They have great sneakers. They do need to learn how to greet customer when they walk into that store. But there was a sale person that was rushing us on our purchase and I didnt a appreciate it. So I told her you need to calm down Im not in a hurry Im not rushing you so stop rushing me.

Great staff. Very helpful. Unfortunately I was looking for kids and the staff at the children’s store is useless.

Customer service was good.

Everyone was very nice and had great quality items. When I had to try on something and they didnt have fitting rooms they let me use the workers bathroom which was very kind. I appreciate it and would definitely recommend.

This review is for the Journeys Kidz store, but David was awesome. He helped us and was patient with our two year old. He tried to distract him and make him happy with the balloons and stickers when he was crying and impatient. Thanks for your help, David. Wonderful employee.

Nastiest clerks I’ve ever encountered. I love Toms but advise everyone to shop online from the comfort of your home.Wanted a couple of new prs of Toms. I’m tall and wear size 10. While my clerk went to back for my size a young guy working there, but just standing around, said why don’t you shop in mens area.Then this happened at another Journeys store. I walked in and spotted Tom’s on sale. Went to pay and this clerk ripped sale tag off and said, “you can’t have them for this price cause they aren’t on sale any longer “. (Which was illegal).
