BEWARE of scam : Not a good place for web orders. Do not trust this seller. Its waste of time and money buying from this seller. Particularly, if you are ordering online. He will send junk and you will have to afford lot of money to return even if it is defective. Looks like a cheat game on Warranty as well.Selling defective products at exorbitant price. Try Gandhi Appliance or other sellers instead.Ordered a Panasonic wet grinder in 2021. This seller has send a defective unit manufactured in 2017. When contacted offered to troubleshoot the issue that was only a waste of time. and given a return authorization, asking to ship at my cost. Returning the product. I will update rest of details.

Had been here today rep Jay was really helpful explaining with a lot of patience, had an issue with preethi twin blade mixer jar they fixed it properly and we planed to get our wet grinder she explained it properly with all pros n cons definitely would recommend!!

Visited this place for service of elgi ultra which stopped rotating..service ppl are knowledgeable and replaced only relevant parts and nominal charges only... really appreciate the timing and service..

I have called and sendt multiple emails to one called BALU who never cared to reply. If this is your customer service it is to say the least without being rude AWFUL. BALU is a JOKE

We are happy that we came here...Here Im adding my experience after using the product....First of all, within 3 months of buying the ultra perfectS wet grinder, the motor heated very soon and the grinder stopped running. But it was not Im about to write here... My experience with the shop people when I took it my problem to them....This happened right on March... So you guys can get it I think... When I emailed them, they responded immediately but they couldnt do much since the shop is closed due to covid-19.Then I followed up in May. They replied with the work order to fill and said me to bring the grinder but this time I couldnt go timely. But by June we took the grinder to the shop and explained about the problem. They kept the piece for checking and service. We got it after 2 weeks(this long I lived in quarantine without any idli batter...😕 which is very hard to think now too but I survived both covid and this😉)... But it was not working again. The owner of the shop is such a genuine person he considered the problem personally and once again they did the service check and repair. This time too we are unfortunate with that piece I think... When we brought the grinder to the shop, this time the owner is kind enough to give us the new grinder(not the same model) with some compliments too.... and Im not charged a penny extra....Why Im writing this long to explain my situation is when I bought my first grinder, I was told that they always charge for each and every service checks they do irrespective of the warranty. This made me worried when my grinder started showing problems and I took some time to contact them too....But even though we tripped to their shop several times, they didnt shown bad face on us. They responded positively both in email and in person. Our problem was one in hundreds I think... They even contacted the manufacturing company to learn about the cause and how to repair... This shown their commitment to their customers.Im happy that I bought the grinder from them and also very much satisfied with their service. I would recommend this shop to my anyone without second thoughts.And now my new one is grinding the batter in matter of time 🙂👌😉.

Please buy with Amazon which have a return policy.i bought a wetgrinder here they gave me a wrong smaller stone. It took me close to 2 hrs to grind the batter.i went back within a week of purchase but they refused to replace or fix the problem saying it was used.The people working there have no clue about wet grinders and the product and parts doesnt look the usual elgi ultra.very bad experience .
