Amazing company!! My mom has health problems and has to sleep sitting up. She has been using recliners for sleeping for years now and needed a new one. Bought one here straight cash and I just wasn’t right for her so asked about returning or exchange. Ebony worked with us and found an adjustable bed that my mom could actually sleep in and helped with the price. Honestly I was dreading trying to do an exchange but Ebony and her mom made it so painless. Highly recommend!! Much better business then the big rental companies!

Great customer service, fantastic group of people working there. The overall service of rent to own while (re)building your credit is phenomenal. They make payment arrangements for an extended period of time (no more than a year and a half) Make the payments on time and it gets reported the credit bureau. If you have bad credit history or need help building credit, this is THE place to get that started for you.(revise) It gave me just enough of a boost to buy my first home.

The store was well played out. Everything was well organized. It was easy to understand the pricing and it was easy to apply. No credit check needed, but they report payments to Equifax so it can help your credit. There are many ways to make your payments that are convenient. It was a very friendly environment and interaction.

Purchased many items from them. Love it there. Will continue to purchase there. Wonderful people.

Very personable and experienced

We have done business with Premier for a few years now and never had any problems. We just had a large refrigerator delivered today and the guys were very polite and professional. I would recommend anyone that has household needs to give Premier a try. You will be pleasantly surprised by the overall respect and customer service.

Premier Rental Purchase do you need to work on the customer service

Went here to rent to own a TV I put a down payment on it then they said I was approved they will be dropping it off then they never came took my money and never give it back to me at all so I call them to ask them whats going on the lady we are not going to drop it off at all and then she to find my self and then I ask to for my money and she said no you are not getting this back then owner called my kids the r word and my kids have autism I guess they dont like kids with special needs at all then they told that you not aloud to rent here even though I never rented from this place at all I guess when some one does hang out with people they get put down so I want to qvc they welcome me with open arms been with qvc snice.

Just called the store, and I believe its was the Assnt. Mangr. In whom Ive spoken with. I called to speak to a Hiring Manager, and in retrospect she told me that she was the Assnt. Mangr. and I could could speak to her. During our conversation she rush me off the phone and (there wasnt any other phones in the background roaring) was rude and disrespectful. I guess she didnt realize that the best part of waking up, is Folgers in her cup lol. I didnt even get the chance to give her a complementary, have a gr8 day!😉Before I was hung up😔#CustomerServiceGoesaLongWay😢

Place was really nice but their website is down.

My fiancé and I got a couch and over sized chair from this place we thought we got a good deal till we tried to sit in it and recline and the couch was broke so I tried to look and see the problem it was full of old food and they sent some stranger and his kid to fix not a premier person
