We stumbled upon Bed Mart after looking at multiple chain stores for a mattress and Im glad we did! We worked with Paul who was very friendly and knowledgeable- not a pushy salesman like you find at most of the furniture stores. We found comfortable mattress at a great price. I definitely recommend Bed Mart if youre shopping for a mattress!

The staff here is helpful and honest. Most stores just try to sell the most expensive matress. These guys listened to what I wanted, discussed what I needed and saved me a decent amount of money doing it!

When looking for a mattress this is the place to go. I bought a mattress from this location last year for my guest bedroom and just purchased my 2nd mattress for my master bedroom. I worked with Patrick, who was very knowledgeable. I was very indecisive and spent over an hour deciding on a mattress. The whole time, Patrick was very patient. He was not your stereotypical pushy salesman. The best part about buying the mattress was taking it home the same day. If it wasn’t in stock the estimated delivery was only 10 days. Overall, great experience!

Bought our daughter’s twin memory foam mattress from here today. The service was excellent. Reasonable price. Our SUV is in the shop, so the gentleman delivered it to us the same day, free of charge, in his own personal vehicle on his way home. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could give 100 stars!!! Everything from when we walked in to when they left after delivery was absolutely amazing!!! I went to 5 different places looking for the perfect mattress. Everyone just wanted to sell me the most expensive one. Not AL!! He not only gave me amazing prices. But he took the time to get to know me and my needs. It was such a great stress free shopping experience. Upon delivery I called to see if they could add a matress I did not realize I needed. He happily added it to my delivery and gave me a discount. He is such a great family man. The delivery guys were beyond nice. They even offered me suggestions as to not avoid the warranty and went to dig out a box spring and carried it up for me!!! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and experience at bedmart! I will never shop anywhere else for a matress again. And will refer everyone I know to them!! Thank you AL for everything

All hands on deck. Every person on the staff was very helpful and efficient in dealing with the mattress process. I had purchased a mattress two years ago up to today, and the specific type of mattress I purchased required more support than the bed frame I purchased had allowed for. Everyone at Bed Mart handled the situation very professionally and I felt taken care of. Sam, was able to drive out to Chicago, from Algonquin, to inspect the mattress himself. A week later a new mattress was available and delivered. You cannot always count on such great customer service and a sense of feeling taken care of. Very appreciative of the service I received. And would recommend anyone to Bed Mart for future services.

Best service, hands down. We drive over an hour just to come here because theyre just the best! I dont feel pushed. They show us everything that could fit our needs and dont try to extend our budget.

We have gone to so many stores looking for mattresses my husband stopped a bed Mart and calls me and says come over you will never believe who the owner of bed Mart is I went over and its Sam about 6 years ago I bought mattresses from him and theyre absolutely awesome I recommend anyone doing business with him because he treated us as we were family!!! Who does that no one does that I will definitely be coming back when I need a new mattress thank you for all your help!!
