I wanted to take a moment to share a few words about the amazing experience I had with the GW Chevrolet service department. As an owner of a foreign vehicle, I have always taken my car to the dealership for any work I have needed because I thought no one else could work on my car and know what to do. Being that there is not dealership in Ames for my make, it is often a drive for my service or work. This week I had an inch of water on my passenger side floor and a schedule with VERY limited availability. By a referral from another satisfied customer of GW Chevy, I reached out and they immediately got me in to fix my issue. I cannot tell you how great they were to deal with. Technicians even took my carpet out of my car and made sure it was dry for me when I picked it up. And not only can they work on ANY car, they do it for much less cost of taking it anywhere else.
