Love, love love Bed, Bath and Beyond! They have so many kitchen gadgets and nifty storage tools etc. They are practicing social distancing and you must wear your mask. Checkout is easy and their employees are friendly. Great experience as always!

It’s a central location for millions of home goods for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, etc, you name it! You can find so many interesting and creative things here also. It is well organized and very clean. The staff were very nice too.

When we couldnt find the right size for our mattress cover, the staff were exceptionally helpful in searching the nearby stores inventory for us. The store is also nice and clean and well kept.

We come here fairly often. This time we purchased a food processor. They had a very good selection of them from which to choose.

Cashier Brenda made me feel horrible for an exchange since I didnt have a gift receipt. Said this makes it a lot more difficult. I have worked in retail, the items scanned, whats so difficult. I was clear that it was an exchange, I wanted mats, not towels. When I came back with mats, she said I couldnt exchange them since they werent the exact same items. Sorry, but that isnt right in any retail store. Once she got approval from a woman who was not pleasant Brenda decided to embarrass me by saying We are discounting your items because you dont have a receipt and your are going to owe money to get these items. I advised I understand. She said, and again I quote, It will be a lot more. Im sorry, but Im an adult and I can afford to shop and pay for my items. I did not appreciate her attitude or for trying to embarass me. I dont understand why I was charged for an exchange. I understand that a non-receipt exchange is for what it rings up but why am I charged even more? I want a resoonse for these actions. And for now, I will not be stepping foot in Bed Bath & Beyond.

Great atmosphere and products!

Clean, well organized store. They had this location set up for social distancing and even offered masks to those without. Prices were a bit higher than expected and they had low inventory levels on several items ( so I guess others liked their higher prices), cant really fault companies for lower than nor mal inventory levels right now, so no points taken off this time. Overall, a fairly enjoyable shopping experience...must have been, I spent $163. Yikes!

I spent over $800 in this store today. Three shopping carts later I was told to pull around and load my own truck. Not one associate asked to assist. Very disappointing. I wont be returning.

They only accept 60 days for returns and there is no support after that period, you have to communicate with the manufacturer. If you are not happy with the product or even it is a defective product you shouldnt pass 60 days period.

This isnt the store they used to be,looks like a warehouse, dont carry basic items...I felt as I was shopping at a warehouse

The worst bed bath and beyond of all time simply for the customer service. The worker at the store told me they simply could not wrap my gifts in the store without me calling the 1800 number .... called the 1800 number they told me that is very weird and not usual... tried calling them, Im assuming talked to the same woman and basically she refused to wrap the present just because she is lazy and doesnt feel like it. This is ridiculous and I have never heard of such laziness from a chain store in my life. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great local shopping for grab and go home accessories. North Point store has great collection compared to some of the other stores in the chain. Twice as big as the Canton Ga. Store.

Love the store, but not the fact the cashier has no idea how to give me the price on line on their website and still be able to use a coupon. They advertise a different price on their website than the store. Deceitful in my opinion.

Pretty nice and organized store. They carry decent number of variety. Big section of bedding. Found some good deals. The only thing I didnt like is they are short staffed. I have go to the cashier to get the help. There was no one inside the store for help.

Amazing customer service! I came here early one morning looking for Fenugreek pills, I couldn’t find them so I asked and let me tell you Lisa went above and beyond her way not only did she look everywhere for them she also called a nearby store and see if they had them in stock and put them on hold for me since she couldn’t find them in the store. She even looked at the clearance section and that’s exactly where she found them! Never have I ever had a store employee do this for me, and this was my first time visiting this store... definitely will be going back :)

Excellent service. They didnt have the fondue set that I was looking for, but the lady in the store helped me to search it online and she even ordered for me. It arrived in 2 days and the shipment was free because I have the beyond card.

I went to this location while traveling around this area looking for a Tervis Tumbler, they had a wide variety of sizes and prints. The store was very clean and well organized and has everything you would need for your household.

Recently renovated. I think Ive found the Beyond, its free coffee. This was the nicest staff of any big box store.

Found what we needed at a great price plus used a coupon for even a better price. The staff was very helpful. Kelly was very professional at check out.

Tonight, I decided to go shopping for my new apartment. My experience started out pleasant. Unfortunately, one employee was not. What was supposed to be an exciting trip to bed, bath & beyond, ended up being a very disappointing experience. I wanted to purchase a new comforter for my queen size bed, so I came in the store expecting to spend $200-$250. I found a quilt I liked, but did not see a price. I took it up to the counter and was then serviced by Courtney (with red hair). First, i stood there for 45 seconds before she even acknowledged me. I had to speak to her first before she said anything. I explained to her there was no price on the item I wanted to purchase. She rolled her eyes, checked the price, liked at me and 150 as if I couldnt afford it. I then asked her to put it on hold, because I honestly didnt want her to get my sale. So when she went to write down my name, she says to me oh you almost had me messed up I said, what. She replies, oh you almost made me mess up my nails, but you good now! I felt threatened as if, I did mess up my nails, what was she going to do next?! Slap me!? I will just go to target or home goods next time. No thank you bed bath and beyond.

One of the worst BB&B stores that I have frequented. I evacuated from hurricane Irma and needed several hair styling items. I informed the cashier that I usually had my discount coupons, but was sure that I had several that I received by email, but had never used them that way (Im 65 and not too tech savvy). I pulled up what I thought was the coupon and she quickly said oh no, you need the one with the bar code. I figured I didnt actually have a coupon and checked out without the discount. When I got home I found out that one click would have taken me to the bar code coupon. This cashier didnt bother to help even though there was nobody in line behind me! In my local store, when I have forgotten my coupon, the cashiers have found extra ones and I have gotten the discount.

This BB&B is the nicest, most well-organized one I have ever been in. Loved it!

We did wedding registry here and ive been back regularly for gifts and such. Always a good experience and pleasant environment.

This store offers a variety of things. Ive been in this store before however I overlooked more than half of the store. I can understand why shoppers have expressed some disagreements with the staff. The staff seems disconnected from people who patronize the store. A customer is not greeted upon entrance though the entrance is near the checkout counter. The staff gives the impression that they are busy with other things. I belive that this is something that they can work on. Bed Bath and beyond is an underrated store and has so much to offer that many people miss out on.I did speak to Vital Nathan and Chantel and told them I am going to write a review. They were walking and heading some where in the store. The store has enough staff on the floor to be more welcoming and attentive to the customers.I can see why the complaints exist. I think that this will change and the reviews will improve.

WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL PEOPLE! I went to this store recently after my wedding to purchase an obscene amount of appliances, pots, pans and utensils. Meg, Laura, Tareq and Kate (all who work at this store) helped my husband and I so much. They want whats best for you and your wallet! Me and my b/f were shopping for a wedding gift for my friends wedding, and they were sold out of the portable defuser! And all they had was the display. The lady helping us was like, you dont want the display! lol I said to my b/f, well lets go and look for the towels! And of course he started to clown me and calling me an old lady. lol He had me and the lady who was helping us cracking up!So we looked for something else and then we had someone else to help us because he saw that we were looking on the registry. He asked us, if there was something he could help us find? So even though we were headed in the right direction the associate still helped us out. Here told us that the skillet was already preseason. It weighed about 25lbs, so a good weight to it.Upon check out I asked if they had boxes. Turns out to can self wrap for free! Of course off you wanted someone to do it they could. I just dont know what they wouldve charged. We were wraping for a while. And I wanted a bow so it wasnt plane jane. And that took a min. and we were starving. Oh ai almost forgot the one lady who told us how to pull up on our phone the coupon from Retail me not. 20% off! Awesome! But overall the C.S. was great from all 4 people! Thank u. 😁
