my birthday gift card my husband got me. I felt very uncomfortable as the employee was giving me a lecture on using primer. I am a licensed in esthetics and have been for the past 10 years so I know what Im doing. Primer does not necessarily work for every single skin type and certainly is not absolutely needed. When coming in for a color match for fondation I did not want a push for me purchasing primer! It didnt even come across as being helpful but rather talking down to me as if I was completely incompetent. I will not be back to this store and I now shop at the new Ulta in town. My suggestion to this location would be to have employees actually listen. When I mention I do not use primer and it doesnt work for me and I also mention my routine of using moisturizer and serums before I apply makeup Id suggest a sale on one of those items and not a sale onsomething I literally say I do not use and do not like. This store could be great if employees were probably not taught to parrot what was on trend and actually listen to the customer.

Just went yesterday. Alex helped me pick out a cologne. He was absolutely ADORABLE. was nice enough to spray a bunch of samples for me, as they have a no touch policy on their testers right now. (Covid). He was super helpful and knowledgeable, and was awesome. Can’t say enough nice things about him.

I have been wanting to get help with my makeup for a long time. I finally decided to stop in Sephora one day for I am going on a cruise and wanted to look good. I am so happy I did. The gal that helped me was awesome! Luckily they werent busy and was able to help me right away. Sat down and she picked out a few items and applied them to me. They looked great! She was very helpful! The other gal working also gave me a few tips. Im looking forward to going back for more advice. Finally have a place to go to help me pick out my makeup! Thanks gals! Be seeing you soon!

Most of my experiences here are very good. I like to come in about once a week and I enjoy it very much. Everyone has an off day now and then but overall it is a very nice Sephora.

I went in early on April 12th and Veronica was very helpful and patient with me. Ended up getting a mini makeover while she helped me find a four Damion for my skin tone, a brilliant primer and cleanser, as well as her brush recommendation. She was very friendly and able to answer all my questions and the foundation looked great. Went home, played around with the stuff I had purchased and loved it all.

I had the worst customer service from someone named Jessica. She was extremely rude to me and other customers. I will not be coming back to this Sephora since she was so terrible

Customer service is hit or miss. Ive had extremely helpful employees as well as some who act like they would rather be anywhere else. Emily is great, get her to help you if you can. Returning items is usually painful to endure. This is by far my least favorite Sephora, but its the only one within 2 hours of me.

There’s only one person there that I think is awesome otherwise the customer service has been terrible the last few times I’ve been here. I went in today and was there for about 10 minutes. I looked around trying to find something to match my skin tone and i was never once greeted or asked if I needed any help. Instead the girls were literally doing their own makeup and talking about guys they used to be with. Very unprofessional. I’ll only shop there when the only employee I know actually will help me is working.

This is only my 3rd time visiting this Sephora. The first time I went, back in March, there was one employee there and she was rude upon interaction. Just seemed disinterested and like I was bothering her. I didn’t complain because we all have our days. Second time was in May, around my birthday. The gal there was very nice and helped me find makeup for my skin tone. She seemed to be of Asian descent. the third time was today. I went in looking for an essence product. I wasn’t greeted when I came in and looked around for a while. I looked up and noticed there were two employees at the front and they were both staring at me. Didn’t say anything and didn’t ask if I needed help. I knew what I was i looking for so I went ahead and asked if they had the product. The guy said they didn’t, then proceeded to greet every customer that came in after me and asked if they needed help. I then asked for samples, the guy eventually came up to me and grabbed the products and was nice about it. Then he went to help another customer and the other lady was to continue to get my samples. Well then, the lady started my samples, then went ahead and checked out another customer before she gave me the samples. From the other reviews, I see that all people have received poor customer service from here, but I couldn’t help but notice how everyone else who didn’t look like me, were receiving adequate service. However, I was being watched and constantly put on the back burner. I really hate that this happened because it’s the only Sephora close to me and I enjoy shopping there, however this location’s employees make it very hard to want to spend money there. I hope whoever is in charge of these reviews does something about it, because I guarantee this location is losing business simply because of their customer service.

Customer service is sometimes spectacular and other times I have to wait awhile before a sales rep is free to answer questions. Store is always clean and they always have the products I want in Stock. Very glad this location is part of JCPenney.

Worst one ever! Ive been here three times over the last three years. Thankfully they have other stores in town that have been great. Each time worst than the last. The employees are rude, very pushy and I am assuming working for commission based on the attitude. First visit spent about $250 for my daughters makeup. Asked if they could do her makeup as well since we are gougg out. I was told I would have to pay $80 on top of what we just bought. This is after being told by someone else they would do it free.2nd time. Waiting in line, guy and girl working were extremely slow because they were talking about how hung over they are and where they went. Get to me, I used my debit card and put in wrong pin. I was just about to redo my pin and guy jokes oh honey, you shouldnt try to buy if you havent got the funds I have the funds, I forgot my NEW pin number.Today. Went back with daughter wanted some items that we couldnt find on the floor. I asked for help and basically told if Im not sure Im not going to but, they are too busy to go look.We kedl, I jumped online and bought what she AND it was better priced online. This store has a lot of problems.
