Love all the backpack purses they have. Bought 2 for my daughter.

Carrie,working behind the register today was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond finding cool T-shirts for not only myself,my daughter and my big belly man fiance lol 😍 Not only was customer service great, Carrie helped us when it came to understanding store discounts, registrations etc....Thank you Carrie!!!! The stores actual design can be a bit tight and I usually find myself squished because of the way everything is set up--although thats not at all the fault of the employees, who are always doing their best to keep up with the busy environment. While theyve definitely taken a turn towards stocking collectibles in recent years, theyve still got plenty of fun novelty shirts, clothes from various media, and even the music shirts that propelled them to fame back in the day. Theyve got some pretty solid bundle deals and buy one get one offers, along with offering rewards and coupons fairly liberally. Always a fun place to stop by and window shop, at the very least.

They are very friendly and are very courtesy and helpful. My daughter bought a skirt that this did not fit and she was able to exchange it.

It was my sons birthday & went looking specifically for FNAF stuff.. The lady said they didnt have much to choose from for fnaf, but then she pulls out a shadow balloon boy! Never even seen or heard of it! My son was thrilled its an Exclusive he said..please mom? ive gotta have it.!! Definitely a memorable moment..the staff was so nice..thanks so much

Store is small and not spaced well. I have trouble moving around so it was hard for me to walk around. They have great items. I just wish they carried larger sizes...

The staff are doing a great job with what are pretty strict rules for occupancy. I like Hot Topics merch, and the selection hasnt suffered during social distancing. Despite a wait at the door, all in all still a good experience.

My hippa rites were violated, I was harassed, and bullied... I am fiiling a lawsuit against them, no response from corporate when I tried to call... this place is a disgrace and very rude... I will make it a mission to shut them down.

I love the associates in the store - so helpful and attentive. The deals they carry are insane! Luv it!! 1 of my favorite stores ever. Shout out to my mermaid manager, Mariah - shes the sweetest thing. Always a good experience there. :o)

Huge store. 2 floors of clothes so make sure you walk around to see all they have to offer. Staff was friendly and checkout was smooth. I will bring my daughter back again to shop.

If you havent been to a hot topic lately, well you probably should go. Synonymous with emo culture hot topic has now pivoted to the geek trendy culture without missing a beat. The workers may still dress like goth teenagers the store is anything but. Give it a walk through and be surprised.

As always, they have the best selection with T-shirts, jewelry, etc.

The current group of employees are amazing, as is the management. They are very helpful and will go to great lengths to try and satisfy your shoppong needs

Meh... I used to shop there when they sold quality items. Now, I take my daughter there to buy candy... Hot Topic turned into an otaku wet dream with tons of t shirts of bands.

The variety of products is amazing. The customer service is good. (But the place needs to have more space so the customers can walk freely in it).

I love the shirt I got good prices quality Virgin dice they need more help stood in line for 15 minutes only one associate their to bring people out and help Customers. So see it was very nice and accommodating but just too long to check out not his fault.

Went here yesterday and they greeted us very kindly and made sure we felt comfortable. I also like the deals they have and the prices on the jewelry 😊

I come here a lot and not for the bargains. Their merchandise is very expensive as can be expected for such a trendy shop. I mostly shop here because you can find things no one else has especially if you are into specific comics or shows. Their bargains always come with a you have to buy more behind them but oh well. I know that and still come here. Lately though I have been buying less and less because their prices keep going up and up. In the day and age of online buying I have been able to find the same merchandise for a third of the price Hot Topic has it for.

Great selection. The people here seem eager to help, but as soon as I asked a question I got a deer in the headlights look and couldnt get the question answered. I also found what I was looking for at a lesser price elsewhere in the mall.

Hadnt been inside of a Hot Topic in a decade until my friend invited me to help her find an outfit for EDC. The store associate was nice and attentive. Alerted us to all the sales and special discounts going on. Isnt quite the alternative/emo store for emotionally distressed high schoolers it used to be. Now its filled with kitschy pop culture items like Rick & Morty pins and Disney princess t-shirts.

This hot topic was very organized and the employees were super friendly!

Customer service was some of the worst Ive ever received.Cashier wrongfully accused me of cutting in line and kept pressing the issue even after me and the other girl in line assured her that I was there first. When she realized she was upsetting me, she tried to pass it off as a joke.I ended up returning my entire purchase within the hour. I will never return to that store. I dont need to be mocked by employees or made to feel stupid while trying to buy a shirt.

Highly disappointed. I was at the fashion square Mall location and they called this store to reserve a shirt in medium and one in 2x. They said they had it and held it for us, so we make the 30 min drive and get there. Turns out they didnt have it and the guy in charge staright lied about what the other associate had said on the phone. Claimed she said one shirt even though we stood right with her and she asked for the specific one I wanted. Disgraceful customer service.

Total flop experience. Whatever happened to even approaching the customers to welcome them in. FORTUNATELY my money was going for BT21 items other than that i would have never entered this store and location. STILL did not purchase anything cuz it all look dainty and dusty. BUT now i will go ahead and purchase BT21 online. Even travel to their store all the way to new york! But never to this store or this dying mall!

Its a little cramped. Too much merchandise in a small room. Other than that, I always love their t-shirts.

A great store of choice, Id say the targeting age group would be from 15-26. Unless, you are accompanying someone else for their shopping. If you fall into this age range you are most likely to walk into this store at some point in time. Reason being, if you like anime, certain TV shows, or just want some dark accessories. This is the place for you. You have t shirts of many variants along with chokers. They have the latest objects and figures when it comes to anime. Such as, sailor moon crystal and others. They also have a great cool service. Glad, I came into here
