Love this store, we dont have one where we live. Have items that you cant get at Walmart, for sure. I could spend the whole day here.

This is a very well managed store! The manager and regional manager went out of their way to accommodate me and my wife when they accepted a return of an item they normally are not allowed to take back. Due to our son’s medical diagnosis, they accepted the products and said they would worry about the shipping back to the Buy Buy Baby store where we purchased it.

I was in search of a waffle maker and BB&B has a nice selection.

Was there today 05/14/2021 first time on awhile so I go up to the door a young man was smoking a cigarette and he said we arent open yet I left and came back waited till like 959 and went back up he was still there and said there are a couple mins yet I said oh yes you wouldnt want to open 1min before 10 so I finally went in found what I came for and went to the cashier. I was behind another lady when she was done I went to go to pay and the cashier said no, that lady was next (the one behind me), which she wasnt I was the second in line. All I can say is in general both of your employees were very rude and not public friendly... I will still shop here because it is the only one close but I was very disappointed in the attitude they gave.

Found just what I wanted, all store employees were masked properly, floor marked for social distancing, and I only saw 1 customer with her mask below her nose. 20% off coupon, too.

The store is cool. I went in for a pillow. I got side tracked with a cool hand massager. If it wasnt 99.99 I would have bought it. Anyway, I was really impressed and I enjoyed my experience because of the wonderful ladies that rang me up. They gave me a coupon and even more a lady walked up to me and handed me her unused coupons. Some times when I give up on people I am happily surprised.

Went in for a special item and they did not have it needed a daughters wedding handkerchief and they said it was only available online and I only had three days before the wedding so I didnt get one and she didnt get one either very upset.

My poor review is for the costumer service I received while checking out.I was trying to make a purchase and use the 20% off coupon I had received in my email that morning while ringing out the lady Michelle couldn’t get the coupon to work I enlarged it. Shrunk it closed the email reopened my email and nothing so she called ALLIE up to help her this lady asked me to down load the app and get the coupon that way while there is now 9 people online behind me and I’m being gaulked at repeatedly for being petty over 20% off mind you if you offer a coupon then it should be good regardless if you register will scan it or not I literally showed the lady the email and it was 2 coupons one for 20% off one single item or $20 off a purchase AGREE?So I asked for a Business card with the manager info which after asking 4 times she finally walked back behind me somewhere and got one and then tried to get me to make the purchase after I told her I’m done with their store and offered use of a coupon from retail me not REALLY ?I was so over the moon MAD when I left thereHow rudeHow unprofessionalWhy would I ever want to go back there and I told her I’ll just wait til I get back to York pa and buy it at our store or better yet I can go down the street to target and use their 25% off coupon and use my red card and still get an additional 5% off of thatIf you offer a coupon and your scanner won’t scan it I know for a fact the manager can fix the problem and make it happen so they down right didn’t care about my $65 purchase I was makingMaybe that means they don’t need my business

I did my wedding registry here; wish I didnt. The day my fiancé and I went to start it, we were told to wait while the registry guy finished talking to another employee. After that, he WAS helpful with starting it. But then he passed us off to another associate who had to keep going back to him anyways to answer our questions. Now that we are now getting gifts from our registry...its a total nightmare. Half of our registry is discontinued and we keep having to reselect everything (weve done luggage 4 times now). Items that are being shipped from the website have been broken, wrong style/color, and are missing package slips saying who its from. When we go into the store to get it fixed, the same guy that did the registry helps the desk associate with the exchanges. However, when hes brought over, he never even greets us or anything, just helps the associate and leaves. Its like were not even there. Anyone whos been married knows that its stressful, and this whole broken system Bed Bath and Beyond has is just adding to it.
