If you ever find yourself in need of mens work boots you are completely on your own. Shelves are in complete disrepair. Almost every time you come across a sale on a particular item the actual model# isnt even close to where the display is or they are mislabled. Good luck getting an associate to assist you. I have wandered around looking for 30+ minutes and despite being seen by employees I have never been asked if I needed assistance. They never seem to have anything beyond a size 10 either so people with larger feet like me have little to no chance finding anything. We only have whats out on the floor is their default response and they will make absolutely no attempt to help you any further from there. Doesnt surprise me that every time Ive been in there its an absolute ghost town. I dont understand how the place is still open. I have been buying work boots for the past 11 years and I can count on one hand the amount of times I was able to find something. Youre better off going to Shoe Carnival. Pretty sad when your last resort to finding something that you really need cant even work out.

Been shopping here for years. Always clean and stocked. Always find great deals on clothing for the kids. Only complaint is that they need more cashiers on hand at certain times but they are always polite and friendly.

This is horrible I’ve been calling for two hours in a row trying to get in contact with someone in the furniture in apartment and nobody answers the phone I don’t understand why the whole people have phones when all I get is the damn message thing saying leave a message and will call you back… How can you do that in customer service and know what days is not only that in every single store that you go customer service sucks Walmart Costco anywhere you go customer service is bad and then they keep firing people but why are fire people when your service already sucks

I was presently surprised that they had people working where the watches and jewelry is are and were very helpful in me making a purchase the only thing was little more training on operation of discounts and utilizing the software it took awhile for my purchase to go through other than that they did a great job.

I always find cute things here. Its usually pretty warm and stuffy though. Bring water. They have 2 shopping carts for this whole store. Sears, turn the AC down and get some carts so people will stay and shop!

Dont go there expecting to warranty exchange tools that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. You will be told very rudely that you will have to go to another store ( Leesburg or Florida Mall). This store is closing and the employees have a real attitude. Sears will never get another penny of mine.

Sears was having a fantastic sale so we went to look for some tools. They didnt have exactly what we were looking for but did have great prices on other tools.

No one answers the phone. It’s apparent they’re going out of business and it shows in the employees willingness to help, answer the phone, etc. I’ve had a pressure washer in they’re warranty Department since 8/11/17 today is 10/17/17.... unacceptable! Wish I never bought it at sears and the warranty is a joke! BTW, I bought sears top warranty so I’m not talking about manufacturing warranty!

I had a battery replaced in my watch for $10. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great service from Joey.

Store closing. Everything is on Sale. All sales final. Dont know if discounts will increase and dont know how much longer the store will be open. Only went through the tool department.

Last visit to sears. Pick up will not answer phone, lawn department on hold for 7 minutes, then disconnect, call customer service, get recording, call number on receipt and told they didnt handle that, transferred me to another number and got recording saying it was closed. Also, 3 year old top of the line grill fell apart even though it was covered by a tarp. No help from sears.

Figured Id try and give Sears a chance as I know they (and Kmart) are on the verge of ceasing to exist. Now I know why they are in such trouble... hardly competitive and super bad customer service. I ordered online and was trying their curbside pickup but the associate didnt want to give me MY PAID FOR ITEM unless I gave him another CC to swipe... I refused and he wanted to take my DL to photo copy it .. I REFUSED again and proceeded to show him my printed out email which verified the order number and fact that it was already paid for with my SEARS CARD!!!! Also showed him my Sears app which showed PAID and ready to pick up ... neither was good enough.... what a horrible way to waste my time.... Ill simply shop at Home Depot. I guess Im late to learn but its clear now why this company is in such trouble. Maybe when they close something good will lease that prime spot.

No wonder this place is going out of business. Never can find any help and when you do I always know more about the store than the employees. Last time the employee told me they didnt sell a tool that I had printed out and said there were 9 in stock. I walked around and found the item and he just shrugged and walked away. Every time you try to call the store, no department answers and it goes to the store voice mail and says someone will return you call within 48 hours. Really?

Purchased a set of tires online 3/14/18. Was emailed a expected delivery date of 3/24/18. I called the weekend before the date and was told the tires were not there yet but they would call me back. I waited until after the date and called back since no attempt to contact me happened. Upon this call I was told the tires might be on back order and someone would contact me within 48-72hrs. Never happened. Being an ex Sears auto service assistant manager I knew their process and contacted the manufacturer directly in which told me the tires were available and not on any back order. I called Sears again was then told by an associate whom told me they were the manager and they would be happy to educate me on Sears proceedures but he was not a manager and when I told him the manufacturer not only had the tires but they had not been on back order. I asked if he wanted the confirmation number on the tires I had ordered he said no and hung up. When the tires finally make it I got to the real manager whom took the time to actually discuss what happened throughout this experience and understood why I was a bit angry. However this is not the story end. Upon my purchase of 4 tires there was a rewards bonus of $50 in which would not be applied until my order was finalized which was on 4/19/18. Today is 5/14/18 not even 30 days from finalized purchase and pick up of order. I go into the main store and was about to purchase a pair of shoes for $115 minus the $50 I was supposed to have on my rewards. Well my points werent there so I asked for a manager since the associate couldnt find my points. His search was quick and his reply was that my points expired 4/20/18, 1 day after my purchase was finalized. With the treatment from the associate whom lied to the rewards/lie and the utter lack of concern from actual management there is no wonder why Sears is heading towards extinction. There is nowhere nor noone to file any complaint that would get a result worthy of maintaining customer loyalty nor recommendations to others. Pathetic how poor the professionalism has sunk in so little time. DONT SHOP SEARS ONLINE OR STORES UNLESS YOU DONT DO CARE WHETHER WHAT YOU BUY IS ANY GOOD OR WHETHER YOU HAVE ANY REPERCUSSIONS IN HOPES OF CUSTOMER CARE!!! NO CUSTOMER CARE.

I will never shop at another Sears again. I went a few days over 30 day return, and was told I couldnt get refund. I asked fpr atore credit, associate laughed in my face. Wow, awful experience. Had to walk around almost the whole store to find someone to cash us out, no one in bedding, was told to go to tools and no one was there had to walk around for almost 20 minutes until we finally found someone who works there to cash us out. Store is like a ghost town

I was walking through the store that is currently closing and noticed that they have a mattress that is a model and its one that is cut for showing how the bed is built and its for sale. Why would they do this? So I asked an associate, Adam with long bleached hair and Elvis sideburns, as if they are serious and he became very rude and was making a scene in front of other customers. Asked for a manager and she was rude also.

Three sales associates at the front desk and zero able to process a refund.This is why Sears is dying.

This store was one of my favorites but now I wouldnt go here ever again I was shopping in the store with family when i realized there was employees following us around the store i felt very disrespected because i shopped here almost once a week its sad because of people skin color that they think we all steal or breaking the law im glad there closing there doors JURKS......
