Francis and Sandra helped me so much I brought my 3 year Old in for the first time of ever going to any mattress store and they were very patient with my child but super informative when it came to what I needed they also didn’t make me feel bad for coming in and just wanting information they treated me with great honor and respect. Because of this . Once we are available to invest in a mattress we will be returning to the Avalon Location.Thank you for everything Francis and Sandra I’m great full for you both.

We spent over an hour working with Frances. Over that time we laid on several mattresses for several minutes at a time and then we laid on some more. Back and forth while narrowing down our choice. Frances was super patient and recognized any time we needed a minute to ourselves to talk. I highly recommend this store and Frances Johnson in particular if you are in the market for a new mattress.

I originally worked with Joe when we were trying to decide on a bed. Joe spent a great deal of time with us making sure he understood all our needs and reasons for purchasing a bed. He was excellent to work with and we told him we needed to think about it. He thoroughly helped us understand the features of all the beds we looked at.Several weeks later we went back to purchase a bed and dealt with Frances. She ultimately patiently started over with us and helped us decide on the right bed for our needs.I went back a few days later needing some advice about a feature of the bed and dealt with Brandon. He answered my questions and helped me feel we made a good decision.All three of the salespeople were excellent to work with. Thank you to all of you.

We recently purchased a Pro Adapt Firm Mattress and absolutely love it. At the Avalon store, Frances really helped guide us to exactly what were looking for. She was great. After a couple weeks, I honestly feel like I’m getting the best sleep I’ve ever gotten. With our old mattress, I used to wake up and drag myself out of bed and my back and legs would feel so stiff that it would probably take me a minute til I was walking “normal”. Not the case with this new mattress. I feel like a new person. It’s incredible. Also bought a pair of the “cool to the touch” pillows. Also a game changer! Very happy with our new set up.

Ive been considering an adjustable bed for a while and was 100% sure Id buy it online just to avoid pushy salespeople. I went in to ask a few questions and met Joe - and another woman and I cant remember her name :( ..... They were so easy to talk to and had answers to questions I didnt even know I had! Great sales staff and fabulous store setup with everything you need to try out the beds. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

I am very very pleased with the great presentation of these beds by Frances and Sandra. It was 5 star experience with 5 star customer service. I highly recommend anybody looking to improve the quality of their sleep to invest in buying a tempur-pedic mattress as soon as possible. I was able to try out different beds and various sleeping styles that best comforted the make up of my body and from the 20 minutes that I spent testing the bed; I left feeling refreshed and energetic. I can only imagine the after effects that these beds produce from sleeping on them nightly. Great investment and money well spent.
