What is going on with the service department? I’ve been a customer for many years and the service used to be excellent. It now is terrible. It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you leave 3 messages in 3 days and they don’t get back to you it’s a real problem. I currently own a Range Rover sport and a Jaguar F Type R . I will be using a new dealership from now on for service and future purchases. It’s wonderful that you upgraded the structure, but more importantly, having friendly, component staff, that actually gets back to you should be a priority.

Simply stopped in to ask about auto services staff were friendly and professional but I found their prices a little too high

Ive bought Two cars from Moe and his crew. Good guys, not going to mess around too much. Service is a bit lackluster as I had a few issues with them for warranty stuff. 5 stars front of house, 3 stars for service.

Rob Bennett is truly a class act. During such a difficult time for everyone he wanted to ensure that the dealerships were disinfected and safe for not only his employees but for his customers as well. He made all the proper accommodations to ensure that all of the dealerships were properly disinfected and ready to go. It was a great pleasure working with the Bennett organization.

After my recent interactions with the owner Joe Bennett, I would never purchase a car or truck from him. I found him to be a bully and generally not a nice person.

I needed to buy a new car after my car was totaled in a car accident, so I was under a little bit of a time crunch. Chris Fiorot was very helpful and fair to work with. He was willing to answer questions and went above and beyond. He had the cars ready to go at the appointment time and negotiating a price was fair and quick. After I decided which car I wanted I was out of the dealership and on my way home in less than 2 hours. I would recommend them

I recently purchased my first BMW through Bennett Automotive with the help of Alex Morra. This was my first “dream car” purchase and I couldn’t have done it without his help! I gave him a budget and he stuck to it and I also gave him a list of what I was looking for with the vehicle and he presented me with multiple options within my budget which made it so hard to choose! I never felt pressured to choose something quickly. In fact, he encouraged me to take the time I needed to think on it and assured me the vehicle(s) I ultimately ended up teetering between would be there until I had made my decision and they sure were! Without his great and personable customer service, which in turn made me comfortable with such a big decision, I may not have purchased the car but I am so glad I did. He even called me a while later to see how I was doing with the vehicle which I felt was him going above and beyond! I just wanted to post this as I feel Mr. Morra deserves great recognition and I hope you know he is a true asset to your company! I have already referred 2 other people and requested they ask for him! Thank you again Mr. Morra for everything!

Me & my dog love our tundra and the fun adventures we have with it. We have been lucky to have traveled to state parks, camping and lots of local events too,but also this vehicle helped me start a small business,make a difference for kids, and helped the elderly. Big, beautiful Toyota dealership. New showroom with lots of room. Large selection of cars and trucks. We purchased a car here and felt that the process was done very well. Didn’t feel the pressure like at some dealerships. The parts and service staff are welcoming and very well trained.

Took our 2018 QX 60 there for recall. Appointment was set up 2 weeks prior with e-mail confirming drop off. Got a call Monday afternoon that even though they had parts in stock. They did not have parts after all. This dealership has not giving us a break from the time we bought this car. I would never bye another car from unprofessional dealership. They have books of excuses. Its a shame.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff, friendly, fast, and effective customer service. Nice lobby, great maintenance facilities, and up to date tech at every turn. They have some displays by the cashiers where you can get your favorite infiniti gear. Credit card accepted, and everything was pretty clean.

We had a good experience here. Everyone was very friendly. My fiance has a Prius and couldnt figure something out in the car and we assumes it needed service but low and behold it was supposed to do it. The mechanic actually got in the car with my fiance and showed him a few things, that we really appreciate.

Not enough service advisors. We need to get our cars window motor fixed and they dont even offer courtesy cars. They just offer a shuttle. We have a 10month baby what are we suppose to do.

Lots of vehicles in stock and the finance manager was very hospitable. A pleasant experience, or as pleasant as it can be when buying a new car.

Great place to buy and also get your automobile serviced. I will check them out again when its time for another car.

I had a bit of a fender bender and the Collision Center was there for me. They fixed my baby within a couple days and he looked just as new. They also gave my baby a detailed clean, which is complimentary. All in all, I would definitely go back and reccomed highly to anyone who is in need of body repair and/or color corrections.

Since I bought my Corolla in 2009 i have always taken it for maintenance at Bennett. Now it has 220k miles and still runs great.

I have been servicing my car there since 2009the service there is always outstanding. Mark Kirkner has taken care of me and my Infiniti for 8yrs he and his staff are outstanding I would highly recommend them for service.
