After reading positive reviews, I came to the Tilghman Street, Allentown location, with my parents, to upgrade their phones. It was a weekday and the shop was quiet. Kelsey was in that day and she was simply amazing. She helped them find the most economical options. She patiently answered a bunch of questions they had and wrote all the information down so they could see it as well. She efficiently transferred the data on their old phones to their new phones and showed them both how to work the basics on their new devices. Kelsey was really the best - kind, professional, personable, and relatable. I would come back to this location in a heartbeat and hope its a day that Kelsey is in! Best Verizon experience I ever had.

Friendly service. They dont immediately try to sell you the most expensive upgrade/phone. I just wish they had bigger variety of colors for the cases for my upgraded phone. They had a variety of brands but only in the color black. We were fortunate because we were the only ones when we first got to the store, but with only 1 person working you may have a wait to be helped.

I arrived at 10AM. No wait. Ben A set up my new phone very quickly. Great service!

I came here with a friend to help him out with an issue he was having with his phone and our sales person Jason was very down to earth, personable and informative. He chatted with us for quite a while and didnt make us feel like we were burdening him at all by tying up his time. He did what he could to help us out, if I need assistance again at a Verizon store I will be returning to this location and requesting him for sure.

Brittany was amazing. Informative, friendly and answered every question i had. The place was clean and organized. I would go back to this retailer only because of Brittany!! I was allowed to even have my dogs in store!!!

Went in for a phone upgrade and it was pretty busy for an early Monday morning. Jay was the only person working. Helped everyone quickly, politely and professionally. Phone I wanted was backordered but he got it ordered for delivery in no time.Definitely recommend working with Jay if you need to stop by a Verizon store.

It’s always an absolute joy when I need to stop in and Brittany is working. She’s always warm and welcoming. It’s always a pain to go somewhere that you need one on one help with children but Brittany is always so understanding about my kids constantly interrupting and pestering me. I always leave happy and it’s just comforting knowing there’s still great customer service out there.

They didnt have anything in stock the two times I went. Also the first time they had an employee filling in that wasnt wearing a mask until I walked in....in the main area.

Great people there. Brittany set me up with a new tablet and made the whole process easy as pie. Warm apple pie, mmm my favorite. She was very kind, professional, soft spoken, and polite. I have to say the store was very clean and the view while she worked was amazing. There are some beautiful mountains that I couldnt keep my eyes off of while she worked. I highly recommend.

He really goes above and beyond for us... No matter how difficult the problem we may be experiencing with our communication device or how busy the NTX store is Jason always makes time for us and gets the job done right the first time! And, the job is always taken care of with a good nature and excellent professionalism. I would highly recommend this location and Jason for your wireless needs!

Crissy was our Verizon salesperson.She was awesome. We brought a business account from AT&T because they couldn’t bill me correctly for at least 6 billing cycles in a row. Hours upon hours of phone calls. So glad to be with Verizon. Crissy had never done a business account and came to work on her day off and 2 nites she stayed after hours to fix our AT&T mess. Great job and wonderful first impression!I give a huge endorsement to Crissy and this store!!

Very good customer service. We had 3 transactions to be taken care of and all were done professionally and with the customer in mind. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and interactive. However, I feel that adding accessories to the two new phones without discussing pricing was a shock when I was originally told the bill would be 3 xs less than what it was. I wanted cases for the phones which I knew would be extra, but adding glass screen protectors for an extra $60 was not in my budget plan. It was too late by the time I paid the bill since they already put them on the phones. I dont like feeling forced to buy things I wasnt prepared to pay for.

The lady that was there did not know much about Samsung phones. She reminsed me of a teenager working at McDonalds. She helped me clean up cookies thoufh. The store is very clean and modern. Parking sucks here.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in with my father to switch his Verizon iPhone 5 to his new Verizon iPhone 7 and was told I can’t “come in off of the streets to use their WiFi”. The lady then had the audacity to yell at my father as he was leaving calling him a free loader. I have never been so insulted or disrespected in my life. All we tried to do was transfer Verizon to Verizon phone.

I was told I would get a$200 rebate and found out later I couldnt get it. I called and never got a return call
