Great cookies! Addictive, dare you to only eat one. :) overall, a good experience. Been here a few times and first couple of times the person who was behind the counter could have been friendlier. This last time, had a better experience with the person behind the counter. Things to improve upon.... need more variety of nibblers and counter could be a bit cleaner.

Called and asked for assistance with a certain gingerbread cookie and even though they did not carry it they were so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. Perfect cookie place for any type of person!

This place is THE BEST! Super last minute (2pm) I called to ask about getting a cookie cake for a birthday that evening. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and seemed very happy to help me get the cake ordered and personalized exactly how I wanted. He said it would be ready by 5pm and when I arrived at 5pm it was ready! It was fresh and looked amazing! I got myself a cookie and icee while I was there and I was in heaven. I will definitely be coming back!

Edwin is AWESOME! He takes his time with his customers and ensures that the customer is happy. I couldnt choose between water or lemonade and he allowed me to sample it. I also bought a slushy for my dad that he ended up not liking and instead of having to buy another drink at $3, Edwin allowed me to swap it out for lemonade. I dont know if this is a big deal to the company but it definitely was a big deal to me. You should have more employees like Edwin!

Located in a store at the Mall. They serve beautiful cakes and pastries that are sure to brighten your eyes. Its pricey but I guess ugh ou pay for the professional artwork on each pastry! Looks very clean

First time I came here I waited in line for a few minutes, noticed employee was coughing while helping another customer and immediately left. A few weeks later I returned and saw the male employee sitting on his phone and picking his nose. (Both males, different employees) I will never return.

Prices were ridiculous, although the product is pretty good.
