This was my first visit to ASAP and I was very pleased with their service. Their electronic estimate review and approval system is very efficient. They did a thorough inspection if my vehicle. The suspension repair work was covered under my extended warranty and they handled all the details. I also did a fluid change as general maintenance. Communication was excellent and the repair was done one-time. I recommend ASAP for any maintenance or repair service.

The car needed repairs and i only got estimate for some. I also requested new handles and when i got my car they werent on. Besides that they get back to you quick. The repairs i did get has a 24 month warranty.

Came in for a routine oil change and inspection, everyone was nice and the turnaround was quick. I plan to come back for all my regular maintenance needs

I am very new to the area, so when my car was overheating I had to find the closest shop to me. I was a little wearying because I was not able to research places before hand. But I did not need to worry. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And they try to keep the cost affordable. They even drove my daughter and I home and picked us up later to retrieve our car. I was blown away with the price for a oil change on semi synthetic. Normally when they offer a special is regular oil. I will say the 19.99 special was real.The customer service is unbelievable. They out did themselves when they came to my job and picked up my car so that I wouldnt miss any work. I run a A/c company so my time is very valuable when it comes to me being in the office. They Picked up and dropped off my car at work. So I didnt have to find a ride there and back. Amazing!!!!!!! I have to give them 5 stars but I wouldve gave them 10 stars.My total out the door, $24.00 is more than great. I appreciate there generosity, customer service, and work. The locking mechanism stopped working on my Kia Sorento Hatch. This part was very difficult to find due to short supply of parts. After much searching they were able to locate the part for me. They always go above and beyond for me and I appreciate them. Thank you ASAP Auto.

Cannot say enough great things about this shop. I have been living in FL for only 3 months and needed work done, googled auto shops near me and based off a combo of all the great reviews and impressive website, I decided upon ASAP. Great choice. Will be servicing with them from now on. They even were able to shuttle us from our apartment to the shop so we could drive the car home. Great service, got turned down from my car dealership. They told me I had to replace the whole engine. I took it tho ASAP Auto...they kept me informed of all the work that they were doing, fixed the engine for way less the my car dealership was charging me. Would highly recommend this this place. The staff there is absolutely amazing! I didnt feel uncomfortable and immediately knew i could trust them leaving and working on my car with this mechanic shop. They made sure the car would be safe for myself and my family to be driving/riding in and did not rush injust returning the car. Also, they give rides if you are within the range that is stated in their website for free.The fact that this is a family owned mecanic shop they made sure my car would be safe and updated me when there was an issue, gave me the choice of approving or denying the job that needed to be done on the car wuth the estimation in the side is the best feeling in the world. ASAP quickly identified the issue with my brakes and determined I needed a new O ring between my master cylinder and power brake booster. They were straightforward and only charged me for labor and the O ring where many shops may have tried to charge me for an entirely new master cylinder or brake booster. They were able to get me in and out within an afternoon. I would definitely bring my truck back again (2013 nissan titan)

ASAP made my experience very smooth..gave me quotes every step of the way..Turn around time of repairs were definately reasonable..Angie and Randy were awesome..I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Took my Dodge Charger to ASAP for repair since it wasn’t starting and I can see a bit of antifreeze leaking. They gave me an estimate of almost 1100 dollars to replace the water pump and timing belt, and a warning that the car may need more repairs. Immediately after replacing the water pump and timing belt, I get another estimate for almost $3000. I immediately called and spoke to Angie who said that after repair, you can hear the valves hitting and they needed to be replaced. I asked to speak the mechanic, he was on lunch break, so I told Angie I was going down to the shop to hear my car. Upon arrival the mechanic began stating that the timing belt snapped while driving and that was the cause of the valves bending and that’s why the estimate was so high. I questioned the mechanic on how the valve damage wasn’t discovered before and he stated the valve covers do not need to be removed in order to repair the water pump and timing belt. Which is completely incorrect, per the Service Manual of my vehicle, both valve covers must be removed and the rocker arms locked in place. I asked to hear my car start so I can hear the valve damage they are stating the car had, the mechanic attempted to start the car and it didn’t start because the battery was dead. Now I’m wondering how they were able to start the motor and hear the valve damage, yet the battery was dead on the vehicle. They charge the battery for a few minutes and the car starts just fine, no crazy sounds, nothing out of the ordinary. At this point I told Randy he can shut the car off and that I would hold off on the recommended repairs since I was unable to hear the valve damage. Once inside the office, Angie immediately requested payment for the repairs. I informed Angie I was waiting for my wife to get here with the rest of the money. Reality is that I had already lost confidence in the mechanic who was working on my car and wanted to ensure my car would be handed too me in the shape I just left it in. Needless to say the mechanic stopped putting my car back together, so I informed Angie as soon as my car was done I would pay. I proceed to wait in front of the shop until my car was finished. They finally said it was ready to go and brought me into the office to pay. I proceed to pay the full amount and walked outside to retrieve my car. They attempted to drive my car out of the bay, but the motor didn’t sound very good and sounded like it was going to shut off. I opened the hood to see what’s going on with the motor, and the whole motor was shaking violently. The mechanic stated the motor was shaking like that because of the bent valves, this was his theory without removing the valve covers and visually inspecting the valves themselves. I attempted to drive my car home and wait for the owner to return from vacation, but the car didn’t make it two blocks from the shop and shut off. Randy was kind enough to have a tow truck tow my car home since the car was not starting at this point.Long story short: Good money was paid and my car still isn’t running. The mechanic felt it unnecessary to follow the service manual on this repair for my vehicle, then gave me an estimate for another $3,000 without visually inspecting for the damage. I Waited until today to leave this review to give the owner time to contact me. Definitely will not be recommending this business to anyone.

I want to thank everyone at ASAP Auto Repair. My hubby is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who received an amazing donation of a vehicle that needed some TLC in order to run properly. His car was at a different repair shop for a week and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. We then had it towed to ASAP Auto and they quickly diagnosed and FIXED the car. My vehicle was damaged and I had it towed to ASAP. They gave me a quote and when I saw that they were going to charge me $300 for a spark plug change. I realized that they were trying to overcharge because I had my vehicle towed and maybe they thought that I wasnt going to move it from there and that I maybe didnt have a choice (thats the only conclusion I could come up with other than they are just that expensive). I decided to call around and to my dismay everyone I called was at least $500 to $600 cheaper than what they had quoted me, which means they were overcharging me for the whole job. When I got there and I let them know how expensive they were and how they overcharged me, that lady who gave me the crazy quote just sat in the back quietly and did not say a word. So I decided to go pick up my vehicle and take it next door to Zychs Auto Service. They gave me a fair price and a very good service. I just felt like ASAP tried to take advantage of me because of my situation and I dont want to deal with people that give a dishonest and an opportunist impression

I haven’t had to bring my car in to a mechanic since purchasing it. My car was having trouble accelerating the other day on the way to work and I needed it repaired quickly as I didn’t have another means of transportation. The ford dealership told me it would be a few days before they could even look at my car. I called a bunch of local mechanics and heard similar things. When I called ASAP, I spoke to Angie and she told me they could look at my car within a few hours. They did and called me within a few hours to discuss their findings. The price was reasonable and they were able to get the car repaired and back to me the next day. They were friendly and super accommodating & the repairs were done correctly. Definitely recommend.

One thing that was nice is this is a husband and wife team so as a single woman I was never made to feel like they were talking down to me. Been taking. All of our family cars there for several years. Just took my daughters car in and they finished in one day very reasonably priced and with recommendations of things we should have done in the next 12 months or so. Any other car shop would have said we need these things done right now. I believe they do great work but more than anything else I trust them with everything which is why we take all four cars there and will continue to do so.

Had a great experience with ASAP. They replaced my wheel bearing for a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me (and in a fraction of the time), and they assured me that some other issues the dealership wanted me to shell out money for were not really issues. They also let me know my rear brake pads were low which was something that the dealership forgot to mention even after I had paid for a diagnostic. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

I had an issue with a loose engine airbox. I called ASAP up and Rodney told me to bring it on by. I brought it over within 20 minutes and he came out to my car and fixed it right there in the parking lot. He couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Needed a trustworthy mechanic for my 1998 CRV after moving to the area. I came in first for just an oil change and check-up after road tripping here. They took the time to thoroughly check out the car and physically show me areas of concern that should be on my radar. They did not pressure me to do anything right away or up sell me. These guys are the best. They are amazingly honest. My car broke down and I had to have it towed to a repair shop close to them. The other mechanics said that they needed to replace and repair many things on my car and that it would cost me about $2,000. They charged me for the diagnosis but I told them do not repair my car. I had the car towed to ASAP and had them diagnose the repair. They discovered that I had accidentally pumped diesel into my car. I was so exhausted from lack of sleep I had not even noticed that I pumped the wrong fuel. (my mistake). Thanks to Steve (at ASAP Auto Repair) I saved a fortune. Now they have a customer for life.
