DO NOT GO TO THE CORPORATE STORE!GO TO THE ONE PRIVATELY OWNED ONE LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT TO IT! THE CORPORATE STORE WILL ADD EXTRA SERVICES YOU DID NOT ASK FOR LIKE INSURANCE AND TELL YOU TO JUST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would have given 1 star but unfortunately the corporate store isnt on google.

Rudy at this store location was one of the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable cell phone store employees Ive ever encountered. I came in with four cell phones that were found underwater snorkeling at the Delaware River and he was able to help get them back to their rightful owners and made many peoples day!

They are super slow and dont know how to talk to peopl, which which makes no sense. They work only with customers so they should know better. All that are doing as I speak is chilling taking it real nice and slow like if we dont have thing to do or we are not tired. Last time I come here.

Keanith(I think this is spelled correctly) and Edward, where absolutely amazing employees and deserve a raise. Knew exactly what they were talking about. Helped us with every single question, any concerns and were very knowledgeable in what they were both talking about. Edward helped me set up my phone. Keanith helped with my grandmother with setting up multiple lines and new phones. Although it was a long time for us to be there and after closing hours they were patient. Absolutely awesome employees. If you come in and need someone to work with, I recommend them both.

This T-mobile is the worse in the entire Lehigh Valley. I tried to switch to t-mobile from another company and the people in this t-mobile were so rude, they told me the process takes over 3 hours just because they didn’t want to work. I have never experienced something like this. Hopefully somebody sees this and make some changes if not this Will get in trouble one of this days.

I walked in the store because I was having problems with my phone that I purchased and sabrina sold me the phone had problems with it and I ask can she fix it a nd she respond will see and the she accuses me and asks me if I drop the phone or water got into it . Then I said to her no I did not . Also she pretended she did not know me which that was not right.verry poor service. Please dont go there not good customer service.After she told when I purchased them the phone I did ask her before leaving if anything happens can I bring it back she says yes yes then she says that she told me she did say anything

Worst T-mobile store in the Lehigh Valley. Their workers are rude and don’t know how to perform their job professionally and the manager does not care and she does is hide in her desk on the back.

Great store..picked up the new Samsung Galaxy a 71 5 g...cant say enough about how good the customer service was in the store..thank you guys for everything!!

Isaiah is amazing. Went to great lengths to help me resolve cell phone issues. He is very patientp polite and offers excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. This young man deserves recognition.

Service was excellent. Brandi was very helpful. I feel like she went above & beyond normal customer service to help me set up my tablet.

Isaiah and Jordanna were so patient and helpful helping me get new service and getting everything I need for my new phone. I’ll certainly recommend t mobile to anyone. Thanks!

Horrible experience. They take forever don’t ever come pay your bill here. You will be waiting and waiting. Not enough staff and they move slow. Very disappointed when you trying to pay your bill and be in and out.

Good service slow transfer waited 4 hours for them to transfer from at&t slower than at&t but still good also slow load up on Spotify and when I went to ask how to fix it she never told me what settings she changed now my Spotify is messed up would recommend going to center valley lots better

0 stars, Store manager- Joliris - provided terrible customer service, bad attitude and unwilling to help, telling me to contact T-Mobile customer service because I purchased equipment/ additional lines with customer service and not in the store (no eye contact & rude body language). Very bad example of leadership & customer service.
