We had Jones Paint & Glass replace our sliding glass door and it was fantastic experience. Shane and Justin were polite and professional. They worked hard and got everything replaced in a a couple of hours. Were very happy with our new door. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I was looking at replacing a window that wasn’t closing all the way. Pella Windows wanted $1400 so I decided to go to Jones Paint and Glass for a 2nd estimate. Much to my surprise he was able to fix by popping it out and back in within a couple minutes. They gained a customer on any future needs based on the experience and honesty shown.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company! Gone in 4 times to get 3 small pieces of glass and they can’t seem to get it right. And every time I go in, Someone is trying to charge me to fix their mistakes. 4 weeks in and can’t get some simple glass cut right.

Giving one star for poor craftsmanship. Had Jones Paint and glass replace three basement windows in my 73 year old Mothers house. Window quality was fine, however they never finished filling the gap or caulking the last window on the inside of it. I later found out they told my Mom they ran out of Caulk and left. I guess I can pay someone to do a job but still Will have to finish it the right way. What happened to taking pride in your work so you have work in the future?

Im pleased with the work that was done on the glass I ordered for my kitchen table. It was cut to the specified dimensions and was less expensive than other quotes I had received. They went the extra mile to make sure I had the cleaning supplies to make it look nice before placing it on my table.

I highly recommend Jones paint and Glass. This is a company who trains their employees to care about every order and do each order with the highest workmanship. I can’t say how impressed I am with Joned paint and glass in American Fork. I needed a bay window replaced, I initially just wanted the glass and we would install it ourselves, but when the glass arrived I was like no way are we going to attempt this job, I asked the 3 installers if they had time to install the glass and with out even hesitation they said yes. These gentlemen were so professional and fun to talk to. Yes it was all about work but they interacted with the customer and you just don’t get that anymore. Jones paint and glass in American fork are my go to guys. After they were done you didn’t even know they were there. No mess for me to clean. Those 3 gentlemen deserve a crumble cookie🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Called in on a Saturday and was greeted with very friendly service. I had a big sheet of mirror glass, but there was a crack across the corner. I needed to get a couple cuts to remove the broken corner. They said bring it down and we will get it done as soon as possible. I received a call Monday letting me know the glass was cut. Cody told me there was some extra glass, after making the cuts I wanted. He told me he would be glad to cut what was left to make another mirror. We had two companies give us a bid to replace a large window in our home. We didnt get the bid/estimate back from the first place for over a week. Jones Paint and Glass have us the estimate on the spot plus they were much less than the other guys. They showed up when they said they would and even called to let us know they were on their way. They worked quickly and we are very happy with the window they installed. It looks so good that now we need to get our other windows cleaned!!

These guys are a great resource for materials for your home. But last time we were there we asked them to cut small squares of a decorative glass sheet into small rectangles to fit a little outdoor candle lamp that got knocked over & broke and they did such a great job & the price was better than reasonable!!! The people that work there are very helpful & friendly!!!!

Great option to go get all your painting needs especially if you have little ones who might get bored. Im the one trying to get my kids out of there when we are done. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I got some wood stain mixed to the color I wanted there. He mixed it several times till I was satisfied and was happy to do so. Im wanting to go and get some chalkboard paint that you can also mix to the color you want it. I was referred to this paint store by a sherwin Williams sales associate who told me they could mix the wood stain color I wanted.

I called Jones Paint and Glass about replacing a pane of glass in my reptile habitat. It was a small sheet, only about 1 x 2, and I was able to take the cracked piece in, verify the correct thickness needed for my replacement, and have Logan cut it exactly to size in about two minutes. From my phone call until I was driving home with my new piece of glass took about 2 hours (mostly because I had to gather up my boys, load them in the car, and drive to the store). It was such an easy, affordable, and pleasant process that I wondered why I had waited over two years to get the glass replaced! Call Jones Paint and Glass for even your smallest glass replacement needs!

Our contractor used Jones Paint & Glass Paint to paint our home when we remodeled it. We are not impressed with the quality of the paint. It looked beautiful when it was first painted, but whenever anything rubs against it, It marks up like crazy. We have children, and we understand they can be hard on things, but even when I hang a picture it makes grey marks, which are very difficult to get off. Most importantly, when my wife tried to put a vinyl up on the wall, the paint began to bubble and pulled off completely. At this point, we contacted our contractor and he brought over a representative from Jones Paint & Glass, perhaps even the owner, and he was defensive and upset, saying that we needed to cure it for at least 6 weeks. We had been in the home 3 months. He stated that it was high quality paint, used in custom homes. He was not willing to admit that something was wrong, blaming us for putting the vinyl up on our wall, something people do all of the time with no issues. He was not willing to make it right, only asked us if we felt comfortable repainting the damaged section. At that point, we were done dealing with him, so we said we were. Not impressed with the quality of the paint or the customer service.

Jones P&G recently completed a window replacement at my residence. Jones was the original sub-contractor for the community I have lived in since it was new in 2008. The gentleman who came to do the estimate was kind and professional. The installer, Tophe (Christopher) was fantastic. He was professional and did excellent work, and cleaned up the area thoroughly after he was done (including the broken glass that I had missed on top of the roof). Thank you very much for a job well done!

Great value. It only cost me about $150 to fix my double pane window here, which is about half of what I was expecting.

We just had the most amazing experience with Jones at the American Fork store. We had purchased 10 gallons of Benjamin Moore paint from another store. We had tried a small sample of the white paint on our walls before the BIG purchase. We painted our kitchen yesterday and it looked horrible with our cabinets. We took it back to the store we had purchased it from and was told they couldnt do anything about it. We had ask about adding some more color into the paint so that it was more of an off white. We decided to stop by Jones to ask if we were given correct information. They told us to bring in the paint...they fixed both buckets and didnt charge us!!! They even carried it out and put it in our jeep. Thank you so much....you have our business forever!

I had a good experience with them... last Spring needed a window replaced in a local home. It was done in the time promised and for a good deal! I have also had great customer service getting glass chips fixed on my windshield several, SEVERAL times. The guys behind the counter were always friendly and helpful. Just wanted to put in my positive two cents worth...

Also, it was nice to have someone very knowledgeable about windows which you dont get at the big box stores all the time.I purchased a window for my bathroom and they even informed me of a requirement I didnt know about that is required for code. They also made sure that the entire thing was correct twice just to be sure I get what I need.You can purchase paint on the other side of the store. They also are very knowledgeable.

After talking with two other Salt Lake based glass companies with no urgency or resolve to any of my questions or needs, I turned to Jones Paint and Glass in American Fork as it was closer to my location. Kelly was amazing! Not only did he take the time to really find out our needs but also answered all our questions concerning our unique install and hardware issues. I visited the store site a week later. Kelly took us through the process step by step and showed us our options. We ordered the necessary hardware ( Which other shops said werent even available because of the size of our glass). They called a day before the promised delivery date with our order delivered and in house. Upon pick up Kelly was once again amazing! He checked our order, reiterated the processes, and sent us on our way with a request to see the final product. It is a rarity to find someone personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Waited 3 weeks for a terrible installation. Had two windows installed 10/26/17. They beat the heck out of my framing,scuffed up my baseboards and left trash in my yard. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I had several (12 total pieces) of Low-E glass installed on my West Facing windows. Although the glass was expensive, it was within my range of expectations. They delivered and installed the glass on time. The sizing is perfect. The glass works as promised. Ive cut the summer heat coming through my windows to almost nothing. Im very pleased. I am considering having my East facing windows replaced as well.

We asked these people to come and replace two windows in my home. They replaced one in my sons bedroom and left glass in his bed. Obviously we didnt expect there to be glass in the bed, nor did we realize until my son was cut and bleeding. When I told them about it they said oh no, thats too bad. Nothing more. Then when I went to look at the second window they were supposed to have replaced in our apartment it hadnt been replaced at all. They told me they had replaced it and accused me of trying to get something for free. The woman actually yelled at me on the phone. I paid them to replace the window and they hadnt done it. After months of the runaround they finally did come back and replace the window but it had different color separators than the original ones. Very poor service and I wouldnt use them again.

Awesome customer service! I needed a couple of pieces of glass cut and they were able to do it immediately instead of me needing to come back later. On another occasion they replaced a window and they offered to deliver it as it was a very large window. They will always be our first choice for glass.

I give no stars because emailed called and texted back the guy who sent me a text saying he would get back to me in just a minute. He never got back to no matter even if I replied back by email or text. If you have a small job go some where else.

Some of the hardware for our kitchen window broke. We didnt know if that could be replaced or if wed have to replace the whole window. I set up an appointment with Jones. They were scheduled out a little, but it was worth the wait. I got a call from the technician to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled - yes! When he came, he looked at the problem and said they could fix it if we wanted or he could show me how to replace the broken piece, which saves us a lot of money. Thank you, Jones Paint & Glass!

I was having problems with a table top, had been to a couple other places and had terrible service (Glass images). In the end I ended up traveling from Orem to Jones Paint and Glass over in American Fork. Really impressive store and the service was amazing compared to what I had been working with. The table top that I needed made was custom, the shape wasnt what I would explain to be traditional. They were amazing in working with me in getting the table measured and walking me through all of the options. The price wasnt half bad, it came in when they told me it would, overall the whole experience was something that I would recommend to family.The manager, Kelly, this person alone would be an excellent reason to visit this store, putting aside all of the other benefits here at this store. He will bend over backwards to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Very good people person.

I recently had Jones Paint and Glass in American Fork install a shower door for me. They were very professional, they were on time and very friendly. Everything was perfect and I love my shower door. I drove 45 minutes to get there, got there 15 minutes before closing, waited in line for 20 minutes and was then told they couldn’t mix my paint because they “closed 5 minutes ago”. I won’t be going back.

Had my side window broke out of my car, called Jones Paint and Glass to fix it. They said they could for $120 and I scheduled a time. My wife took the day off work to take the car in. When she arrived they said that they had quoted the wrong window and it would really be $220, they also said it would take an extra day to order. They wanted to drive our car 40 miles for the repair... I disagreed and for the hassle they were willing to come to our house to fix the window. When they came they repaired it and the installer gave us a hand written receipt which they have no record of. Ive called and left messages 3 times to get a correct receipt, but have had no luck in doing so. Each location says it was billed from another location and they have no control of it. I feel they took advantage of us and we well never do business again. The receipt looked fake and was written with pencil. BEWARE

Ive had glass work done by these guys for the last two years. Kelly, the manager of the glass shop, always takes care of me. I took 7 window screens in to be rescreened and took a storm door window with a broken latch in order to match replacement hardware. First thing they asked for was if I had an account with them (later I figured this was an excellent way to add unauthorized charges to their benefit). I got back the 7 screens that were not squared, the splines were not all properly rolled in, and two of the screens were bowed in middle due to screen material being too short. Further, the rep charged me $12 for a $1.10 part I could get online. Horrible workmanship for top dollar. I wont be back ever.

I came in prepared to buy around 15 gallons of paint for my new house. However nobody greeted us or said anything to us the whole time we were there. I just walked out and went to Sherman-Williams instead

A more complete paint store.Jones paint has a lot of items, like stains, various putties, like a color wood putty (oil-base) I have been looking long for, plus a lot of other items and advice not available elsewhere. While geared for the professional, they welcome DIY customers.

I had sidelight panels installed recently. The estimator was friendly, really took the time to answer my questions and emailed me a bid promptly. There were delays in the production which pushed the install date back twice but I was notified in advance and being in no hurry, did not mind the wait. The installer took the time to call to say he was on his way, was friendly, did a great job and left the work area spotless. My only regret is that the glass style I really wanted was not offered. As far as performance, its an A+ for everyone at Jones Paint and Glass!!

I ordered some table top glass and took it home put it on the table and it was too short. I remeasured and found I gave the right dimension but it was just cut wrong. I called up the store and asked for them to make a new piece and deliver it and pick up the short glass. Manager Ben said no problem and he personally delivered it! Every time I go into Jones Paint and Glass I get great quality paint and great customer service. I will never buy paint anywhere else ever again. Ive never been disappointed with the paint and Ive loved the advice and great service. I did a lot of room wall projects using their paint that I found on Pinterest and they all turned out wonderful, in the past I used lower quality paint and the projects never turned out right. Id recommend jones paint and glass to everyone, novice painters and professional painters.

We had a problem with follow through with Felicia (?). We had ordered a new window and it took almost 2 months to get it installed. However once we finally talked to the manager we it was installed in 2 days. The manager was very apologetic and accommodating which is why we gave 4 stars.We have done business with Jones in the past and we were always pleased with their service. I think that is the norm.

Jones at American Fork have cut several custom glass table tops for me as well as specialty cuts for art pallets. One I gave had the wrong measurements and wouldnt fit the pallet. They cut another for free. Wow! Keep up the good service.

The AF location is hit and miss if you are retail and not commercial.I have had a week wait on a small 12x12 type of glass.The Provo location is always able to get things done that day.

I just needed 2 doors replaced, and wasnt sure where to start. The company seems nice enough, but they should really think about hiring someone friendly to man their phone system and answer questions.I was transferred 3 times and had to try to explain my question that many times. I need to replace two interior doors, and dont know where to start?Ultimately they didnt fit my timeline. But I would highly suggest that people who arent willing to answer questions or who arent capable, shouldnt answer the phone in the first place.
