Went to purchase a TV we ended up getting a 55 inch Samsung ( plenty big enough for the space we needed it) we spoke with Meghan first, then Gabby the next day. Theyre both supervisors for The geek squad, they were both very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail, We purchased it and love the picture! Will do business again!

I call the local store because i need to schedule. I get an automated voice from the national hq. It asks for information that is not relevant and at the speed of a dial up network. I am supposed to trust an electronics company that cant even work an answering machine? This company will be out of business next year hope warranties ate 3rd party.

Stopped in for a wifi adapter. Found it in seconds, got in line at the registers to pay. Both cashiers were helping Geek Squad customers. Waited 10 minutes while watching 3 employees do nothing at the entrance. Waited 5 more minutes while finding a better deal for the item in my hand on Amazon. Returned item to shelf. Purchased from Amazon. Used money I saved to buy treats for my our. Was never even acknowledged with a be with you in a minute or a sorry for the wait. And so goes the death of retail.Honestly curious how long it took the guy in front of me to cash out.

Was not impressed last time I went there. First as soon as you go in the door they ask you what you are there for. I tell them Im looking for a cord for my GPS to convert it to a USB she points me over to all these different phone cords. I looked then asked her again if there was someone that could help me she said I would have to wait. Sure no problem after about 10 minutes watching people walk through the door and get help right away I decided to find someone myself to help me. I asked a young man if he could help me told him what I was looking for and showed him my GPS. He took out his phone and said what is it a Ipad I said no a GPS I am looking for a cord for it to make it a USB if possible. I said I have a road trip today and need it. He then said Im sorry we dont have anything for that and walked away. Not once did he look anywhere in the store or ask someone else. I was just fed up with the customer service which was the worst customer service ever I just left. Not going back anytime soon. Not sure where they get these people that work for them that dont want to help the customers anymore. Its a shame.

Generally speaking, the staff here is knowledgeable and attentive. I was particularly impressed when stopping in on Black Friday with a few questions about audio components. The uncommon item I was looking for wasnt in store but the sales rep demonstrated considerable knowledge about the product immediately without even having to look it up. She even quickly and with no hassle had one ordered after answering all my questions and helping me find a fee other things in the store. Great visit.

A decent Best Buy. It is not the largest store they have, but it is big enough for the market that it is in. Staffs always been helpful. And it is a newer building that is easily accessible. Some specially items might require traveling to a larger store, however.

No one in the area can replace the battery in my Samsung gear 2 smart watch. Best Buy gave me the phone number for Samsung customer service, however, even they said they couldnt replace the battery. Some one should offer that service. Seems like it would be a profitable investment!

Phone rings to automated phone system, in another state, after listening to 2 minutes of things you dont want to hear you wait another at least 10 min. For somebody to pick up. And its not just one time its every time. Other than that 5 stars for the knowledgeable staff that helped me.

For being a Best Buy, I find this location very disappointing. The store is very disorganized, and the shelves are messy and unkempt. We stopped here so I could pick up an USB-C Hub. We walked in very close to closing time, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Not one of the employees greeted me or asked me how they could help. They all look done and just wanted to finish up enough so they could go home. After wandering around for a while, I finally found them, and the selection was weak. At least the check-out person was friendly. But this place really needs to step it up. This is a Best Buy!? Everything I came in for, they were out of stock. The choices are extremely limited. I ended up going to Target and finding everything I was needing.

Bought a new dryer, took it home and found missing parts. Took 10 days for the parts to arrive. Same day, had a master electrician install parts just to find out the heating motor is bad on the new dryer. So they want to charge me a $99 service fee on an appliance that was broke from the get go. And now they want me to return it for a replacement dryer. BUT, they said I need to do it in the next day because of the 14 day return policy running out. But yet the first 10 days of that 14 was waiting on Missing parts. I hope no one has to go thru thus bullcrap.

I dialed the Altoona number to try to schedule a trade in appt for two pieces of electronics. I was on hold for 25 mins just to find out that I was transferred to corporate. I was then put back on hold and was again transferred to the wrong department. While I was placed on hold for the third time, I tried going on their website to talk to an agent. The virtual assistant told me I was on the wrong website and needed to go onto the Geek Squad website to schedule an appt. Finally someone from corporate picked up and she was just more concerned as to why I was on hold more so than helping. I scheduled an appt for Saturday at 11:40 via online. I got there at 11:35, and as soon as you walk into this store, you have an employee stop you as soon as walk in asking questions as to why you are there. Very cold and very uninviting, but nonetheless, I was directed over to Geek Squad. I saw my name on the board so I thought everything was fine. A Geek Squad agent came up to me as asked why I was there. I said I had an appointment for trade ins. He informed me that Geek Squad doesnt do that, and I had to get into the Customer Service line. So I was lied to over the virtual chat. I got into the customer service line, waited about 10 minutes and the SAME EMPLOYEE was waiting on me. Kind of funny, but we proceeded for the trade ins. I did the trade in questions prior to coming in to see roughly how much I would be getting back. Prior to going in, my iPad Pro had a trade in value of $12. In the store, I was given $3. My Mac Book Pro had a trade in value of $200. In the store, I was given $77. Now, I understand that the online trade-in offers were just an estimate, but they were WAY off, especially for my laptop. I was very disappointed in the atmosphere of the store. I will NOT BE purchasing anymore electronics from Best Buy.

Terrible service! Employees definitely need customer service training. I placed an order for Curbside pick-up, I wasnt able to check-in online. I called the store and was on hold for over 5 minutes before going in. I was thinking maybe they were short staffed or busy, although the parking lot was almost bare. To my surprise I go in and see 4 employees at the front door and counted at least 10 others, only one actually seemed to be working.I wont be back.

I have been on the phone for over 4 hours waiting for an answer to my appointment request with no avail. My husband tried to see if he could get a technician but faired no better. They have this music they put on so they don’t have to speak to you. Very disappointing. We go to them for all our digital needs and av needs as well. Now we can’t get in touch for service!!!

Took about a half an hour to get a pair of earpods doing their mandatory curbside pickup even though the place was not busy at all. What upset me more was they never said they were doing curbside only until you got to the store. Had I known I would have went somewhere else.

I don’t always go to Best Buy, but when I do, I make sure it’s this store. The employees have always been helpful and have given me their honest opinions about products. Recently, I was shopping around for a new TV and they made the purchase quick and easy. Their protection plan was also way better than other stores around town that were selling the same exact TV. The only negative is that they don’t sell CDs in store anymore.
