Im not going to say it was great. It was really busy, being that it was tax-free season. It was hard to get help. Kind of lost the rep for a little bit. He was tending many people. We were taking care of after that. My daughter and wife got themselves to set of croc shoes. It was ok. The mall was just a mad house. Most stores were like this though, busy. Great sneaker store!!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful!!! The prices are decent they carry a wide selection of shoes from casual to athletic shoes.. if you are looking for new shoes for check this place out.

The manager Tab was extremely rude and condescending when it was pointed out to him that the way he speaks to his employees is abusive. I think Footlocker should think twice about having Tab as the face of the store/manager when he is behaving this way. It’s embarrassing for the company.

I literally hunted this pair Reeboks down for my granddaughter. Online price was way more after checking several sites. Called the store, had 1 pr left & Shanti was so nice, said they would be there the next day when I wanted to pick up as they could only hold for the day I called. Drove to mall in pouring rain & she had them for me & got me an extra discount for a small spot on shoe which was totally washable. Great service, glad to see all safety measures in place. It was my first visit to a mall in 6 months! Thank you Shanti!!!

Nice place to buy sport shoes

They have an order online pick up in store for me that is in limbo because I cant even contact this store and they wont answer the phone. Its far away from me so I dont wanna just drive to the store for nothing. Ive called about 20 times and still no answer. A few reps from Footlocker online even tried to call but no answer either. Horrible service.

I bought something in December 8 of 2020 at 12:04 pm with the cashier Dianne P in foot locker in altamonte mall and they didn’t have the product that I wanted so i made a delivery order so it could come to my house the next day and I didn’t receive it at all so I called customer service the next day and they told me they wouldn’t send it to me because it was sold out so they canceled the order and are gonna refund me my money and today is January 15 2021 and I still haven’t gotten my refund and every time I called which was like 12 times they gave me a different date for the refund and they even told me the mangers would call me back and I haven’t gotten a call back nor a refund so I’m starting to believe they stole my money and I’m sure that I’m not the first one and I gave you one star because I cannot give 0 starts I don not recommend this store at all it is untrustworthy..

Drove 40 minutes for them to close an hour early. What a joke

Customer service is terrible. Employees spend more time talking to each other then helping customers. I went into the store with the intent of buying a nice pair of shoes but left without making a purchase because I had no idea the cost of any shoe or if they had them in my size. I asked about a price and the employee told me $700 as a joke. Very unprofessional! I will never return.

Store manager is a joke here. Guy told me he can see other stores inventory like Jimmie jazz and hiberts. I call the other stores and they tell me no footlocker can view what they inventory they have. I go back to confront him and he hides in the back. Bum

Store is backdooring pairs. I reserved a pair of Jordan 11s and the app says I have until 3pm to pick them up, at 1:40pm the manager says he was told to sell them at 12pm.

Went to purchase childrens socks at this location. When I asked the white lady, blonde hair with glasses if they sold childrens sock she stated, No, go to a department store. Why would I go to a department store for Nike socks and what was she trying to imply? Mind you says all of this while her back is turned to me.

Came in to buy a pair of ultra boost, no one came up to me for like 5 mins while I stood there right in front of the adidas section for 5 mins. 1st employee walks by to the back room with food in his hands (which is understandable) so I just asked him a quick question about if these where the only color schemes they had for ultra boosts he answered and continued on to the back. This is where things started turning not okay, I stood there for another 5 mins ready to get a pair and when some heavy set lady finally walked by me I asked her a question to stop her and she just mumbled something rudely with out stopping for a minute and continued on to the back. I guess the party was in the back and I wasn’t invited. Best part about this whole story was it was not even busy. I was the only other customer in there other than one other person with kids. Went downstairs to Finnish line to buy the ultra boosts.

This store has helpful staff, sells mostly sneakers, everything can be clearly seen in the store.

Honestly sells the same shoes as Champs but at a cheaper price.

For birthday he requested a very specific pair of shoes. Adidas Orginal NMD R1. We went to Altamonte Mall Foot Locker. They did not have his size. The store associate said no problem, we can order them for you. They did so and we paid for the shoes. It is now December 20th and we have not seen the shoes. We got in contact with Foot Locker Customer Service who said sorry but it appears that the store that was supposed to fulfill your item found insufficient stock in regards to this item. No one called, they still had our money. Oh and Unfortunately, if you had not called, we would not have done the refund.It is one thing to call us and tell us, but for us to wait for the package and then we have to call and find out it was NEVER on its way is a HUGE customer service issue. I could have probably found the shoes somewhere else if we were informed, but now they are sold out everywhere!!It is stinky enough to have a birthday the day after Christmas but now the shoes we got him are not coming!!Not only that, but their customer service line rings busy and now that I have finally gotten through, I have been sitting on hold for the last 60 minutes. Just enough time for me to get angry enough to write this and post it everywhere!! Shame on you Foot Locker and FootLocker Altamonte Mall
