We are pleased to share that we received excellent and prompt service from Curtiss Knoblock. We had driven from the Minneapolis area to Ames and today had a phantom check engine light on our jeep Patriot. We were concerned if we would be able to drive back to the Twin Cities on Sunday. We entered the service bay and Curtiss checked the phantom light, shared with us the outcome, and assured us that it was safe to drive home. We appreciated his friendly and helpful service. Two years ago, the tornado that hit Marshalltown ended up totaling one of our cars. We drove to Ames one Saturday to check out what dealers had for cars, and to test drive a few. After going to 2 other dealerships, and dealing with incredibly pushy salesman that we’re trying to sell us something we weren’t completely happy with, we ended up and Deery of Ames.I cannot praise these guys enough. Especially Micheal Spaulding. He’s phenomenal. I had no way of getting to Ames to pick up the car we were getting and Micheal drove to Marshalltown to come get me which.... wow. It really meant a lot to me.Saturday we came in to trade our cars for newer vehicles and had the pleasure of working with Micheal again. Who recognized us even.If you’re in the market for a new car, I cannot recommend them enough.

Had decided in 2021 Id be buying a newer truck. Last truck was a 98 Chevrolet Cheyenne 2500. Wanted a quad cab for my growing family and something comfortable for my better half to drive. Im a die hard Chevy guy but Ram has been a close second for years due to other family members having them and my familiarity with them. Ive been looking and thinking about what I want and finally went to do some in person investigating yesterday. A couple chevy dealers left me a little disappointed in pricing and eagerness to do business. Ive been through Deerys lot numerous times and we decided to stop through before heading home. Truly didnt think Id be buying a truck same day but Billy and Kyle had a truck at a price I couldnt walk away from. It is a beautifully kept 2017, they were knowledgeable about their inventory and what they could do. Customer service at Deery Ames is second to none in my opinion. Facility is very nice. All vehicles are well cared for and detailed before I drove home. I cant speak highly enough about my satisfaction in the job Billy and the rest of the staff at Deery are doing. My 2021 jeep trailhawk with 791miles on it wont run. They said they would have a loner ready when I got there. They didnt. The trailhawk is still sitting in my driveway 1:30 PM huh I guess its just not my day.

Accomodated us on on a Friday evening, and set up a Saturday morning service appointment. Matt carefully listened to our problem. Without any mansplaining, he thoroughly explained the problem and various options. The service team sent us on our way by noon. Grateful to Matt and the service team. They could have exploited us as outoftowners, but opted to show us kindness and fair dealing.
