The process was great from start to finish. The damage that was done and had to be repair came out beautiful. This is the first time I used this company and I was impressed with the communication, ease of doing business, the price of repair (which was much lower than a competitor I was going to use). I was given time it would be ready and everything worked out as planned. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone that needs their services.

I have had to use this company a few times in the last 2 years. Every time has been a pleasure. Everyone is professional and ensures you understand the process as well as the timetable of things. The shop kept me informed on the ongoing status of repairs. They worked directly with my insurance and Enterprise. The process was so seamless.The promise completed date kept getting changed. The front radar was giving them (or third party technician) problems. After two weeks, it was finally taken to North Penn Mazda who easily calibrated. The vehicle arrived late because of the towing company. Otherwise, Mazda would have been done with the vehicle a day earlier. The Mazda service technician told me that the third party would have never been able to calibrate because equipment was changed. Caliber representative offered a different explanation that their third party has every capability to do the job but just could not get mine calibrated for some unknown reason.Regardless of the delay because of the radar calibration debacle, excellent body work was done. I had a rental, so the delay was not a total inconvenience. I commend them for their persistence to make sure that the vehicle was properly completed not just for esthetics but most importantly safety.

Simple repair was done on our van (new side mirror) after it was hit. Very quick. Easy scheduling through our insurance company. Done when promised. Super nice staff.

Professional and welcoming place, after getting my quote, scheduling an appointment and getting my rental my car was fixed within two days the process was fast, I sign up to receive text messages and it was a peace of mind getting information about my car been repair, when I went to pick up my car it was clean in the inside and everything was vacuum and all my stuff was there where I left them but best of all repairs looks perfect! If I ever need to service again this is the place to go.

I had collision with a deer in my 2016 Z06 Corvette. A friend told me they do good work. I saw many of the positive web reviews so I chose them to do the repair. Overall very satisfied. Was on my way home to Pennsylvania when I completely shattered the glass of my Tahoe’s hatch. I had no clue what to do, these guys were great! Cleaned up the window and slapped some collision tape and duct tape so I could make it home. So grateful!!

Super professional! Caliber collision kept me informed every step of the way, beat their expected completion date by two days and return my car looking As good as it did when it was brand new.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I purposely chose to take my car to the Allentown location after my accident due to the seemingly good reviews (including the quick work that was done).I dropped my car off on a Thursday, walked around the car with Michelle and pointed out everything that was visibly wrong - dents, cracks, the muffler being bent). She wrote everything down, as well as marked it on the car itself. I was assured that I would receive updates throughout the process. The first update I received was the following Tuesday saying that the parts were in and they would begin working on my car.Thursday came (one week from when I originally brought my car in) and I received another update saying that they found additional damage and would need to submit a supplement to the insurance company. This additional damage that was found included the muffler that was visibly damaged all along, and which I pointed out during the initial walk through. Two questions - why wouldnt the car be evaluated overall prior to ordering any parts, and if the car was looked at at all prior to Thursday, how would it not be obvious that the muffler needed to be fixed/replaced, especially when I specifically pointed it out?When I asked how long it would take once the supplement was approved, I got a response saying MAYBE Wednesday (almost a week later). I informed that I was going away the beginning of the week and if the car was ready before then I would not be able to pick it up until Thursday.I received another update the following Tuesday saying that the supplement was approved and they were going to work on my car again. Wednesday afternoon I asked for an update since my car was originally supposed to be ready that day, and I was informed that the painter was not in that day and they were now delayed at least a day. My car should be ready Friday (two weeks and one day after I dropped my car off). I was now without a car and had to make arrangements to get to/from work.Thursday I received an update that my car would be painted later that evening and would be ready after 4:30pm on Friday. Friday afternoon I had to ask if my car would still be ready. I was told it would be, and I confirmed that I would be there around 5. I arrived around 5, after which I had to wait for another hour for my car to be ready.Between the lack of communication, the lack of knowledge or carelessness when evaluating my car (not really sure which it was), and the poor scheduling, I will most definitely never be returning.

Caliber Collision did an AMAZING job with my car. It had damage on both sides and there was some concern over the paint possibly not matching. However, they succeeded perfectly. Derrick kept in daily contact with text messages just to keep me up to date with the progress which I appreciated greatly. Marissa was also wonderful to talk to and help answer any questions I had. Have already been recommending them to anyone who asks!!

I needed to have my car repaired within just a few days because I would be leaving town the following week. Caliber Collision in Allentown, PA was extremely professional, caring, and accommodating. They took my car in right away and did a fantastic job on the repair and got it back to me super fast, and they even went beyond the standard repair and put a fresh pinstripe all the way around my car that had worn away over time! My personal vehicle was rear-ended in a hit n run while parked outside of my apartment on May 1st during the Covid 19 pandemic. Arguably one of the worst times for such a thing to happen. I had to cover the insurance deductible simply bc the driver of the vehicle was never identified. I also had them fix front end damage which was caused by my own poor driving late last year.While unfortunate, the bright spot in the event was the professionalism exhibited by Caliber Collision during the repair process. In particular, their GM Brent Connelly went well out of his way to keep me informed at every step. There were a few unforeseen issues with the repairs that were handled with proper due diligence and I was not charged additional fees beyond my insurance deductibles. Its about 2 weeks beyond the repairs at this point and Ive experienced no issues with anything related to them. If I didnt know any better, Id assume the car was never involved in any collisions. Caliber did exactly what their company motto says and got me back to the rhythm of my life. Highly recommended and would return, if needed, tho hopefully not anytime soon!

Brought my car to the Allentown location for repairs from a rear end collision. Karl assured me that I would get regular follow ups and that my car would be repaired in a timely manner. I got one follow up from Karl when there was a discrepancy with the insurance company over replacement of a specific part, but after over a month with literally no other follow ups and me having to call in multiple times just to find out what was happening when the car should have been done in 2 weeks, I called and demanded to get an exact time for when my car would be done to which Karl said would be the next day. I dont get a follow up call and I leave work early to pick my car up only to have Karl tell me in the lobby that its not done. When I go into the shop to see it, my car is still wrapped in plastic and looks like it was literally just sprayed for clear coat. So Karl wastes my time, lies to me, and then lies to me again when he tells me that hell follow up the next morning for an actual update and doesnt call at all. I had to call the regional manager to expedite the process and finally get my car back, but it just gets worse. Emblems werent put back on, my mudguard wasnt put back on, the wiring harness boot for my door wasnt connected, and more importantly, my positive battery lead wasnt tightened, which left me stranded in the middle of below freezing temperatures while I tried to get my car to start. As well, the insurance company refused to pay all my rental fees because the repairs were supposed to be 2 weeks instead of almost 2 months and in turn Ive been waiting for over 2 weeks to get reimbursed for over $600 in rental fees that I had to pay out of pocket due to Calibers incompetence and absolute lack of professionalism. Getting involved in an accident was stressful enough. Taking my car to Caliber Collision only made it worse and made me regretful I didnt do more research when looking for collision repair shops. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life is what youll see as their slogan. The irony is so overwhelming that its almost comical.

The friendliest nicest staff there is !!!!! Quick estimate, breakdown and review of services, they did all the work with insurance and rental ! BUT! Never called with the status of my car, never texted status details, my car was due to be finished on a Wednesday, then pushed to Friday, it is now Sunday ! I should not have to check up on a good body shop. The woman on the phone told me check in Saturday .... they are closed Saturday. I would only use them if my insurance forced me to !

Ive been meaning to write this review for months but hoped that after a while I would be less-annoyed and decide not to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, after months Im still really astonished at just how bad the series of poor customer service I received was.I drove my car here to drop off for repairs after an accident. After looking it over, they told me it would be roughly a week, maybe longer for parts. I called to be updated because I was going in vacation and would need the rental car longer or my car back. They said it was OK because it would be through the weekend but it would be done when I got back.I left for vacation and 2 days later received an email from my insurance company that I accepted the estimate that my car was totalled and I needed to sign paperwork. The body shop never once indicated that my car was not able to be repaired - nor did they call me at all (or text me like they said they would for updates) to tell me they increased my estimated repairs so dramatically that the insurance company chose to total it.Then I find out that the gentleman from Caliber who originally looked over my car noted that my cars interior was in poor condition and that my carpet was torn (it was a small tear on a floor mat), among other things - which I had to have the insurance company review pictures to see that wasnt the case.After that second debacle caused by Caliber, we decided that the car was still worth repairing and purchased it back from the insurance company instead of having it scrapped. My husband went to pick up my car and they had thrown all the parts haphazardly into my car (with well-kept leather interior) and thrown away all of the bolts to my entire front end!Then, we realized they actually took the radiator completely and my husband had to dispute it with the owner, who said theyd already sent it to scrap, before he found it in a pile of others.I had never signed off on totalling my car - they had no business piecing it out at all.Then, they had the nerve to try to charge me several hundred dollars to do the estimate on my car repairs and said they wouldnt release my car to us until we paid it. I had to call my insurance company to take care of it, who said theyve never heard of a collision center giving someone a hard time about that and not simply sending an invoice to them.Disappointing experience to say the least.

My van was rear-ended while I stopped at a yield sign to merge onto 309 S. State Farm directed me to Caliber Collision. I called them up and they made everything super easy for me, even going so far as to set up a rental for me. They were very communicative and let me know the continued status of my repair.When I got my van back, there was some damage to the front bumper that was not there previously. I brought it to the attention of one of the associates there. I was told that the damage was there when I dropped the van off.Unfortunately, I didnt have any evidence to support my claim, so I figured all was lost. I was asked to provide feedback for my service. I did and said everything was great, except the damage to my front bumper. I assumed nothing would come of it.Two days later I was contacted by Caliber Collision. They let me know that they usually take photographs of all of the areas of the vehicles, but had no photographs low enough to catch the area where the new damage was. The associate said that they would fix the damage, because they could not prove I was incorrect. They even offered me a rental for the day.I was surprised and thrilled at the shops offer to correct the front bumper damage! I had figured it was a lost cause and that I would just have to deal with it. But not so!Caliber Collision is excellent! They stand by the quality of their work and made right their mistake. I would recommend them to anyone else needing body repair.
