This place exceeded my expectations. They actually wowed me, which is very hard to do. I brought my car in for repair, I was quickly greeted outside where an initial inspection was done. Enterprise had a car waiting for me. The process was seamless. They updated me through texts and emails regarding the process. They even fixed a spot on my car that I thought that they would miss. I feel that this place truly took care me like I was a family member of the owner. Thank you so much, Duncan!!!!!

Incredible customer service. They knew who I was, and why I was calling before I could even tell them who I was. There delays in the repairs, but none of that was their fault. Ford dropped the ball. Everything was communicated well. The truck looks amazing.

I got hit in the side above the rear wheel on the drivers side of my car. Messed up the tire and panel to the gas tank. I drive a Honda Civic, so naturally it would be a pain to repair as Honda likes large, interlocking components.Mr. Waldemar Nieves-Rivera at Gerber Collision & Glass for Altamonte Springs was able to take care of my car on appointment set up by my insurance company. He was able to quickly assess what might be needed, but would know in detail after the inspection. In the office, I got the run down of everything and handed over my keys.As I waited, I recieved periodic texts updating me of the progress and a couple of calls from Mr. Nieves-Rivera. I knew my car was in good hands and on time. You can choose how youre notified by the way (email, text, calls).The repairs were complete and my car was like brand-new where the damage occured. The blending and paint was so well done its like there was never any damage at all. The damaged tire was replaced as well. They even cleaned the interior. My car means a lot to me as Ive had it for about 11 years now; the service I recieved really matters to me. I highly recommend this site and its staff for quality, seamless repairs. Theyre friendly, communicative, and a general pleasure to do business with.If I had to list a negative, the only gripe I can come up with is the reception parking can be very tight, but thats really reaching.Attached are before and after pics.
So far so good. We cant wash the car yet, due to painted black stripes on the door.(the gentleman came out and got it off) Left a little black paint on the door but otherwise they did a great job‼

My car was recently repaired here after an accident and the experience was very pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly and friendly, Orlando was in charge of the repairs. Each time I went to the location they were timely and professional. Luckily the repairs were not major, my car was repaired in 24hrs. And my car was cleaned when returned to me.
They fixed bumper on my 2020 Kia Sportage did an excellent job. The exchange was easy and had a rental car available for me at drop off of my damaged car due to accident. My vehicle was fixed in 6 days! Dropped vehicle off at 930 am on December 23rd and pick up on December 30th around 530pm. The advisor did an awesome job of sending text messages with daily updates on the vehicles progress *except on Christmas.Made a stressful situation easy and painless. Thank you. A+

Took my BMW in for a small dent on the front bumper. Altamonte Springs location. They did a great job with the repair. I also had many stone chips and they painted the entire bumper. Looks like it did when I first bought it. The office staff were very courteous and the estimator, Waldemar, explained the entire process. Will be recommending them to family and friends. Great service, good price for the repair and the shop was very clean.

I worked with estimators, Jason and Bruce after my car accident. Unfortunately, my car ended up not having repairs done, but both Jason and Bruce went above and beyond with their customer service. They were incredibly understanding and helped me as much as they could. Gerber’s didn’t actually work on my car, but I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my vehicle to their location because their customer service was excellent! Thank you so much !
The customer service could be better with less attitude especially over the phone. I feel as if my estimator, Waldemar, lied about when my car would be finished so I could choose them, I was assured multiple times it wouldnt even take 2 weeks but it sure did. They tried rescheduling my appointment for the est. due to staff calling out. The staff and techs obviously dont care to actually work. So after finally getting my car back, it didnt even make it home! My engine was overheating, I pulled into a parking lot and come to find out all the coolant leaked out due to them not seeing the radiator needed to be replaced. They had the audacity to charge USAA for a before and after inspection but low and behold they barely did anything. I called and almost freaked out, the manager and tech came out to get the car back to the shop, Carla(manager) was very apologetic. She reimbursed my Uber costs, got me a rental and called me with updates frequently and only took another 2 days.Im really feeling like I should have went across the way to Caliber. Though, all in all DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. What a horrible 1st experience with car repair.
Brought car in for repair to radiator after a fender bender. They fixed it incorrectly which led to all coolant leaking out and car overheating 2 days after repairs were done. Brought it back to them, they fixed it and swore it was perfect, even stated it “show room” condition. Less than a month and a half later, the AC compressor hose and valve blew out and the condenser fan stopped working. Brought it to another mechanic who told us he doesn’t see this kind of damage often and told us it was due to the poor repair job done. Went back to Gerber and they wouldn’t even repair it and said they had to tow the car to the dealership. They never even offered to set us up with a rental. Since it’s the holidays we know the repairs will take a while and we have to deal with only having one car. Total inconvenience since we both work. They said that they would call us when the car got there with any updates available. Guess who never called even though we called them numerous times. Even had someone there hang up and refuse to help me find where my car was. It was so bad that we called USAA, our insurance company, and they were very unhappy and would investigate and look into removing them from the list of shops. Had to call the dealership to find out that our car did arrive but the tow truck driver never gave the keys to the dealership so there’s nothing they can do. Do not use this company. Would have given no stars if able.
Amazing service! Brought in a Corolla for some body work, the car now looks better than it was off the lot. They even did a thorough inspection and found a bubble in the tire. Really appreciate the fine work here! Would recommend

Good body work. Unfortunately they take your car offsite for some services and the technician left horrible black fingerprints all over my beige interior Lexus...Not happy. They should have better communication with clients. You need to keep checking on your car status as they tell you it would be ready on a certain date, but as they days pass, you dont hear from them uness you call them.
The first time I dealt with this company was when they checked out my truck after a tree fell on it. That wound up being totaled, but they treated me well. I decided to come back after my next accident that damaged my rear driver side. They worked with the insurance company easily enough and kept me well informed over the two weeks of repair it took. When I got it back, it looked as good as new. The staff were all friendly when dealing with me and at the end Waldemar helped me close out my account with the insurance company and got me on my way.
Excellent job! They serviced my car through the insurance company, due to an accident claim a few months ago... I was worried but my car was returned looking as good as new... One thing: they never replaced my gas cap on properly but other than that, is in good shape & Im happy with the speed of service. They keep you updated, almost daily, with the progress.

Poor customer service. Had two cars repaired there. Now I asked about a windshield replacement, the wrong wind came up in their system so they have no ability to order the correct one. Nice non-effort on your part.
They fixed my car from a hit and run accident within days. Much faster than expected, very helpful/friendly team they have at this location. Car looks exactly as it did before!
USAA recommended. Brought car in for minor cosmetic work. 11 days later I picked it up with overspray on all windows and several areas of car, dented trim, soaking wet trunk, and sensors not working. I called and they told me to bring back they would fix..... 2 hours later they brought the car out and Mr. Waldemar Nieves-Rivera said it was all done. I asked about the sensors and he proceeded to shout at me across the lobby that they never worked and he had pictures of my trunk? All I wanted was my car fixed properly and to be treated with respect. I received neither from Mr. Rivera. To be fair the manager stepped in and apologized. I am still waiting to get my car back. Hopefully it will be fixed properly. This was my experience.☹

It was very fast and had amazing survice. We had kayla assist us and she was fantastic she was very personable and so sweet just great at her job. There was also caula and she was very helpful along with david. I couldnt be happier with my experience here and has encouraged me to possibly swich to geico reinsurance.

Called for estimate for full car paint job. Was told ~$3k on average and included lifetime warranty, but needed to schedule appointment. Scheduled appointment and went to location only to be informed they dont do full body paint jobs and it would be too expensive. Would have been nice if the person answering the phone could have simply said they dont do full car paint instead of wasting time to come out and be told that information.No, there was no repair order number. I made an appointment over the phone for an estimate (several days in advance because you cant just stop by anytime), arrived and completed paperwork, then waited for an employee to be available. I have Full Coverage Insurance on my Vehicle through USSA Insurance. I told them I am willing to pay my $ 500 Deductible but I want my Vehicle Fixed Properly. The first time They tried to fix it they said it would take 15 minutes and no charge. The second time they had my Vehicle 3 days and $ 400. Now the repair has come apart for the third time the difference now is they say I did the same thing so its my fault which is a lie and not possible. The Lady at the Apopka Branch Carla Walker took less than 5 seconds to deny My Lifetime Warranty. She was so nasty she threw me out of the office. Then Dan the regional Manager called me to apologize and told me to go the Altamonte Branch and speak to the manager Todd he was not helpful either. So now I have my vehicle, the repair has fallen apart and Gerber Collision is avoiding the warranty by being Nasty. Seems to me they have a strategy to deny any warranty claims. To me they could care less about the customer. Their customer service sucks. Im going to take my Vehicle to another Repair shop to get it fixed properly and send Gerber the Bill and/or see them in Court ...
My tire blew and knocked out my side panel to my van. They did a fantastic job working with my insurance company, fixing and painting the van, and finding me quality new tires at a low price. (I had to pay for three tires ... insurance thing ...); however, they did a great job on my van.Normally, I dont give out 5 starts; however, they went beyond what I expected them to do. Thanks team.
Ive used them in the past. They moved their estimates department across the street and didnt tell me on the phone.... having to go across the street put me past the time frame that could except me according to the estimator... went to a different place to find out they were required by the insurance company to take my car. Thank God they didnt because I ended up at service king in Ocoee and they are much, much faster.... and I got fabulous service from them.

Really efficient company for completion of auto body work! Comfortable reception room. They did an excellent job on my friends car. Access to their garage is a bit difficult from Bunnell or Sunshine.

I rate this place a 2 star. Due to the staff is nice and friendly. The repair department, I dont think they know what they are doing. First I had my car repaired from an accident of someone hitting me who is a geico client. Once the repairs was done (so they thought) I receive a phone call to pick my car up. I get there and my car is half fixed. So they had to take my car back because the panel was coming off around the light where they made the repairs and the guy didnt want to take the time to fix it cause he wanted to go home so he asked if I could bring it back the next day (ummm NO you keep my car and put me in a rental and call me when its done). You would think they would double check a person car before releasing it. Then where they made the repair at the top by my sunroof water started leaking in my car when it started raining due to they improperly put the brackets on and left the screws out and seals were not properly in. Once again you would think they would have did an over all inspection before releasing a car. 4 eyes is better than 2 and 6 eyes is better than 4 in other words it should have been inspected by at least 2 or 3 ppl. Then they tried to give me my car back after the repairs (ummm NO there are water stains on top of the interior of my car from the water damage can you clean that please) . UGH!!!!!!🤔🤔🤨🙄☹😕. I am big on customer service and making your clients satisfied. I hope I dont have to come back to this place again. My husband told me to take my car to Buick in the first place and let them do the repairs but I didnt listen😑.
Took my truck to Gerber for an accident repair per USAA insurance in July 2017. Upon picking truck up I noticed fender was crooked as well as the bumper. The body line gaps on the fender were terrible. The front of the fender was touching the corner of the hood and had a 1/2 gap at the rear. They didnt even replace the broken turn signal lens. The bumper was installed way off. I took the truck back twice for them to repair it and got it back the same way. They claimed they couldnt get the new parts to line up any better than that. They finally did replaced the turn signal lens but it stuck out 1/4 from the fender. The third time I took it back they said there was nothing else they could do unless they could find OEM parts to replace the parts they had already installed . They told me they gave all the money back to the insurance company and there was nothing else they could do instead of giving me the money back, that I wrote them a check for, so I could take it somewhere else. Now USAA wants to total my truck over a dented fender and bumper. Needless to say it still has not been fixed. I would never use this company again and tell everyone I know they same thing. I dont think they are capable of fixing anything.

Came to Gerber for a corrective repairs to my bumper from autonation in longwood. Gerber ordered brackets that autonation did not install. Overall the bumper was almost perfect. Did noticed gaps were not even,but I am satisfied with the appearance. I guess nothing is like factory new.

*(This is my friends google account. Not mine)Its been probably around 2 years since Ive come here needing my bumper fixed after an accident. Already it was a bad experience and I didnt think to write a review about it until something recently I found out about their work on my car. First of all, the first time I came here to get my bumper repainted and such, it went smoothly. After bringing my car home and plasti-dipping my emblems the paint came off with the plasti-dip. I had warranty so I came back to tell them to redo the paint and they said since it was my fault the paint came off, they wouldnt do it under warranty. THE PAINT SHOULDNT HAVE COME OFF ANYWAY! Ive plasti-dipped my emblems before with no problems of the original car paint coming off with it. After bringing a professional to come with me to tell them that its their fault, they finally did it. But they werent definitely happy about it. Worst customer service ever. They were clearly aggravated with us. I work in the service industry and I know well enough that you have to at least pretend to be happy to help the guest/customers. Anyway, this was in all the past. But about two weeks ago, Ive taken off my side markers on my car and realized that they broke one of my clips and used some type of adhesive to keep it together! With the deductible from my insurance I still paid about $300 for my bumper to be fixed just to find out they used GLUE for a part of my bumper. They didnt even tell me that they broke the clip. Ridiculous! NEVER GO HERE! I hope this place shuts down. If I could I would give this place -5 stars. 0 would even be too high for it.

I was then introduced to George Roig who was my insurance adjuster and awesome! He made sure I understood EXACTLY what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. Over charge their customers
Came in to have my 2009 Honda Civic repaired for some cosmetic damage due to an accident. The Geico agent in charge of my repairs was very helpful and I was provided with a rental from Enterprise (a brand new Hynudai Elantra). They fixed my car within the time that they stated and I was on my way. However, a week after the repair, I noticed that my bumper came unattached on one side. I called and left a message on Friday evening before they closed and they said that they would call me back, and they did not call me back. So I called back again Monday morning and they apologized for that and asked if I could come in that day to see if it was a quick fix (I couldnt) and I made plans to come after work Tuesday since I get off early. Whaddya know, its a quick fix and Im out of there within 20 minutes.

1 * because 0 is not possible these Jokers tried to pull the wool over my mothers eyes saying they would not be able to put the rear bumper back on our Silverado pickup truck without taking the entire truck bed off when they return the vehicle they had no rear bumper and insisted we would drive it also tell lights were not hooked up as well as fuel tank fill neck car was a mess these guys are total jokes when I called out there mechanic this muscle head came outside and tried to buck up on me when I called him out on not being able to put the bumper on the truck without removing the truck bed steer clear of these guys or youll be sorry
