This is only an At&t store in name. They are not AT&T. This store is a 3rd party and can not offer full services of the AT&T name. I went to this store to change plans on my phones and they are not able do what I asked. I was told to go the MacArthur Ave Store do it. Upon leaving the store I received a message that a service was added without my authorization to do so. I will return to the store this week to make a formal complaint with the store manager.
Just signed up for service, people were nice, no printed information as to the channels or networks but youll have x number channels and pay services free.Got installed set up great tech. But now realize this is not really worth the cost, so many garbage channels, most of the programs are old, old shows already in numerous rerun seasons, can not steam nothing account of download speed but old company never had an issue.Look very hard before handing over you current money for old old programming.

Nothing was wrong with the customer service at all. It’s with AT&T as a whole. I shopped around at 2 other service providers prior to going into AT&T to upgrade my phone. (Just had to see what others would offer, so I knew what I was getting into)The other 2 providers were offering me a free phone, when going to AT&T asking for the same offer, on the same phone for customer loyalty. They could not offer the same. It’s just a shame that they are more worried about making every last dollar they can and not about making the customer happy or customer loyalty. I have been with the company for 14+ years and I will no longer be after this.
I needed to purchase a new phone for my Daughter (Andrea) for her birthday. Not only did you have the right color phone that no one else had but you arranged for hand delivery at the store where it was placed.It arrived in perfect condition and was just what I expected.The customer service was excellent by Amy Smith and the price was reasonable.I highly recommend this company and will be doing more business in the future. Amy is a great asset to this Company and location.Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Amy made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to her.Again, I thank you so much for the continued work excellence you provided and it was provided multiple times within a couple months. Terrible experience. Ive been to the store 4 times trying to buy a phone and still am unable to. Theyve had technical problems which prevented me from completing a purchase for a new device that I already paid for. The managers are the only ones who know how to do anything and theyre completely overwhelmed. Unacceptable
Halima was outstanding, she was extremely patient, personable, very knowledgeable, she gave me a ton of options, she had people waiting but treated me as if I was the most important person in the room, I would recommend her to anyone and I will only go to her for service, the best customer service ever hands down!

The people at the store are seriously the best! Amy helped me and my boyfriend with my account and getting him a new phone and the manager she is so nice. Definitely recommend going to this store above all else!
It’s a waste of time going here. People are always confused about what they want to do and there is no team work. The AT&T itself sucks. It is expensive and I have been with them for more than 8-10 years and never gave me good service. I would never recommend this. Customer service is a real joke to them.

It’s always a great experience when I walk in to this location always clean workers very knowledgeable and educated about the products they carry. But one of your employees stood out Rageema Davis she is amazing just a blessing to the company keep her around. I came in frantic my 5 year old twins broke their chargers to they iPad, which meant no tablets no peace Rageema pointed me into the right direction not only did I get chargers but they have warranty on them Incase something happens they will replace them best deal ever. Tablet+5 year old twins + charger= happy momma
First, I want to say that Amy, who helped us with our issue should be rated 5 stars. She was kind, courteous and helpful. We loved her. However, my rating is only three stars because of the sign-in guy/greeter. As soon as we arrived today, he swooped down on us and immediately started trying to convince us to leave. Sorry guys, were swamped. Its going to be at least an hour wait, probably more. This was our greeting!! Upon observing only two people in front of us, we decided to wait. (Our hour long wait ended up being exactly 17 minutes, we timed it, lol.) Everyone who came in after us got the exact same greeting. It really makes you think theyre trying to get you not to come to the store but instead to do everything online or over the phone. Id like to remind them that, with so many brick and mortar stores closing down, they may want to rethink their strategy before they find themselves jobless because they convinced all the customers to do everything outside of the actual store. If you do go to this store, ask for Amy. Shes the best!!

We were upset with the service at this store. After waiting awhile we were put on a list for service. A woman came in about 5 minutes after us. She was second on the displayed monitor list.. She talked with a salesman after waiting a short time, who when available gave her service. We got to wait another 15minute after her for another salesperson. Totally unprofessional!
I recently switched over from t-mobile to AT&T and my experience with them has been great! The reps at this AT&T Iliana, Rageema, and Halime have been nothing but amazing!! They have helped tremendously with the transition over to them and answered any questions I have had afterwards, have even stayed passed closing to finish everything I would really recommend AT&T and have done so already.

I called this store two days before going for a specific color availability. When I asked salesperson, he gave me a look as if good luck on having it and also in a cocky manner, how did the person I spoke to know if they had plenty of that color. I told him the person physically checked for me. It wasnt what he said, it was the manner that it was said in. He then never bothered to come back to ask if theres anything else he could get for me. Was very unprofessional and will place my order online now. This is not the first time making a purchase at this store, but I will not go back. Poor salesmanship is the downfall of stores today. Very sad!
Had to make an appointment to be seen waited 25 minutes and left, only 2 workers with customers and the other one that checked me in disappeared in the back for 25 minutes. Whats the point of making an appointment?
Staff is SO helpful. The guy that helped us worked with us for well over an hour and a half on two separate occasions. I have never had that kind of service at any other cell phone company.

Weve been customers for a few months now, the cell service is excellent. Everyone weve met at this location has been great. Tendi in particular has proven friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the company s products.

I have been using this store since it opened and I have never had a problem with the staff. In fact, the second I walk in the door someone asks me if I need help. Yes there are times when I had to wait but that was not because of the staff, it was because there were so many customers. That should tell you all you need to know.

The store is great, but the staff is always smoking in front of the store. The entrance is always cluttered with cigarette butts and you have to hold your breath to make it into the store. I recommend trying another one in the area.

I love at&t service I travel the country with my work. Have always had very good and positive things to say about every store I have been to until now. This is by far the worst ran at&t store I have ever been to. The employees are rude. And there is no Team work at this store what so ever. We all know when you walk into a store they ask you what your there for and sign you in. Well first it took 20 minutes for me just to have someone come up and sign me in when there was only 2 other customers in the store. Then after 35 minutes of waiting for a rep to speak to me they then proceed to tell me what I was wanting wasnt in stock . When the person that I waited on for 20 minutes to sign me in could have told me they had no iPhone in stock in stead of wasting almost an hour of me just sitting there, to hear it from the rep.This is the first at&t store I have just turned around said thank you and walked off. So hopefully AT&T OFFICIAL PEEPS look at their reviews cause this store needs to be looked into new sales team.

Tried going there 3 times in the last 5 years, the employees always have the same blank stare . Never seem to care about CS at this location ! Save time and just drive directly to the MacArthur Rd. store, they are much more knowledgeable .
