They replaced the outer front of my vehicle when I got into a collision, left my car looking new! This is a great placed to come and get your vehicle fixed. I would come back here in a heart beat. The staff were also friendly and took care of their customers.

Took it to get a bumper fixed, now my bumper makes noises when I drive, they killed my battery n had to replace one but had the nerve to almost let us leave with it and now all of sudden my left brake caliber doesn’t work. I took the car for one bumper and they destroyed my like new car. And the receptionist swung their door with the Nastiest attitude when we got there. Never again, they really need to learn how to speak and behave with customers. I used this company for years. But that last time was Very Non pleasant never again must be new staff
Did not do full repair forgot to fix point of impact. Window would not open or close when I called they said battery was disconnected and they needed to be reprogrammed. Was told had to get approved by insurance once again for the repair on handle and mirror said it would be a 1 day job Over 3 weeks passed and no update. When I call the woman is very rude says parts had to be ordered but they are there and I would need to drop off the car for 2 days. Horrible experience for being an insurance approved company this has been the biggest headache. I wouldn’t recommend.
Great place to get service. Fast, efficient and friendly. Car in for repairs for accident with deer. Kept up to date on progress every day and done when promised. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I’ve used this Service King through my Allstate Insurance for collision damage on a leased vehicle. They are always friendly and calm and take time to explain and walk through the details with you. They work as the go between with the insurance provider and enterprise, making everything even easier. I specifically requested to use them again when a tree fell on my car because their repairs on my other car were high quality, guaranteed, and stood the test of time. It also helps that they have always finished work earlier than estimated time!I have truly had such consistent, positive service from this team, and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Service king has been great to me. My car got into an accident and was repaired. Car looked good as new. One of the clips came out from the under liner a couple weeks later and they fixed it right away! If you want honest,friendly, good working people this place is it.
Terrible work. Paint match is good, but the assembly of the front of the vehicle is terrible. Was called on 4 separate occasions and was told the car was finished. Had to leave it for additional work. They wound up having the car for a month and it is still not finished. but it is As close as they can get it When I asked the manager if he would be happy with it if it was his car his response was. I would be fine with it but Im not picky about vehicles Thats right the manager of a body shop is not picky about vehicles. Absolute Joke.
Excellent customer service. Good communication re: collision service and excpected timeline. Outcome was very good. The only reason its not a 5 star is one would think that either they or the mechanical shop wouldve thought to at least vacuum the car or wipe the windows. After the amount of time and work done it was just a tad disappointing to open the door and see the garbage left inside after accident. No, not their responsibility, but as far as impressions go, it took the WOW factor down just a tad.

Had an issue with a part 5hey put in my car it was a used bearing which was bad. They informed me that the insurance company approved a used part ...they then took my car back and under warranty replaced it with a new part. Everything is fine now.

Stay away they are only interested in doing the least amount of work possible they have absolutely no customer service interest at all--had minor work done and was the worst I have ever seen, complete lack detail. went back third time and they completely blew me off not our fault no thats the way its supposed to be --not sure where they learned the art of body repair paint drips and miss alignments and incomplete paint coverage --I could do better job in my garage out of a spray can !!!

Have been here to repair and the folks are not too friendly except Paul, he is a gr8 guy, the front desk person who picks the calls is the worst, i was promised a day to get the repair done but took a week to get the vehicle back and since have been a customer to sterling body shop i loved their service, better, if i have to ever go back i would not like to interact with the front desk personnel, she need to show her attitude to others and not take her frustration, anger on customers
Had my Mercedes repaired there. My headlights were damaged in addition to the other damage. I called stephanie at service king and explained my dissatisfaction and she said after calling allstate that they Agreed to replace both headlights instead of just 1. I brought my car in for the replacement. When I picked it up it looked different so I sent an Email to Stephanie. She made an Agreement with me that if I gave a good review to service king she would make it happen. Thinking that was odd I waited patiently for the replacement of the headlight. I put the car away for the winter and never heard back from her. When spring finally came I contacted service king and explained my dilemma. The girl said that they just rubbed out the headlight but that doesnt last long. Only a few months. Its all hazy and the other replaced one is crystal clear. When I told her Stephanie said they would take care of it She said thats why she no longer works here. Im thinking that the light should have been replaced without contingencies as stated. Dont you?!

Worst experience ever. Left parts off paint was messed up. Seals were not replaced bummer and tail gate not aligned. Left truck longer problems still there. Had to bring truck back because things were still wrong with it. And still have problems. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

We had a beautiful Toyota Sicnna until some restarted lady hit us in a 4 car accident and when they took us here they didnt do anything but take it to the junk yard.But,you guys tried your best to fix it and in glad you guys did.
Had to take my vehicle back again for things that were over looked. Paint doesnt match original color of the vehicle. Work was rushed and poorly done. They even scratched one of my rims in the process. Save yourself the headache and take it to the dealer.

This place is horrible . The schedule department has no idea what goes on at the branches . My appointment was made they rescheduled it twice and then the third they claim was never made cause they stop working at 3 on Friday and I had it made for 5 even having the email as proof they didnt want to hear it .
