We remodeled our kitchen and ordered a new Refrigerator, a new Freezer, a venthood, an undercounter refrigerator and a microwave. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I purchased my new Speed Queen TC (Classic) from North Point Kitchens. I had a great experience working with Hannes Coetzee. There are a lot of options for washers and I hated my front loader. I read a ton of reviews and many of the other top loaders had issues with the spin cycles, not thoroughly washing, or software/digital display/motherboards. It was very easy to go down the rabbit hole where analysis paralysis sets in. Hannes was very knowledgeable and advised me on the differences between brands. He told me that I would love the Speed Queen. Speed Queen has a great reputation, quality and warranty. The Speed Queen doesnt have any of the tech that cause problems with other washers. I would recommend the TR5 or TC5. I went with the TC5 because I tend to wash heavier loads. Between me and the dogs...we get dirty :). I really appreciated the service I received from Hannes and I will recommend my friends and family to Hannes and North Point Kitchens!

Came in to buy a full kitchen worth of appliances. They were very helpful I actually talked to my sales person and the owner. But I made an appointment and they were there and very happy to answer all may questions.

I came in looking for a refrigerator. This place was actually recommended. When I entered there was a man at the desk. I spoke first to him, but there was never any questions, service or possible explanation for lack of service. I walked through and no one approached me. I decided I am too old for this junk and walked out.

If you are looking for some high end appliance, you may want to try someone else to have better services. they would tell you that they have what you need in warehouse, and would be delivered in two weeks. when the time was up, you followed up, then something happened, my case was that it shouldve been here yesterday because the truck left warehouse. followed up again... then oh the lead time would be 4 to 8 weeks....and they would not process return by not getting back you, so i had to call my credit card to dispute the charge... please read other people comments before going with them.

My husband and I went to North Point to look at new kitchen appliances for a remodel. The folks here are outstanding! Their professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed (even by long-time Atlanta appliance store, Sewells). They patiently answered all of our questions and went above and beyond in getting us the information that we needed. It was definitely worth the visit and I would highly recommend a visit there if you are looking to remodel or just replace any appliance. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience. Worked with Jeff Watson during a kitchen remodel. He was able to provide all the proper information in advance so the cabinet contractor could get everything built properly. Product fit and worked perfectly.

I sent several emails (with ALL my contact info) requesting quotes for a new kitchen install and never received anything from them. Apparently business must be really good to completely ignore a potential new client.

Do yourself a favor and find another vendor... A key indication of how well a business is run is when there is a problem. These guys run and hide. I purchased an expensive induction cook top from NorthPoint. They broke the cook top and my down draft upon initial delivery. 5 weeks after install neither the cook top or down draft has been repaired. Instead of replacing the brand new cook top they broke, they offered to refurbish it instead. On the downdraft (that they broke) they are saying Ill have to buy a new one because they cant repair it. Every interaction with NorthPoint has been me chasing them for follow up. Sales rep Hannes Coetez and owner Allen continue to hide behind email and lack any type of responsive service you would expect. I highly recommend you DO NOT use NorthPoint Appliance. They are completely slimy.

Allen, Jeff and crew are awesome to do business with. Its refreshing to have a locally owned option with the knowledge and experience to get things done right.....the first time!

Allen and his sales staff are super knowledgable about every product in the showroom. And what a selection. Beautiful showroom!!! Highly recommended!!
