Customer service wasnt very helpful. I wanted to Switched from Verizon but couldnt get in contact with customer support so I got a new phone number. Turns out all I had to do was dail #7678 and I would get the pin required to transfer. I was not told this in the store. Im ok with getting a new phone number so its fine. But I have another problem i was never given my account pin number or the security question or answer. I cant log on to make a payment. Just bad customer service in general. I would recommend going to another shop.

Store was suppose to be open till 7 called the store and they said I’d be fine to come in when I got their it was 6:40 and they already had the doors locked and the open sign was still on tried calling store again and knocking but no answer

THE VERY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.THEY ARE SO GREEDY FOR MONEY THAT THEY WILL NOT EVEN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A LONG TIME CUSTOMER UNLESS THEY CAN RIP YOU OFF FOR EVERY PENNY THEY CAN. Yo what happining here is just crazy, they just want to rip you off. Laying and saying my unlocked new phone wont work just so i go return it and buy thier own BS phones, they are so RUDE the chinese man are so Greedy, switching Like all my family member to AT&T or any thing beside the BS

The worst customer service ever. None of the representatives at this location speaks English - only Spanish. They dont know their products and due to lack of language skills cant explain anything. Do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Obvi its the worst metro store, rude, smill bad, greedy, and they wont connect my new unlocked phone just to buy from them. Hell no im not dealing with this ppl ever again. Shutdown this BS

If there is anything less than 1 star i will chose it, such a poor place with rude workers, they want to charge me to swap my broken phone to my unlocked new one and they laying saying that my new phone wasnt unlocked so i buy their new phone. This place is awful, the employe need to be more respectful and they need to help their 5 years customers without asking for $30 to switch to unlocked phone. Then they said the phone wasnt unlocked and thats such a lie because the phone was %100 unlocked. Just to make me buy their own phones. I allready switched to Simple Mobile and im so happy with that.

I bought one of the best phones and unfortunately the day I needed it most. It locked up.

This stor there is two girls and one young man ..the girls are so good and friendly but the Spanish young man are vary disrespectful for costumers ..I ask him for the plans and he looked for his Facebook and make jokes with the girls ..then I have to ask him and repeat my questions and finally he left me and went to look for the Hamilton Street. .really .I was so angry from him .my daughter as well so left the store and we didnt buy the two lines we want to buy because of him..

Store is nice, usually people that complain are people that just want their own way and dont understand. Customers are usually rude even when Employees are nice.
