Manny and Amy helped immensely. They were very knowledgeable, and helped us find the best deal possible for 3 phones and 3 tablets. They seamlessly transferred us from T-Mobile, after a negative experience at the T-Mobile store nearby. The plan with Verizon is also a lot cheaper than we were paying with T-Mobile. We immediately went to Verizon and everyone there was very friendly and happy to help! We had a wonderful experience there, and I would also recommend this store not only because of the customer service, but it is also a corporate store. 5 Stars!

My brother and I visited this location this morning. My brother needed a new flip-phone.Kevin, the manager helped us. I let Kevin know my brother was hearing and sight impaired. He showed us the flip phones on their shelf and pointed out the one which was closest to the operating functions of the one being replaced, so it would be easier for my brother to use. His attentiveness, caring and and expertise is really appreciated by my brother and myself. Thanks Kevin for all your help and understanding of what would be the best replacement phone for my brother...I know it made his world much brighter and less stressful.

I switched from Sprint to Verizon recently, had trouble starting iMessage on the new phone due to porting time and issues with that. The manager, Samantha was extremely patient, caring and helpful. Im glad I switched over for service like this. It finally works now, thank you for going above and beyond Sam.

This is a cooperate store, I highly recommend shopping at cooperate stores versus authorized retailers. Over the years my experiences have taught me that the A.R. stores tend to try and up-sell you on nonsense and try to take advantage of people. Cooperate stores have scheduling available and take you in order via a tablet.

I have tried to contact Verizon countless times on the phone and it was a disaster. I went to the location at Lehigh Valley Mall and it was even worse. The team at this location is amazing. They make you feel welcomed from the second you enter the store. They helped me with an awesome attitude and finally I am on my way to solve my issues! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I forget who I’m complimenting but I’ll do my best to at least describe the situation from about a week ago.I showed up with my father to potentially get him a new phone. He has an older android phone that was giving him problems with the screen going dark for what seemed like no reason.There was a gentleman with a short beard that approached us. I initially had the intention of picking him out an iPhone but my elderly father wasn’t keen on how much they cost.The associate than took us to phones my father was more familiar with. It was at this time we started discussing more in depth what was happening to my fathers phone.What the associate discovered was that my fathers phone had gotten a software update and it changed some settings. He then switched some options around on my fathers phone and just like that.. the problem was fixed.He could have sold us something my father didn’t need. Instead he helped us resolve the issue without charge.Thank you whoever you are for your true customer service professionalism

Went in to replace my broken phone. Jason greeted me at the door and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. He didnt force accessories on me or pressure me into additional services. He didnt even attempt to talk me into a more expensive phone. He simply got me the phone I wanted and sent me on my way. This store needs more Jasons!!!!!! Good guy, ask for him!

I understand it is COVID time, everyone is stressed, and there are tough regulations to abide by. Yesterday I visited this store with my elderly parents to help them upgrade their phones and potentially their plan. We were unable to be assisted outside or inside the store. The associates devices only check people in outside the store and they can only show a small photo inside the store as all devices are removed from public interaction. You are an internet provider and your devices do not work outside the door? You are providing everyone and their mother internet assistance right now, like how is that even possible? We were told to start researching phones on our own outside the store until we could enter one-by-one. I sent my mother inside alone to ask a simple question, the difference between 2 models of smartphone. The associate could not explain the difference to her. He told her to look it up online, purchase, but do curbside pickup. My father was terrified to enter the store alone to choose his first smartphone and refused. My parents were also nervous about entering the store without each other to determine the details and cost of their plan; they are on the same plan. We were offered water outside the store while we waited. My parents were treated as a nuisance, unintelligible and too slow to be serviced by this store. It was both embarrasing and degrading; they know they need help and were relying on experts for assistance. This whole experience does not even make sense. It really appeared the store was overwhelmed, the staff was improperly trained, and/or the associates working were not interested in doing so on Monday. I am appalled and disgusted with our experience. I will not recommend this store to anyone and will be sure to share my latest experience with everyone I know.We left and were expertly guided IN UNDER ONE HOUR through phone options, plan options, choosing phones, and setting the new phones up by another establishment. My parents were treated with respect, kindness and patience. That is quality customer service.

Went to Verizon because I was having trouble with my phone and tablet. While the tablet was easily fixed because they had an issue a few days before, my phone was on its last legs. So the gentleman who helped me was able to set me up with a new phone, no money down and very low monthly payment and 4x the memory that I currently had. They always have great customer service when I go there. I would highly recommend!

The last three times I have been to this store, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of phones and accessories along with other wireless products like tablets. The staff always seems to have very good product knowledge and are informed of the running specials and sales, if the sales person doesnt have an answer, they can find it quickly. I prefer this store over the website, customer service by phone, or the Verizon store closest to me. I would recommend this store to others.

Pretty good experience for a Verizon store. The consultant was helpful, though very pushy on accessories, which is normal. One recommendation Id make is that at a store where customers are how spending or committing to spend over $1,000 and sometimes spend an hour or more at the store, offer some water or coffee. Verizon is a higher end mobile phone provider and should at least offer some comfort amenities since people are spending a long time in the store.

I went into the store knowing pretty much what we wanted. My hubby had broken his phone, we needed a replacement and a new otterbox. We were greeted and helped right away. Told the rep what phone we wanted, made chit chat and he proceeded to try to sell us all kinds of items. We looked and I told him we were good. All we wanted was the phone and case. He said ok Ill go get the phone, comes out with papers on prices of other things we had said we didnt want. I again said no, I just want the phone. He finally went and got it. Came out, gave me the total, and I paid. I asked if he would help me set up my phone and his answer was no, you can do it on your own. At this point I looked and saw another rep helping someone set up their phone. Customer service should be better than it was. Verizon has always helped, this guy was just pushy and when he didnt get the extra sales was done

Be VERY careful here; employees will begin with one price for an item, misquote you for the same item, correct themselves and quote yet another price, settle on a price with you, then send you out the door with the wrong item. To make everything “better,” they’ll make you drive all the way back in the morning to swap out the item for the correct one AND charge you for their mistake. C’mon guys, train your employees a little better. And if you lie to a customer, make a series of mistakes, and seriously inconvenience a customer, swallow the cost to make up for it. #fail

My old phone had a battery problem and every time I made a call after a few minutes it would restart, very hard to call Verizon go through the press one for this blah blah stuff and finally talk to a person explain my problem and how if this hangs up call me back so I dont have to explain this to another person again thanks. Absolutely horrible store. They preyed on my mother and told her a HUM device was required in order to purchase a phone. Her current one broke and was out of the upgrade time by 2 months. They lied and told her she needed to purchase and sign up for the HUM device and service in order for her to get a new phone. When I called to talk to a manager, because I am out of state, she told me she would take down my number, investigate and get back to me. Which did not happen. On the phone she stated that there was never a promotion or anything going on that required a HUM device to be purchased like that. Thankfully the Verizon Corporate customer service person I spoke to about it did some research and helped to make it right. Too bad I cannot give less than 1 star. Avoid this store at all costs! Crooks!

Just went there to replace a phone that we had insurance for and we were told that since they didnt make that model anymore we had to buy a completely different phone, which we did since we needed one ASAP. We then found out (through the insurance company) that there was an option for an upgrade the is MUCH cheaper than any of the ones in the store. I feel very deceived and angry because the employee who helped us lied and said that we HAD to buy a new phone and the insurance wouldnt cover it because they didnt sell that model any more.

This used to be one of my favorite Verizon stores. The sales people were always very nice & willing to help you in any way they could. I visited this store this morning for the first time in a few years in order to activate a new phone I had just purchased for my husband. I had to purchase it with Verizon over the phone because it was a slightly older samsung galaxy model rather than the brand new one that theyre selling now. I had a very young salesman who seemed nice enough at first until he probably realized he wouldnt be making a big fat commission off me. He told me that I had to set up the phone at home on my own wifi rather than offer to help me. He tried to sell me the monthly insurance which I told him I wasnt interested in. He sarcastically replied that I could always just go & pay another $900 for a new phone. I then told him I needed to purchase a usbc car charger for the phone. He said he would get one for me. He ended up never getting the charger for me & walked away to help another customer. I then went up to the front desk to purchase the charger from a different salesman. When I explained how the other salesman pretty much rushed me out the door he apologized to me for the inconvenience, but he looked like he didnt really mean it. The customer service stinks in this particular location. Their focus now seems to be only on their commissions rather than the customer where its supposed to be. I will never go back to this Verizon location again. This is an actual Verizon Company store, not an authorized retailer. They should care about ALL their Verizon customers & not just see the number of dollar signs over our heads. If I could give this store no stars, believe me I would!

We bought two new phones and added two new lines to verizon at this location. Were told that the manager would have activation fees removed due to long wait while the phones were picked up, but after calling and leaving messages multiple times the fees have not been removed and the phone calls have not been returned at the number we were given. When you call the phone number provided for this location via google it goes to a bigger verizon phone tree and does not actually go to the store which is not helpful. Really a shame because other than this issue, we were pretty happy with our experience at the store.

Needed a new phone but unwilling to pay 700 800 $900 for one!! and It took a while. But I found one and how come your sales people didnt tell me about that one!! Im sure they knew about it. Terrible service. Went in there yesterday. Not a single person asked me if they could help me while everyone was standing around chatting with only 2 customers in the store. An Asian guy opened the door for me, gave me a dirty look and never asked me if I needed help and the last time I was in there he was extremely rude to me so I left the store not to disturb anyone from their standing around chatting and contacted Verizon directly. Dont even bother going in this store to get any kind of help unless you need to buy a device because the level of arrogance by the staff mostly 35 years and younger, is not something they hide and they make it very clear that they are the big deal Verizon sales people and you are the little annoying customer. My issue I went in there for: I was offered the new HUM device the last time I went there to activate my new phone and return another one and told about the HUM special and that it included free activation (I got charged $20) and told the device was $30 which was marked down half off for only for a limited time (its $30 regularly on the HUM website). 2 lies and the manager was standing right there while I was being sold a line and a dance. Thankfully I called Verizon directly and they were able to wave the so called free activation fee I was promised and my only reason for buying the device that day. I will NEVER shop for another device at this store AGAIN. Go to the Palmer Mall (the staff is wonderful) or the Lehigh Valley mall or online.
