This a great store. Very customer friendly with great service. They are a bit more expensive but if you need to match a color or to do the job right, they are the ones to go to.

We came in to color match and the sales associate was able to a color that is almost a perfect match by running the color through the computer. He was also great helping us find the right sheen. Our associate was personable, very helpful and took his tome to help us get what we wanted. Great experience.

The young man helping me did a fantastic job at the color match. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped me get the heavy 5 gallon bucket into my car. I will certainly refer my friends there.
I was in the store today 7/10 at 6:10 pm. Was in the store looking for color options for the house I just bought. The entire house inside and out needs paint. So I figured a big name paint store would be the place to start. After looking for 25 min and taking a bunch of free booklets that hopefully will give me ideas, I left. Two guys working in there that I saw. No one spoke one word to me. As I walked out the door I said, thanks for all your help! Still nothing. So Im sitting outside that same door, still nothing. I will not come back. Ever.
I already knew the colors that i wanted for the whole house, but wasnt sure of the finish. I went in to this store and Tom the store manager was so amazing! Not only did he help me find the perfect finish, but was very kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back again!
I will NEVER go to this or possibly any Sherwin-Williams again. When I walked into the store there were only a few other customers. It seemed to be a fairly calm day. When I got to the counter the employee, an older gentleman, treated me as rudely as I think Ive ever been treated. He first criticized me for not bringing him a bigger chip of paint (taken from our wall) with which to match the color. I explained to him that because this paint was for our pantry I was okay if it wasnt a perfect match with other rooms and I understood it wouldnt be perfect. He continued to argue with me about it. I started to get the feeling he was more concerned with not wanting to fill my order than my happiness with the color. I then told him about a second color I needed (white). All I needed was 1 gallon of white and 1 quart of museum. He then proceeded to say there was no way he could get that for me. He was too busy. It was 9 am when I came into the store and while I understand that you have to help customers in the order in which they arrive in my head I was thinking, By the end of today you wont have time to get me 1 gallon of paint and 1 quart? Really? Finally he said if I came back by 4:30 he would have it for me. When my husband came back to pick up the paint a different employee helped him. We cant remember his first name but we know his last name was Johnson. He was polite and apologetic for how things had been that morning. He hadnt been there to observe anything that morning but he must have heard about it. He did everything in his power to make it right. I would have left it there and written it up as one rude employee but when we got home we realized they had also given us the wrong color. We had no choice but to use the color because our painter was there and waiting for us and the paint. I really liked this location when it was Kwall Paint. Dont think Ill go back now that its Sherwin-Williams.

Quality paint but can be expensive. Can get pretty close to paint matching. Just bring in a sample.
Brought in a sample, got it matched. Needed other paint products for a ceramic sink and metal railing, got a great bit of helping finding and choosing. Mike was awesome and took care of me. He earned these 5 stars

I was in tonight and got a gallon of paint that was an exact match band, color and finish to what I already had in my house the guy was friendly and quick. The issue is while the paint was being mixed I walked around and saw most of the paint was $30 so when I paid $47 dollars for 1 gallon I felt like a sucker. Furthermore after getting home and putting on the first coat It was clear a second would be needed. So they may have seen a sucker coming when I walked in, but this is what a sucker looks like going. Next time I will go to that depot store and get a gallon of the paint they advertise with a 1 coat guarantee starting at $25 a gallon. I paid twice as much for half the product! I will not make that mistake ever again and I hope this review aids other people in making an informed decision prior to making a purchase.
2 of the 3 stores I visited were excellent. The other experience was sufficiently poor it made me question my decision to buy paint from you
I get most of my paint from Kwal Paint in American Fork. They are knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about their work. I typically get small batches of paint which require custom matching. They are good at meeting my needs and are happy to provide the extra work my business needs.
The woman who helped me helped me find the best quality paint and recommended products to use with it for the best results! 10/10!!!

We have been to this paint store 4 times in the last week cause we keep making mistakes and needing to fix the color or finish we bought and they have been SOO nice and and accommodating to our needs and returns and even helped me get everything to and from my car. Very impressed with the customer service!

Been in 4 times over 2 week period for stain match, every time told sorry got set in wrong place,, promise well get it done. Thursday 10/29 Rob told me sorry forgot I just started on it yesterday promised it would be done Friday, Saturday at wost.

Let me first state that we painted our entire house. Not rookies. Our upstairs paint is still for the most part painted in Behr from Home Depot. When we redid our bonus room, 2nd bedroom and basement we used Kwal. Most of the project was done 6 years ago, with the exception of the two basement bedrooms; which were several years ago.The problems that we have encountered with Kwal paint:1) Colors are off2) Difficult to paint on3) 1/2 of the bonus room and two basement bedrooms remain to this day tacky. The paint has also peeled, bubbled, color has rubbed off when wiped down/cleaned, and have been a real pain to deal with.Now we are stuck having to deal with this paint issue; which will be quite time consuming to fix. NOT a quality product.
Expensive, but Supreme paint is now my favorite.

The American Fork Kwal Paint store has the worst customer service of any paint store Ive ever been to. I am using Kwal paint because that is what my painter uses. I was at the store for 20 minutes watching people mix paint and not a single person came and asked if they could help me. I finally went to ask someone for help and they acted annoyed that they had to come and talk to me. I alluded to finding a color at Sherwin Williams (which had amazing customer service) and found the perfect color. When I took it back to them my experience was even worse than the first time. On a Saturday morning at 10:00 am I was told that I would have to wait till Monday late afternoon to get a match. This is completely un-acceptable! Every paint store I have ever been to has been able to do a comparable match within 15 minutes. Not to mention the fact that my painters will be here at 8:00 am on Monday. Im sure Kwal has high quality paint but for your sanity do not buy paint from this store. Go to the kwal in either Orem or Salt Lake or you will be just as upset as I am right now!!!!!
I walk in to buy and find an old man flirting with two customers that dont speak english. At first I think cool hes just being nice but after he is trying to saying things to them about paint in spanish and completely ignoring if he let me just buy my $7 paint thinner he could get back to looking at the yoga outfits. BUT NO I sat behind the two young ladies for about 5-7 minutes until another guys who was outside talking to a friend came in to man the second register. Same two old scary guys there all the time so if you want to know who just go in. I only go there because of the name Kwall. This location sucks!
