The store has a great selection of home decor options but a lack of employees so lines are always extremely long and getting assistance for rugs and furniture is also a timely event as well. This is early morning weekdays, late afternoon, or weekends, it doesn’t matter.

Ridiculous customer service. Spent over 2 hours shopping to find what we liked for the house, another 20 minutes in line only to spend more time with the representatives trying to figure out the prices for half the items we selected. They had no idea how to handle it so we left most of our items behind....

Love Home Goods always have good staff for the house. I always have a great customer experience, but my last visit the young girl didnt seen to enjoy her job and didnt even care to wrap my candles in papers before baging them. When I asked her to wrap them she caught an attitude.

Super busy on NYE, huge home beach decor and loved the artificial plants selection. They even had huge garden pieces as well.

Great item selections and some unusual curios. A tad crowded on the weekend, being that its a smaller store in this area.

I love Home Goods but thus us the singularly slowest most impossible HG store of all time. They never have enough cashiers and they never go fast at all. Every cashier takes 15 minutes per person.

Clean and organized compared to some others

I really like Home Goods for a lot of things but I was looking at their furniture and most of the furniture that I looked at on the floor had damage on it.Not just the ones that were listed as sell as is. I was really disappointed.

I like to just walk around the store and see what little things they have. Usually I could find something I like.

Checkout lines leave a lot to be desired; they are very long and slow. Extremely long line and wait at register. Please have more people on weekends to cover the amount of people shopping.

Great inventory with a broad range of styles for everyone’s taste. Staff is very helpful.

Very busy on the weekends. If you see something you think you want to buy, get it while you are there. It may be gone if you go back to buy it the next day.

Went to return an item today, I had the receipt on my phone and when I asked the girl if I could I get my return back in a store gift card(a HomeGoods) because my card wasn’t with me she asked the manger rob and he said no. And I explained to her that I wanted it back at least in store credit and she yelled at me and I just moved to a different register. When the other managers came I told them again what I wanted and what happened they agreed with me. The girl at the register just kept disagreeing with me. I’m never combing back if they keep having people like her there. Can’t return anything without getting an attitude! I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!

This place is great with amazing selection. I got the piece in the picture for less than 100 dollars. Everywhere I got that type of canvas costs 150 and up. I also love their small clearance sections in every section you can find hidden gems here and there specially in the kitchen.

Had to return something today and I had forgotten my receipt and I know I was going to get store credit, the manager Paula gave me an attitude for not having it, kept asking whyI didn’t have it and overall mean. Never coming back. Plus the lines are too long with cashiers with attitudes !!!

Its always filled with beautiful home goods organized in areas of the home. The store is constantly getting new shipments due to the high turn over of merchandise. We just bought this Nicole Miller rug for $199, which retails in other locations for over $300.

This was my first time visiting this store, it was a little chaotic as far as organization is concerned - but there were some interesting deals on great name brands. If you have the time time to look around its worth the visit!

Many of which are organic or natural. If youre someone who is interested in checking out an entire store dedicated to the furnishing of your home, this is a great place to check out.Great service. The Alpharetta store has a great selection and the merchandise is constantly changing.Excellent prices and good quality as well.A great place to poke around ...you never know what youll find.Yes the shelves are bulging with stuff and the aisles are pokey but its like an Aladdin cave.I love it !

Its a big Homewood with a lot of stuff. My wife and I always shop home stuff from here.

Its sad they dont deliver their huge furniture. Basically, I have to go through a third party before I can have their furniture delivered to me.This is a whole lot of stress. They can as well incorporate the delivery company and add the fee to ones purchase. I saw a bed head that I love but it cant fit into my Sudan car.

Good selection but too much stuff crammed onto the sales floor the isles were too tight and when you grabbed something off the shelf other items come flying at you. Thanks to the gentleman with the quick reflexes that caught the home good that was stacked on top of 5 other things. Sales people should organize the items a bit better makes the place look cluttered more than usually compared to other stores I’ve been in.

Great prices and good social distancing need to require customers to wear a mask

For the first time, I observed, while sitting on a chair, the store needs a thorough cleaning. Some racks were on wheels and underneath was inches of dirt. Did not expect that much of uncleanliness in a store of repute. Otherwise, the experience and customer service was excellent.

I love home goods! This is definitely not my favorite location, but they have lots of great finds.

It was awful. The Isles have too many things in them for people to move around easily. The lines were long at this point Ive been in line for 10 minutes and Im nowhere near the cashier so undermanned overcrowded.

A great place to get home furnishings at a reasonable price. Staff are helpful and the stock rotates regularly. A good selection of rugs and incidental furniture as well art work and lamps. They also stock bedding and many ornaments to fill the home.

Line backed up to the middle of store. I understand but the female manager wouldnt help her employees ring. When a customer said to the manager to help work a register she argued about how a employee didnt show up. She said her job was to manage not work a register. Waited 45 minutes in line. I know why her employee didnt come to work..it probably was her management style that ran her off.

I love homegoods but this location is overstocked. Cannot get through the aisles.. boxes everywhere, big metal carts blocking lanes. Last time I visited we kept hearing glass breaking all throughout the store. Because of how cramped it is, it doesnt surprise me that people kept knocking stuff over. One of the workers knocked over a lamp while she was cleaning up something else that had been knocked over. I will still visit, but hope that this stores shapes up.

I really enjoy this store. It has varied offerings from Candy to Pets. Nice selection of Cat and Dog Beds. Very reasonable and well built Cat Trees. Much less expensive than Petsmart and higher quality. Great collection of many things for the home from Kitched to Bed to Bath. Great prices too.

This place is great if youre someone just out to shop with nothing in particular youre looking for. This, of course, is not something I do. Ever. Theres very little organization or obvious merchandising. I remarked to my wife that its a professional yard sale and she wholeheartedly agreed.But if youre a woman Im sure its great!

In the store at North Point not one working restroom, not a mens, womens or employee..said everyone has to go to Michaels a single adult is one thing but loyal mothers with children shouldnt be inconvenienced...looked like it had been like that for sometime.

If I could, I would rate the Alpharetta Home Goods location -5. I had a return to make, I walk into the store at 9pm. One of the ladies who worked there very rudely said “Do you know what time it is?”. Is that how you welcome your customers? I said, 9pm. She said, we are about to close so stand in the line, I said I needed 5 mins to pick up an item, I’ll be right back as the store closes at 9:30pm. So I went in but didn’t find what I was looking for so I came and stood in the line. It was about 9:10pm. There were 2 customers at 2 counters and one counter was open and the same lady was standing there. I thought she didn’t see me, so she didn’t call me so I just walked up to her. To my dismay, she said, “Did I call you?”. At that point I could tell she was disriminating against me. She didn’t take my returns. I was humiliated while entering and leaving the store. This was unwarranted for. I left the store and came back in to talk complain about her and found out she herself was the manager. When I confronted her, she said, did I say that? She did apologize at the end but after I retaliated. This is not how you should be treating your customers!

Even though some employees​ are rude the best person out of all that has a good smile, good attitude and very quick and helpful when when you need him is Sam. This is not a joke for anyone that is looking to shop here be sure to ask or look out for Sam hes a good young feller indeed.

Sam is like my personal expert when it comes to shopping here. Keep up the good work. One of my favorite stores when shopping for accent furnitures.
