I purchased a bed frame from Mattress Firm. It was all done over the phone- and I needed it right away. Spencer was very helpful making sure I ordered the right kind- and arranged for me to pick it up at the nearby warehouse so I didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped. Was very easy and the frame went with the headboard perfectly.

I was in need of replacing my old mattress, which I had purchased at Mattress Firm 10 years ago. So I was excited to go back to them to purchase my next one.Austin was very helpful without putting any pressure on me.After laying on 4 or 5 mattresses, I found a perfect match and made my purchase.I will continue using Mattress Firm for any further purchases.

Mattress Firm on Windward was very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. We started our search for a new mattress in March and spoke with Marquis who is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. You could tell he absolutely loved his job and was very patient with us as we tested every mattress in the showroom. I went back a couple months later and spoke with Adrienne (Marquis was promoted to store manger at another location). She was super nice and priced out 3 options for me. Finally, a few days ago I went in again and this time spoke to Spencer, the store manager at Windward. He was also unbelievably nice, knowledgeable and patient. We purchased at that visit and received our new mattress 2 days ago. The experience could not have been better. We dreaded the process of going and laying on mattresses and the possibility of pushy salespeople, but we NEVER felt any pressure to purchase, we were never hurried and it was a great experience. I would recommend the Windward location of Mattress Firm to anyone in the need of a new mattress.

I originally made my purchase online from the Mattress Firm and had two scheduled deliveries that never happened due to backordered products. I had a great experience today needing a new Queen size mattress right away. They had signs out front of the store advertising $169.99 queen mattresses and when I got in the store and inquired the attendant took me right to it. It was a spring mattress and would have been suitable for my needs, but the attendant did a nice job up-selling and showed me two other mattresses on sale that were on sale. They were slightly more expensive but tremendously more comfortable. I ultimately selected a new memory foam mattress for $300 and couldn’t be more pleased.

This has been the worst shopping experience ever. I made a purchase on July 4th and did not receive any information on when my mattress was being delivered or nothing. I reached out to the store where I made the purchase and they said to contact the third party vendor directly because they had no communication with the, so I wasted my time and I reached out only for them to tell me that mattress firm had to give me more information. I was getting the run around from both parties. The third party vendor couldn’t find anything in their system since it was purchased through mattress firm. It showed up unannounced on the 23rd. The bed was supposed to come with a nice mattress protector, cooling pillow and some very soft bed sheets. I received nothing of the sort from the third party vendor and mattress firm tried to solve the issue by giving me the “equivalent” of them. Some very low quality items, I am extremely displeased. I requested the nicer bedding bundle that the store manager, Chris Quinn, tried to sell me when I was buying the mattress but he “couldn’t”. If you ask me it has been a terrible process full of issues and really shows the lack of internal controls in mattress firm and how little the care about having happy customers. You would think that a leading company in the mattress industry would do more, but I guess giving my demographics being a 24 year old black male I simply was not worth it. Please anyone reach out if you want more details.

The store experience was ok, but my regular quality queen size mattress was sunk and gave me back pain in a little over a year (I weigh 170lbs at 23 years old) and when my new mattress from Costco started doing the same I realized it might be the box spring... Which turns out was made of almost entirely CARDBOARD. THATS RIGHT. So a year and a half after I bought this junk, I ended up purchasing a whole new box spring (from Amazon) and mattress for less than what I paid here and its way better quality.Summary: Just go somewhere else.

My wife started waking up with back pain and I would often wake up with mild hip pain. Didnt really think about it too much until we attributed it to the mattress. After more research than I care to admit and considering all sorts of online memory foam options as well as visiting multiple stores to test in person we found Spencer at Mattress Firm in Alpharetta. We explained that my wife is a back sleeper and Im a side sleeper and the issues we were having. Spencer immediately identified the top 2 mattresses that he thought would be suitable for our needs. Purchased a king hybrid Beautyrest McFarland and after 2 weeks, no more pain and sleeping great again! Spencer did a terrific job of quickly narrowing our focus and explaining his rationale for why he gave the recommendations he did. Read other reviews and everyone is right, Spencer is super knowledgeable, provided a fair quote, and most importantly was able to guide our decision so we are once again getting a great nights sleep!

Unfortunately my husband and I had a very bad experience at this Mattress firm locationDuring our visit one of the sales associates a heavy set Caucasian guy with blonde hair. He was very rude and unprofessional. In the middle of assisting us he stopped and helped another customer after us and left us unattended. I’m not sure if he’s racist but we definitely felt discriminated againstUnfortunately he lost a sale because we visited another location and purchased a great mattress. It was his lost.

I went into this location twice, once to browse and ask questions and a second time to purchase after sleeping on it (waa-waa.) Chris Insalaca, was very well-versed in both his product and company policy knowledge. He was able to help me understand how mattress technology had evolved since the last time someone in my family bought a new mattress. He was also able to help me determine if I needed a box spring or not with the bed frame I had ordered from another retailer, and when I was struggling between my final mattress options, he didnt try to push me to the most expensive one, but instead tried to help me make a decision that would ultimately make me happy. Although he was not there when I returned to make my purchase, he had given me the information I needed to make an informed decision. -- Mattress Firm, in general, has a pretty awesome price-match guarantee, which makes it hard to shop elsewhere.

We worked with John P. Cahill for 2 hours, WITH 2 kids (5 and 3 years old) and had a fantastic experience. The legos were a hit, but HUGE gold star for service, professionalism and even intermittent child care. We can’t review the mattress as of yet since it’s not delivered but I feel somewhat of an SME (subject matter expert) based on the education John provided. We walked in with a budget in mind but walked out with an education and spent exactly what we intended. I can’t say that I have ever felt this positive spending over $5,000 for anything, let alone a mattress set and adjustable base, but we felt great testing it out and felt comfortable to make the investment because of the service. Regardless of the other reviews (specifically the negative), I suggest giving John P. Cahill at this location a shot. With making an investment like this, it certainly couldn’t hurt.....

I went there a couple of months ago, and the person sold me the mattress was Dakota he did an extraordinary job after having a few issues with my bed from the factory defect, and he always helps me to accommodate everything
